Upon arrival, we were directed to choose a car with no introduction from the stylist. I showed reference photos for the desired cut, but the finished result looked nothing like the pictures. The stylist was unfriendly, and my granddaughter never smiled once during the service. Once we got home and washed her hair, the cut looked uneven and poorly executed. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. This experience was disappointing, especially since this is supposed to be a service catered to children. Perhaps part of the hiring process should include ensuring stylists genuinely love working with children.
