Honestly one of my favorite sets I've ever received. The precision and attention to detail in the design is unmatched by any other nail salon in Murfreesboro I've been to. Normally, when I walk into a salon asking for a design on my acrylic set, there's hesitation or sometimes downright refusal. But there was none of that here! I made an appointment just a few hours before I came in and didn't have to wait a second upon arrival. My nail tech made sure he got the shape, color, and design on my nails perfectly how I wanted it. And better yet, it was much cheaper than sloppy nails I've walked out of other places with. They don't try to woo you with glitz and a show; the talent they have speaks for itself! My friends and I decided to get our nails done for our senior pictures, and we went with a full set of acrylics. It was already busy when we went in, which we didn't mind at all. We waited for about an hour, but it was worth it because our nails look so pretty and everyone was funny and sweet. We'll be returning soon! Wait was a little long, but since I was getting a pedi they sat me right down in a pedi chair to soak and enjoy the massage chair which I really appreciated. Van was my technician. We didn't talk much, but that made for a relaxing time which I appreciated. The leg/foot massage was longer than I expected and I enjoyed every minute. She never pushed me to do any other services, which was a refreshing change from other salons I've been to before. Overall, it was a great experience! Only complaint was that some of the polishes were very low and I wish I had a glass of champagne available, but otherwise the selection was great. Thank you, Bliss! read more

Sylvia is amazing! I drive from Nashville just to come here for her. She takes her time and is always willing to do whatever designs I want (that's hard to find in the green hills area of Nashville) I've never had to wait but lines have built up while I was there, things would flow a lot smoother if they took appointments, so I'd call before to see if there's a wait. read more

I was not happy with my experience there. The pedicure was good. The lady was very nice and friendly. The man that did my manicure and fill in was not very good. My nails were poorly done and sloppy. I had polish all over my cuticles. It was more expensive than other places I've been to and the the man was rough with my fingernails. I'll never go back there again read more

I went there last night and it was a 2 hour wait and then they charge me $173.instead of $143.so they took out for a tip that I new nothing about so why don't they tell people that there card gets charged for an extra $20.or $30 dollars before they run there card ... don't get me wrong they do a damn good job but I would have tipped them in cash read more

I recently had some surgery a few weeks ago and was preparing to return to work. Since I feel exhausted all the time, I figured a manicure and pedicure would help perk me up. I'm a huge Yelp reader and notice this location had several positive reviews. I then realized it's literally about 3 minutes away from my house. Since I'm unable to drive, this would be the perfect place for my mom to drop me off and pick me up since it's so close to my house. A nail technician name Amanda did both my gel set nails and pedicure. She did a wonderful job!! I will be returning very soon. This place has gone to crap since Sylvia left, and even then it wasn't the best. They do a decent job with doing nails here, but the customer service is SEVERELY LACKING. The atmosphere here isn't welcoming at all. The owner, Tong, is very off putting and makes you feel as though you're a bother to her. I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy. read more

Came in to treat my best friend for her birthday! We didn't have an appointment and when we came in there was only one technician. So we had to wait for a little while- but they got us chairs so I didn't mind. They were very nice and offer wine or water during the pedicures. read more

This place was awful. when I walked in No one greeted me I sat down when finally a guy who later come to find out he was the owner asked me what services I needed, he then sat me down and started to soak my nails to take off the gel. as we were talking about the gel polish I asked him a question that he could not answer, then all of a sudden the nail tech next to us rudely answered my question and gave me the dirtiest look ever, come to find out it was his wife the owner of the nail salon. I then sat in the Pedi spa chair for over 1 hour and 1/2. no one came to me, 6 women walked in after me and got service before me. I finally stopped another nail tech and she said she didn't know. the women were very loud and obnoxious yelling and lauging and the owner was getting all those women drunk by serving them wine. the service was so BAD! the good thing out of it all was my nail tech Adrianna. I got there at 6:30pm and left at 9:15pm the owner lady was sitting there giving me bad looks and never said a word to me it was so awkward. This was my first time there. BAD customer service ever!!!
