After this listed coupon code (see photo) didn't work, I reached out with a friendly DM via IG for assistance. The following morning, an employee reached out to me and was curt from the start. Rather than offering a solution or customer service - she took the opportunity to make me feel dumb for inquiring and then use my information to fix a "tech issue" and remove the code advertisement. I get that the jeans were not supposed to be on sale. However, there is absolutely a way to relay that information differently. An "oh my goodness - I am so sorry that happened - and I understand how disappointing that must be as a customer, but ... (fill in the blank)" would have gone a LONG way. Personally, if it were my business, I would have honored the listed code for one item simply to retain the customer. Two stars (rather than one) because she wasn't overtly rude - just curt and a bit condescending.

Just under a month time frame I got my zip up sweater! I was so excited, only to open the package and there are letters on the sweater that I never picked.. I was given MCL instead of MAC... where did the L come from....? I contacted customer service and they apologized and stated that It was indeed their fault, they would send me correct lettering on the sweater in about a week. Almost two weeks later I received my package only to see my monogram was misspelled AGAIN! On top of that so was the T-shirt I ordered as well... I'm in total confusion.. We emailed back and fourth more than 6 times verifying the lettering and somehow I was sent two sweaters and a T-shirt incorrectly..Before the second order was made I simply asked to have the design sent to me in picture so I can make sure it is correct, customer service to totally ignored my request and did not send a photo to verify after their mistake.. At this point I've had It.. I've requested a refund for their incompetence and customer service denied the refund.
