I've been here several times. The service is fast. They pay attention to detail. I like the bowls and my kids like the roll desert.

I got their mango bursting boba tea and it was rly good AND IT DID TASTE LIKE MANGO. A great start for getting into boba

We used to visit this location every week prior to it being sold and loved it. Our kiddo chose to go here as a treat tonight and Rollie's has gone downhill. The place was packed with standing room only AFTER we placed our order. They had ONE single employee working. The computer system kept going down so people were having issues paying. We waited 45 mins to receive our icecream. For a 45 min. wait and over $20 for three ice creams I'd expect something phenomenal, but all 3 varieties were pretty flavorless. read more

It was hot and I wanted a cold drink, and I had a half hour to kill, so I stopped here. And spent the whole half-hour and too much money on a smoothie. It's a cool little spot, specializing in rolled ice cream bowls and smoothies. The menu was interesting, and I ordered a dragon lady smoothie (dragon fruit, banana, kiwi, berries, etc.) The people in front of me had ordered bowls, which looked cool but I needed something I could eat in the car, and a smoothie fit. Two people working, but those bowls are labor-intensive so they took awhile. One came out. The lady who ordered after me got her drinks. And I waited. And waited and waited. Finally, mine came, and I bolted because now I had to get to work. If it had been amazing, it would have been worth the wait and cost ($6 for a pretty small smoothie.) It wasn't. It was just okay. Watery-tasting, hints of banana and berry, and that's about it. I've had other smoothies recently, bigger, better, and cheaper. So, meh. Service was friendly. I'm sure it's fairly healthy. I was interested when I came in. I won't be back- can't afford to waste so much time on so little. Maybe the bowls are worth the money and wait. read more

This has been on my radar for awhile so when I was in Marysville for an event, I decided to pop on it. I wanted rolled ice cream, but I also was hot and sweaty and didn't want to take the time to sit and eat it, so I ended up just getting some bubble tea. The girl working was very nice and helped answer my questions on flavors. I ended up getting the Passion Fruit bubble tea. I wish she had tried to sell me on different bubbles because the ones I had (I guess the traditional type - I don't get a lot of bubble tea to know) tasted like licorice. Not my favorite flavor. The tea itself was okay - I wouldn't say it was exploding with flavor - it just tasted sort of meh. The location is in what seems to be a nice area, and I had no trouble finding street parking on a Saturday afternoon. The inside was clean and modern looking. The menu of rolled ice cream options had a good variety. It was good - as in if I was every already out that way, I'd stop in. But I don't think I'd purposefully drive out there just for it. read more

I have been here multiple times and not once have I had a bad experience or service to think badly about. Their rolled ice cream is delicious and the variety of flavors and toppings is amazing. The boba is also so delicious and I get it every time I go! I love how cozy the building is and their stickers and merch are adorable. 100% recommend! read more

This was my first rolled ice cream experience and it was a great one! I ordered the Thai.Me.Down which starts with a thai tea flavored base with caramel drizzle, coconut flakes, whipped cream, animal crackers, and chocolate pocky sticks. My sister ordered the Coco.Banana which is a base of Coco ice cream with nutella drizzle, bananas, whipped cream, chocolate chips, and chocolate pocky sticks. Both were fantastic. I normally can't handle medium to large portions of ice cream, but I devoured this. Somehow the thin rolled pieces of ice cream made it seem lighter on the stomach. I also normally can't sink my teeth into ice cream due to sensitive teeth, but it didn't bother me this time and it felt satisfying to bite into the flakey thin layers. The price seemed kind of steep for ice cream at $6.50ish, but it was well worth it. I want to come back to try more flavors and the bubble tea! read more

Good ice cream I guess. Lady took our order and then one other persons after ours. Made everything for the lady and then we had to wait even longer for the next employee to get here. He then had to clean before he could start making our orders. As if the wait wasn't long enough we finally got to sit down and enjoy when one: we could barely eat considering the spoons are as flimsy as a piece of paper and TWO: I found HAIR in my ice cream. Maybe they should invest in hairnets if they can't keep their hair out of the food. Absolutely disgusting. Wont be returning. I'm not spending $7 to eat hair and wait for other people to be waited on when we arrived several minutes before the next customer. read more

The ice cream isn't bad, not as sweet as regular ice cream to me (which is a plus to me, some people might say that's a negative), it's also much lighter. So it won't make you lazy if you too much. Only downside would be the price. It's a little pricey (For build your own $8 without tip), but worth the cool edgy idea perhaps and the workout the employees must get while making it. Love this place. It really adds to Marysville. It brings in some variety and uniqueness that Marysville often lacks. Watching them make the ice cream is my favorite part, besides the ice cream, of course! The only thing I don't like is how hard the ice cream can be, but that's more of a personal preference and I can't hold them accountable. I also enjoy how cute and modern it looks inside. Love the white tables and chairs. Besides the ice cream, the iced teas are pretty good and so are their other speciality drinks. Obviously the only real issue here is the price. $6+ for an ice cream is kind of a lot, but I guess that's what you pay for something new. However, the portion sizes make up for it for the most part. We went when they first open. They were training new employees at the time which is understandable...however I mention we had ever been to anything like this before and was hoping for some direction or maybe even suggestions on what to order (which I shouldn't have been so vague and just asked). It just seem like we were interrupting the training though. Pros: Rollies has some very interesting and unique flavors you won't find in any of the other ice cream shops in town, like melon. The presentation is beautiful, watching them make the ice cream as it's ordered is fun, and their ice cream tastes good. In a convenient spot for people to walk over from the splash pad for a treat on a hot day, they also have boba tea drinks for those so inclined. The type of boba they have is the 'bursting' kind, rather than normal. A fun and modern place to get dessert. Cons: Their ice cream making process, while fun to watch and pretty, is time consuming and a person can easily end up waiting over 30-40 minutes after placing an order during popular times. The shop is also very small, with few tables inside and none out. The tables have 2 chairs each, which means a half of them end up with families of four at them, while the rest cannot be used since they lack chairs. Tables are not wiped down frequently, though there is a canister of standard disinfecting wipes kept near the spoons and napkins for customer use. Pricing is somewhat inconsistent, varying dependent on staff and staff error, and the product is more expensive than other available ice creams by $2-4 a serving. Adding extra toppings can quickly increase the price, but due to the nature of the product, there is only so much space on top of the ice cream rolls and customers will likely be disappointed by the small amounts of each topping added. Conclusions: Good for a date. The long lines mean you'll have plenty of time to talk, and the lack of tables ensure you'll end up in the nearby park. Also good for a one on one special treat with a child. They'll think the ice cream is impressively cool and love watching it being made. Just go during an off time to avoid melt downs from waiting. Bad for: family night out. Cost and space prohibitive for large groups, plus by the time the last person in a group receives theirs, the first will already be eaten or melted. read more

I went there at the beginning of summer. It was great. The unique flavors and appearances made me want to come again. Its also interesting to watch them make it in front of you. It gives you the feeling of everything being clean, since you are watching them make it. Also the place itself attracts teenagers, so it gets a lot of business. The only thing that bothers me about it is there is no room and it doesn't look like they clean the tables. And that should be big for businesses that are trying to grow. Ahhhhhhh finally something unique and interesting has come to marysville these are the same owners that own Yamato. I know the short north has something like this but the line was crazy yes it took about 15 mins for my order but I drank my tea to keep me going until my order was ready. The tea was wonderful blue rice things at the bottom hence the big straws. It was fresh and amazing . Our ice cream did take a long time but I'm one that would rather have it to be perfect and take a while, then short and they have to make it ten times! Perfection can't be rushed and that is the case here whits is typical custard ice cream not much flavor as you can see in my review of this whits. But here the raspberry sauce that is covering the ice cream along with the fruity pebbles lol and the gummie bears amazing I'll always be stoping in to show my family when they come to visit how unique and amazing.my town is coming along I'm so happy this place came here. Could of been more seating don't think they have a bathroom or outdoor seating which would of been a plus. But five stars doesn't hurt this place when it comes to food service was good. read more

It's a unique way of making ice cream, but not worth it. It taste like any othet kinda ice cream. It's very expensive for ice cream. I've had it twice and was charged for the same thing two different prices....so I don't think they have any idea what the prices are. My other issue was I had there boba tea as well and it was so bitter, they wouldn't remake it for 4.50 I think they should make sure they mix their tea right. I can get a large boba tea for the same price at bubble tea and company at Polaris for the same price and if they mess it up they will fix it right away free of charge. read more

I gotta say i was really looking forward to trying out this concept and the idea was awesome but certainly not the best.. The ice cream didnt have flavor but the toppings did and that is inno way worth $6. The people werent friendly and there was a hair on my third bite.
