I had came in and asked for a Set and the guy Henry got started on doing my toes witch he did amazing with my French tip toes , he told me the price would be 80 dollars then he went and showed his boss what I wanted and the boss came to me and said the price would be 110 for the whole set , I asked if he could do the flower design but he couldn't and told me I had to wait for someone else do it , he did my toes witch took almost 2 hours , after I waited for the women to come to do my flower on my toes she took me to the over side to do my nails well She messed up My black French tip on all 5 fingers , so she had Henry come and help while she was doing my other hand and trying to do the flower design she was rushing the whole time because the place was closing , and well I tired to tell her I just wanted her to do the black French tip and no design she didn't listen and continued with it , after we was done i did not like how they looked and when I got up there to pay they told me 110 and so I paid and walked out , these people had the audacity to chase me out the door saying I owed them 80 more dollars , so I went back up there and paid the full, after I didn't get what I wanted in the beginning and they kept witching their prices, and couldn't do a simple black French on my fingernails , I mean this was the most ridiculous place I went to, never going back!! I came in and had a pedicure by one of the men. He actually was very relaxing and I fell asleep. When he was finished I woke up and he said something in their language to the nail tech next to him and she laughed. Then she asked how did you sleep. I asked her did I snore and she said no. She was more concerned and fixed on me than her own client. I don't know what I did but the guy and the nail tech next to her made me feel very uncomfortable. Sometimes people fall asleep in my chair at the business I work at but I put a blanket over them and make them more comfortable not get frustrated and talk about them in another language. My friend convinced me to get a manicure (something I haven't done in a WHILE) and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was so friendly and patient even tho they were short staffed and clearly slammed today. The prices were really affordable and I was really happy with the safety measures they were taking for Covid. They spread everyone out and were taking a limited amount of customers at a time. Wow! From the moment I called in to make an appointment i received great customer service. I'm driving to Murfreesboro to do my nails! Nancy and Mon are amazing! Very friendly and helpful. As soon as I got here I was greeted and checked in. The gentleman that was at the from was friendly. After checking in, I was told to please go wash my hands before I could be seated. We are all wearing masks and they wear gloves. They are keeping the social distancing so they are not using all of their chairs. I recommend to make an appointment. They offer you a complementary drink too. I got the dipping powder with a tip ($40 + $5 tip) not sure when they started charging to add tips to your nails but they charge for it. I also got the spa pedicure $30 and I added the hot stones massage ($6 extra). I noticed they use a slice of lime on your toes! Never in my life and it's great because lime is a natural desinfectan so extra clean. They are very clean. They use the protecting plastic on their pedicure bowls and they have the tools in their sanitary bags. They have kids pedi chairs too for the little ones. I definitely don't mind driving here to see Nancy and Mon to get my nails done! UPDATE: My nail broke and I called to fix it. Mood changed and got colder but still customer oriented. I don't like it when people at the nail places change their attitudes after a complaint and it wasn't even a complaint all I needed was my nails fixed as it had only been 2 days (my 2 thumbs). Don't like it when they blame you for not being careful... really? My other nail (middle finger) broke but didn't go back as it was on my wedding day! So I had to crazy glued it and still standing so far... I do believe is the dipping powder that doesn't work for me. I had no problem with it in Texas but here they break and don't last. I found hard gel to be the only thing here in TN that has last but only one place does it and it's expensive. I would still recommend this place for sure if you don't have problems with the dipping powder like I do. They do a wonderful job. Their pedicures are definitely on my list. read more

I am so disappointed with my gel manicure. After a week, they are already all lifting. The day after I got them done, one nail chipped completely off and I had to go back to get it repaired. The manicure cost $50 with the tip, and I wasted so much time going there and then having to go back the very next day. Additionally, when I got them done, the nail technician cut my cuticles on two different nails resulting in bleeding. I wish I could get my money back. read more

I guess my hunt still continues... sigh! I came here as a "walk-in" and requested a basic mani/pedi. They took me quickly, but the nail tech (male with tattoos) that was providing my services was very pushy and overly chatty at times (making some inappropriate comments throughout my visit). I came here yesterday after booking a 12:30 appointment with my mother in law, I had a picture of exactly what I wanted for my nails and the man that I was assigned (I believe his name was Andy) he took one look at the picture and said that he could not do that and that he would not do dip nails. I tried to talk with him about it but I could not understand anything he was saying and he seemed to be getting more frustrated the more I tried to explain what I wanted. Eventually I just gave up and told him that I wanted what I asked for in the picture but to just do it in gel paint since he said he wouldn't do it in dip (he still didn't do the design) . He couldn't seem to match the color in the picture and was giving me different colors than what was on the nail color wheel at the salon, he was getting visibly angry so I just picked a color. He began to angrily file my nails with the electric file over and over again until it started to bleed, I said ouch a few times and he put his finger over my nail as to show sympathy and continued to electric file. He cut me a total of six times and burned the top of my nail with the file. He filed way more than necessary even after he could see that he was cutting my fingers, upset I just wanted to get this whole thing over with the color turned out absolutely terrible so my mother-in-law came over to see how my nails were and I expressed to her that I did not like the color. He began to tell my mother-in-law that he picked a bunch of colors and that I did not like them and he had such an attitude toward us. I ended up just picking a white color that I saw on the color wheel and asking him to just do this one. He was obviously pissed off and quickly finished my nails. They look awful and my fingers are swollen and painful. I called yesterday and told a very sweet lady about what happened she told me to come back into the salon to look at my nails but after reading some of the reviews last night from this place on yelp and the owners response to those I will not be going back. I am not only disgusted with these responses but completely floored that people still continue to go here when the owner speaks to people like this. read more

Well, sadly after several years of being a customer here I've finally had it! Unfortunately since they've expanded they've seem to have lost a lot of customers. I noticed the decline of customers over the past several months. There has been so much staff turnover that at first I wasn't concerned. Now, after today I will be seeking a new nail salon. Not only are they consistently raising their prices, the quality of the job they do has gone way downhill. The lady that changed the polish on my toes became very irritated with me when I had to ask twice for her to shorten my toenails. She actually cut my skin on two different toes, not just minor cuts but actually drawing blood. So now I have to wait for my nail tech to finish with her current customer (I did have an appt) before she could start on my nail fill. So extremely disappointing, as I was a consistent customer for a couple years. Since I don't speak their language I can't say for certain that they were talking about me since I complained to my nail tech about my experience with the lady doing my toenail polish changed their attitude towards me it seemed as though they were mocking me. I also told their receptionist that my visit was unpleasant to say the least, she just looked at me and said ok well have a nice day. What! Seriously why ask if you don't care. So sad, I will tell anyone that asks do not spend/waste your money here. Not just due to my experience but also due to their consistent price increases without telling you. read more

I normally pay $50 for a full set with designs and tip in FL. Here I got no design just a basic nude nail. He said it was because I had long coffin nails... This fill in is trash. My nails are not smooth, lumpy, uneven extremely thick and he did not bother paintings the tops or sides. I should go back and request to have them fixed. However if this is how they allow people to walk out a nail salon then I don't want to go be back. Nor will I ever go back. This is place might have great reviews but these picture show you the crappy work. I will not return personally and if I can save the next new person who moves into town so be it!! Stay away!!! Clients BEWARE!! I went there over the weekend with my daughters as a specials treat. I was given a tattered price card that was falling apart that was about 4x4 with the prices of the pedicures. We choose the $57 deluxe pedi that said "Everything is Included "!!!! When we got to register they charged $82 per pedi and the same pushy owner lady with the gray biolage hair that gave me the little 4x4 card ,rushed to register to show me a DIFFERENT full size pricing card that had it at $82 with gel polish. Then she pretended not to know what I was talking about. First of all, that's BS to show someone a misleading $ sheet and then rush to register with a totally difference pricing card and $25 JUST for gel is ridiculous! They also charged my daughter $15 extra to shape ( not cut down )her nails with the fill in. Needless to say, we will never be robbed here again!!!
