I answered it honestly because I assume that is what they're looking for. When I fill out a survey, I do not expect an employee or manager to text my personal phone immediately after. Clearly, it's not safe to provide them with a phone number because they will take advantage of that. I will not be back to the store, ever. If down the road, if I hear it got new management, I'd consider it. Have a good day!

I offered to move them to their black dirty totes they use and was told no. I didn't appreciate being talked to like a child. I have sold for years and nice items for them to give me a $1 off and sell that day for much more. At booking in their new appointment style the employee stated it could be in any container. Took my items down the street to Once upon a child and was greeted friendly and even complimented on the bag/tote they were in and on the quality of my items being sold. I'll trade and spend my money with Once Upon a Child. Their store was full of customers and functioning properly unlike kid to kid which was empty.

Upon walking in, the store has a musty odor smell, which gave me zero faith in buying any of their clothing items. My son had to use the bathroom, and as soon as we walked in, he said "ew smelly". The toilet bowl had COATS of blue toilet cleaner that had been left sitting. There was noticeable dust on every surface in there. Then, while waiting for the man to go through my box of items, I told me son he could look through the toys. I looked around the books and toys and realized how awfully they were priced for second-hand items... same went for clothing that I eventually peeked at out of curiosity. Faded and worn items marked almost retail in some cases! When they finished with my box, they took about 20 items and the payout did not match any of my other payout experiences, as it was low. However, I will say, they seem to be significantly less picky that K2K so I would say if you're consigning, you can probably skip donating and get a small payout instead here! And they also offer same payout amount where you do "store credit" or "cash". I know OUAC is a franchise and I will say that this one ranked pretty low out of the ones we've been to (at least 7 locations I can think of).

I love going to Once Upon a Child. Wether I am selling clothes or going in just to look around…read more Great customer service! :)

And there are some rude people working there. Also, making customers put their purchase in their car before being allowed to go into the clearance side is absolutely ridiculous. Are you afraid someone is going to steal something? There's nothing on that side worth stealing. And it doesn't matter if the weather is bad. Customers still have to take their purchase to their car. (Exact items) You used to get a lot of really nice pieces of furniture, collectibles, purses, and household items really reasonable. See lots of people donating, but don't see much of it ever hit the floor. They used to put items out all day long and now maybe twice a day. So where is everything going? This place was also to help the people in our community who are in need. That's the point....right? I don't know how they can afford it. Selling items up to $12 and $15, on the junk side. Sad part is if you were to have a garage sale, you could sell it cheaper than that, but no one would buy it. They'd buy it from here, just because it's sitting in a store. They would claim it's the economy. Just an excuse...someone's filling their pocket.
