My husband and I got married at Little Berry Farm at the beginning of October (2016). We initially…read morefell in love with the land. It was the perfect environment for what we wanted our wedding to be. The venue appeared so laid back and unlike some venues there were not tons of rules. Plus the venue was cheap and we were sold.We paid our deposit the day we saw the venue. Probably our first mistake. We did not have really any problems with the venue until about a month before our wedding. Our photographers wanted to tour the venue and our coordinator wanted to get one last view of the place before the big day. We met with the venue coordinator, whom was obnoxiously rude. She would not let my coordinator speak. She kept putting in opinion after opinion but any time my coordinator would state her opinion she would object to the idea as if we were not allowed to do our plan. I emailed the venue owner to let her know and the problem was solved. The coordinator would not be present on our big day. We were fine. Two days before our wedding we get an email stating all the rules basically had changed. For example, we were told music had to be off by 11pm and now we were being told 10pm. Our timeline had been made almost a month before hand and was finalized. Also, there was no noise ordinance in effect until 11pm. We were initially told we had the venue all day Friday, all day Saturday and had to be off site by 12pm sunday. We scheduled our rehearsal for 3pm Friday at the end of August. In the same email we were now being told we had the venue from 4-8 on Friday, outside our already organized rehearsal. Our contract had no times mentioned other than being off site by 12pm Sunday. I emailed the owner again about this and once again the problem was solved and we were allowed to do everything initially planned. The day of the wedding, the owner decided it was acceptable to ask my coordinator if she could tell me music had to be off by 10pm. Thankfully I had one awesome coordinator who told her no. What was supposed to be an easy venue to work with became a complete nightmare and hard to work with. Attempting to change plans a few days is a complete nightmare for a bride and an unneeded stress. I also feel that attempting to once again change my music off time the day of the event was unprofessional. I am well aware that the owner has the right to make their own rules for their site but two days before a wedding is not the time to change those. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy based on the last month of dealing with these people.

While the party did happen, leading up to it was not a good experience at all!! My sister originally rented the venue a year ago, but had to cancel. As a result, they allowed her to reschedule within a year. We scheduled my sons party, after speaking to the owner and advising that I would now be the contact. During the same conversation, we were told that there had been a rate increase, however, they would absorb it by giving us less time. We're we happy about that, no, but we went with it because the goal was not to spend more money. Well 4 days before the party, I call to set up time to make sure the tables are set up the way we want. The owner then tells me that there is a balance on the contract. I'm like what are you talking about?! Then she says, well, I don't have the contract in front of me. We can talk about it when you come to the venue Thursday. To make a long story short, there was a contract, but as a result of a price increase, we would now have to pay additional money, even after a conversation months ago where she said they would absorb it but give us less time. So we ended up having to pay more money as a result of their rate increase even though they were paid in full for a year and already under contract!!! So basically, the contract meant nothing to them, they only wanted the higher cost per hour. Had it not been 2 days before the party, we would have just canceled, but I'm sure she knew we wouldn't because invites had already gone out! What venue has a balance a week before a party and the event still happens??? None of them!!!! The average amount of time is 2 weeks, but 2 days!!!! Like I said earlier, a beautiful venue, but we will never, ever rent it again because they DON'T honor a written agreement!!! I bet had the prices gone down, they wouldn't have given my sister any money back!!! So why make us pay an increase after having a full payment for a year!!! I said all is that to say, business owners do better!!!! I'm not saying the customer is always right, but I am saying, honor your agreements or you will lose business!!! If that's the only venue in town, I would not rent from them EVER AGAIN!!!

I…read morehad never been to this Event Venue before and I was SHOCKED at how stunningly beautiful it was inside. The crystal chandeliers and the accent lighting is lovely. The epoxy floor looks great. The entire space is well appointed. The owners were present for both the rehearsal as well as the actual ceremony. Mr. and Mrs. Glover are true professionals and they run a smooth operation. On the day of the ceremony, the space was transformed with beautiful decor. The tables were set to perfection. Everything was spaced perfectly. The assistance they gave to run a smooth ceremony was from making sure the sign outside on the easel was secured to coordinating the procession was a sign of their attention to detail and a measure of their excellent marks as experienced wedding professionals. They certainly made me feel welcomed and they flawlessly executed this event. Their in house Chef had everything set and I saw the delicacies he had prepared. The presentation was top-notch. It definitely had Chef written all over it and not just some food preparation team. I highly recommend the Premier Events & Rental Center. It has plenty of parking and is easy to find. It is conveniently half way into town from Jacksonville International Airport. Your guests should find this location easily.

They were very patient with all my requests and questions and fulfilled every request we had. We were surprised by the weather and had to change plans at the last minute and Taylor worked with us every step of the way to readjust plans and still make our day and ceremony beautiful. The venue is beautiful, the staff was awesome, the food and drinks were delicious. I have received nothing but compliments about our wedding venue from friends and family. It was not until a recent interaction with what is now TNT Event Services that I have come to the conclusion, I must seek another vendor for my future event rental needs. I assumed I would get the same quality and service I had previously experienced until receiving soiled and damaged tables and chairs. Understanding things happen, I politely informed Brittany of my disappointment with the equipment. Brittany challenged my critique and then proceeded to follow up by offering to retrieve the equipment with a refund knowing full well it would impact my family event planned for the next day. Rather than apologize and admit there was an opportunity to do better, Brittany chose to facetiously offer me an alternative that would leave me unable to host the event I planned. Yes, the previous owner graciously offered to bring chair covering at no additional cost but I did not feel that truly addressed my concerns with the equipment or Brittany's response to my displeasure. Needless to say, I will not do business with TNT going forward. I recommend you also go elsewhere for your party planning needs.
