if i could give 0 stars i would. - question for the owner.. do you not understand the simplicities of customer server, hospitality, basic human decency? because your staff do not. every single time i order from this location i feel like i have to argue for quality food and a decent experience. the mod (guy with the popped collar) is the head of the operation and sets the worse tone to his staff. they are rude, condescending and when will argue you down about how [you] should feel about said treatment. i order from this location in multiple ways, weather its doordash, drive thru or walk in the same experience happens. i am hoping that whomever the actual owner is sees this message and reaches out. i have the proof to back my points made. read more

That beef was damn near tougher than last year and the rice tasted like the bottom of a semi burnt batch. Ain't no way yawl serving this to these families. Im glad I got Chow Mein as well as Orange chicken. The Chow was a hit with the sauce. Now I could've sworn I asked for plum sauce....Much disrespect was felt when I noticed the handful of sweet and sour sauce in my bag after I got home. I've only been to this Panda location once recently, but it's easily my favorite in the area so far. I love that it's easy to find and access and has a drive-thru. If you're heading in from Norcross or Tucker you just head straight down Jimmy Carter all the way through Hairston Road and eventually you'll come upon it. The drive-thru was busy on a weekday at lunch time, but the line moved quickly. The worker who helped me was really nice and I didn't feel rushed like I often do at the Pleasant Hill location. My fiancé and I got some of our usual items - noodles, fried rice, spring rolls, orange chicken, mushroom chicken, beef broccoli, and honey walnut shrimp. Everything was cooked and seasoned well. They ran out of a certain beverage, but luckily McDonald's is conveniently next door too. My fiancé settled for a substitute they offered, but if they didn't, at least we had an alternative next door for drinks. I ordered my food online due in order to have as little in person contact as possible due to COVID 19. I took the survey for a free entree. Although the coupon didn't work online, I paid the $40 for my food and took a photo of my valid coupon code and brought the actual previous receipt. When I picked up my food, the manager Zen said it is for in store use only. He called his other manager Grace and they refused to honor the coupon that was clearly valid. It is shameful that while trying to practice safe measures, they refused to refund me the $4.20 for the entree that I paid for. I will not go back. As I was waiting in the drive-through line to my horror there is a bush behind the building in between the building and the drive through menu I saw a rat crawling around crawling up in the bush like it was nothing and it lived there. I placed my order at 7:50 on GrubHub and my food didn't get delivered until 9:40pm. I called the restaurant for an update on my order on 3 separate occasions and no one answered the phone. I called the customer care line and she was unable to get through to the restaurant. She assigned my order a driver and I was finally able to get my food. I'm surprised the food was not cold. The Pepsi tasted flat. Instead of the restaurant calling me and saying that they were out of an item I ordered they decided to just replace it with what they had I stock. I purposely order steamed rice because I cannot eat the fried rice with the veggies. For one plate they gave me fried rice and the other what looks like lo mein, neither that I can eat. I have never been to Panda Express, biy I heard the food was good and decided to check it out. I went to the one on memeorial dr in Stone Mtn. I haven't eaten Asian food in years and the last time I did; it was chicken wings and french fries, so that's what I asked for. The rude drive thru employee replied, "This isn't McDonald's. We don't serve value meals here." I was so offened that I came inside to speak to a manager. The manager apologized on be have of his employee and offered to run the menu down for me. I declined the offer; I wanted an apology from that rude employee, but I never got it. I will not be going back to that restaurant ever again. I also wrote a review on twitter. It's been a while (about two years) so I decided to give this location another shot. Bad idea. When I placed my order in the drive thru, I was asked if I wanted half rice half noodles. I told them I wanted all fries rice and wouldn't mind waiting. I placed my order and was asked to park for the rice. I was told it would take about five minutes. Eight minutes later my order was brought to me outside. When I got home, I realized that my rice was hard and crunchy, and the peas and carrots were cold on the inside leading me to believe that my fried rice was not finished cooking when it went in the container. Also, my orange chicken didn't even taste like oranges. Just sugar. It's hard enough to find decent Chinese food here out here , so when I go to Panda Express there is a certain expectation that comes with the well known chain. The Orange Chicken has mostly just Crumbs and Fried Bread (80%) and 20% has some chicken. This is NOT Good! Panda's customers are not stupid or dumb and feeling Panda is trying to cut costs by having a lot less chicken and much more fried crumbs and bread. Customers feel totally cheated and feel Panda Express is not being honest with their Flagship item (Orange Chicken)! Need to put more "chicken meat" in the Orange "Chicken".
