Maybe to many choices in flavors but super good coffee. The Chai is probably the best I've ever had anywhere! Cute and cozy decor. We ended up staying a hour without realizing it. Very nice

Great location in downtown Bellefontaine. Great coffee with tons of options for added flavors. They have a wide variety of pastries. May I suggest a cranberry orange scone. It was very yummy. This is the place you want to come with a friend and hang, drink coffee and chat. Highly recommend.

I feel they have great pastries and drinks, my favorite is the Green Matcha. Note while most is great I would not recommend the Taro because of the strange flavor and the fact is doesn't have a popping pearl or Boba ball that properly fits its flavor.

Sweet Aromas is a neat coffee shop in downtown Bellefountaine. It's next to the courthouse on the oldest concrete street in the United States. They serve multiple brews of coffee and sell a wide range of pastries that looked absolutely delicious. Key lime cupcakes and fruit tarts are some of the treats I was eyeing. The location is spacious and there are couches as well as 2-person tables and 4-person tables. There's even a huge 8-person table near the front window and a window ledge along the other wall. It's a great space. Perhaps a little hard to find, since it's along Opera St rather than the Main Street. I am glad that the Italian expresso flag hanging from the window alerted me to its presence. Why only three stars? The music was god-awful: the kind of CD that inexpensive massage therapists play in the background. It was not soothing: it was loud. It was tacky. I almost didn't buy coffee because when I went in and set my purse on a 2-person table to claim it, I thought, oh my Lord, THIS MUSIC! Then I realized that I could enjoy my coffee outside at one of their two tables out front. The view from the street is great for small-town observing, and I can't hear the music from inside. I hope this afternoon's music choice was just an aberration. I would recommend Sweet Aromas to anyone needing java who is in or passing through Bellefountaine.

Great spot to stop for coffee, cupcakes and other sweets, breakfast or lunch. Large clean space with tables and large leather sofas and comfy chairs. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Sweet Aroma is located in a slow-paced country town with friendly folks. I love it!

Best coffee shop in town. Friendly, warming environment. The coffee is always outstanding. And love supporting small town businesses!

Great prices on just plain ole coffee. There other assorted drinks are about Starbucks prices. Great place to go in B-town.

The "fluffy" omelette was very small and way over cooked. It was very salty and didn't match the description on the menu. The way the menu read it had a listed set of veggie ingredients and then a choice of protein. The way the menu described, the meat would be served with the omelette (it sounded like along side. The omelette came with the wrong meat and on the inside. The waiter did not return for a very long time to check in as he had switched to bar service for a little while. I ended up just eating what was served because it had already taken so long to get our food and no one was checking on us. When the bill came we paid it with a card and when it was brought there was a 3% charge for credit card (I know a lot of places have started doing this but it should be shared with patrons before they pay). Again, they also over charged for the discounted item. We did just pay and go because we had someplace to be and we were already late because everything g took so long. This was our 3rd try at the Syndicate and we just haven't been impressed with anything but the vibe. The vibe is the best thing about it. The food has always been mid and over priced at best. Sad - we really want to love it and have a nice brunch location for weekends.

The kid at the counter was helpful. We wanted some onion rings but their fryer was down so we pivoted to order wings. I don't remember what sauce we had but we ordered 8 and it looked like the most pathetic basket of wings ever seen. Super small wings. They tasted good but it could be just because they were drenched in the sauce. Waited a while for the wings and even longer for the pizza. The pizza was good. Good amount of toppings. It wasn't bad pizza but it wasn't great. We couldn't tell why we weren't overly impressed with the pizza but it was just pizza. Pizza came out screaming hot, which was nice because the restaurant was chilly because it was below zero outside. So one upside is the pizza was hot and stayed hot for a while as we ate it. Hard to see as it sat at the end of a strip of other businesses as the end of the building away from the road. All in all, it wasn't bad pizza but we probably won't drive to Bellfontaine for Fat Boys. Gave it a 3 out of 5 because of what was mentioned plus the one menu on the Yelp site was old and the pizza we thought was going to be $19.99 ended up being almost $10 more than the new menu listing. Didn't think a medium pizza was worth $28 bucks...especially when two shared it and we only took a couple of pieces home.

Which we don't mind paying for quality but can't justify it when you are not getting a complete product. After a couple of years we decided to give them another shot. Still great pizza and it seemed like they were finally getting the toppings to the edge until last night. And I understand prices are crazy on everything now but $49 for this pizza and 14 wings when the pizza was missing toppings.
