Ohh, was in Georgia visiting family and we ordered take out (the don't deliver, only through Uber). They have a good variety of Thai food. We ordered summer rolls, coconut soup and noodles, the woman that answered explained what the dishes were and helped us decide which to order, great customer service. The food was quick and delicious as well as a hardy portion.

Generous portions for their lunch specials as takeout. We shared 3 entrees for 3 people and had plenty of leftovers. We ordered pad thai, green curry, and pad kee mao. My favorite was the pad kee mao. My go-to is usually pad Thai, but it was a bit dry. Hopefully, this was a one time thing because I would like to try it again.

***This was a delivery order*** Unfortunately, I can't give my snazzy review because I didn't dine in. I was way too lazy this time. The vegetable potstickers were steamed not pan fried. Still tasty just didn't match my awareness of pan fried. Everything was received nice and hot. Love the portion size. Another noticeable, not oily. I would suggest if you are vegan to ask if your meal is cooked in fish sauce. I would definitely order from them again.

My favorite place for pad-Thai. The rest of this is to meet the 85 character minimum.

It was sweet and creamy and the chicken was very crunchy, but still juicy. These are not frozen pieces of chicken. It's real Korean fried chicken bites. I think that's really where the name for this restaurant comes from... They do whole chickens in you know boat in chicken and stuff, but their signature dishes are the bite-size pieces of chicken with no bones. I hesitate to call them chicken nuggets because they're clearly better than chicken nuggets. The onions were crunchy and sweet not overpowering at all. The sauce was a mayo type of sauce, sweet and creamy - pretty good overall. My dad had the regular (Korean fried chicken) KFC chicken. His chicken came out without anything on it because he requested them to have the sauce on the side his sauce was something like a gauchjuang sauce with a little graininess to it, it was sweet, and little kick of spiciness. I think that a really nice twist would be to make the creamy onion KFC with a good drizzle of the gauchjuang sauce over top. I used my dad's sauce over my creamy onion KFC and it was superior in every way. My sister had the Bulgogi quesadilla. The meat was tender and sweet with the marinade sauce, but it was also gooey and cheesy and melting. The outside was crispy. My sister also got a bong bong drink? Basically grape juice with some peeled grapes in it. She said she liked it. The interior of the place was nicely decorated and clean. They still look brand new inside and out. The facilities are nice. The staff was very friendly except one lady who gave off some "Karen vibes". Overall, I would say this place is a thumbs up and you should definitely give them a shot. It's good for small groups, big groups, and all kinds of groups. They've got good drinks. They've got good food and the overall atmosphere is pretty chill it's not loud at all. It's nice and quiet. The only downside to the ambience would be having to sit so close to other people being that the place is a little bit small for the amount of seating that they put in some of the tables are a little bit close to each other.

The Bite of Korea is truly more of a Korean-American fusion spot than traditional Korean cuisine…read more I tried the bulgogi quesadillas and the chicken wings. Both were good but definitely lean more toward fusion than authentic Korean dishes. If you're expecting classic Korean flavors, this might not fully hit that mark. That said, if you go in with the mindset of enjoying creative, Korean-inspired comfort food, it's a solid option. A good spot to mix things up from the usual, just not somewhere I'd go for a more authentic Korean dining experience.

Since when did chicken wings start getting sold by the piece? Picture listed, sold me 2 chicken wings cut into 4 pieces. This should be illegal! Second, the Crab Cheese wontons needed a little more cooking. The chicken lo mein was a little lacking. The noodles just seem overly thick. As for decor, I understand the area is tough. But ripped chairs, don't help for ambiance. Overall this is not a place worth visiting.

There are only 3 tables for dine in and all were filled so we ordered our meal to go. As we waited we had nothing to do but look around and noticed the floor was very dirty...again, hopefully it was just because they had a rush/were busy. Service was very good. The lady that took our order was very nice and she packed our to go order with care. The food was ok. We ordered orange chicken extra spicy, hunan beef extra sauce, and fried dumplings. We also ordered hot & sour soup and egg drop soup. Both soups needed seasoning (salt). Neither of our entrees came as ordered - orange chicken wasn't spicy (even though we request extra spicy) and we did not get extra sauce with the hunan beef (or if it was 'extra' the dish would have been dry to begin with). After eating, we were confused by the ratings and looked at the reviews a bit closer. Most reviews talk about the fried rice and wings - I guess we ordered the wrong type of food.

Happy Valley Dim Sum & Cantonese Cuisine in Norcross, GA…read more Happy Valley has been around for about 30 years. This was actually my first time visiting their new location. My family has always been a fan of Happy Valley. Har Gow 9.5/10 Translucent skin with a full shrimp inside. The texture and flavor are very close to what I've had in Guangdong. Hong Kong Style Egg Tart 9/10 Best when they come out fresh. Flaky buttery crust with smooth egg custard and a golden top. Feng Zao (Chicken Feet) 8.5/10 Good color and the skin has the classic wrinkled texture from braising. The flavor is savory with a slight sweetness, though a little lighter than expected. Beef Tripe 8.5/10 Tender with a slight chew and absorbs the sauce well. The radish underneath was really good. Beef Rice Roll 7.5/10 The flavor is good, but the presentation is not very Cantonese style. The rice roll is slightly thick but has a nice rice fragrance. The soy sauce they use is not very authentic. I used to eat rice rolls almost every day for breakfast when I was in school in Guangzhou, so I am very picky about rice rolls. Pork Siumai 8.5/10 Pretty classic dim sum. Clams 7.8/10 The clams themselves are fresh and well cleaned. Do not be afraid to ask them to reheat if it comes out cold. However, the sauce was a bit too heavy for me.

Overall I'd give…read morethis place a 2 to 2.5 out of 5 (at most a 3). For the price and the area, the food quality just wasn't there, especially compared to other dim sum spots we've tried across the US and Vancouver. Food quality Most of the dim sum we ordered came out cold, and some items seemed like they were reheated (microwave style) to warm them up. That made the outer texture thicker and less pleasant. Even the fried items were disappointing: the outside was soggy, not crisp. I especially had high hopes for fried items like fried taro and fried eggplant, but both were below par. Best item we tried The one standout was the Hong Kong style seafood chow mein with a clear sauce. That dish was genuinely good. Everything else ranged from "okay" to forgettable. Value I don't remember the exact total, but for a similar spend, I strongly feel you could get better dim sum elsewhere. It didn't feel worth the money. Service Service was fine. They were willing to heat items when we asked, which I appreciated, but it also highlighted the bigger issue: dim sum should arrive hot and properly cooked in the first place. Atmosphere The atmosphere was actually nice. It was pretty clean, and on Sunday there were carts, which could have been fun. But because many items were cold and not great, we ended up ordering instead of relying on the carts. Would I return? No. The space is pleasant, but the food and overall execution just don't justify the price.

Speaking about positives: Located at the intersection of Hairston road and rockbridge road in a little strip, finding a parking spot is easy to come by in this shared lot. Finding a seat is pretty easy too, because the interior is much larger than it looks from the outside. Customer service is stellar. The woman I spoke with was very friendly, happy to see her customers and she gave the place a mom and pop feel that's hard to duplicate. Not so positives: I really wanted to love the food because of how nice customer service was but what I ordered for a to go meal just wasn't very good. I ordered their General Tso chicken ($7.50) and subbed beef fried rice for their standard rice (this brought my total to $10.84). The fried rice came with strips of beef, onion and corn, but man was it almost dripping in grease. I took this meal with me the next day and I just didn't finish it because it was so greasy. The actual general chicken was very bready, having what seems like very little chicken. The chicken was not crispy at all and the flavor was just okay. An egg roll accompanies the meal too but again, very limp and soggy (all after about an 8 to 10 minute drive before eating some of it). Buffalo china doesn't completely focus on Asian fusion dishes. You can get burgers, wings, fish and philly cheese steak. Maybe I should have got one of those dishes, or maybe the chef just had an off night, but that evening and the next afternoon for lunch, the food just didn't measure up to some of the other experiences i've had with fried rice and General Tso. As this is a local store that's been around for a long time, if you're in the area, maybe give them a shot, especially with some of their other dishes. If I go back, I will definitely order something different.
