I've spent roughly $2,000 here, purchased microneedling & Sylfirm(lied to that Sylfirm would help my under eyes) Shortly after I got home, I received a call from the front desk claiming I had an outstanding balance for a service I NEVER received. They insisted I had been given an Agnes treatment during this current treatment & then switched to my previous visit. That is completely false. This service was only discussed and recommended to me during my most recent appointment--and I clearly declined it because I want to wait and see my results first. Instead of correcting their error, I was told it was a "miscommunication" and that they would zero out the facial and exosomes I currently have on my account to cover a charge for a service I did not receive. Taking away services I already paid for to cover their mistake is unacceptable. This feels dishonest and extremely unprofessional. If you go here, protect yourself--ask for itemized invoices, confirm every service before receiving it, and keep your own records. I will not be returning.

I showed her a picture of how I wanted my eyebrows done, because I was very specific on them looking natural. I told her I wanted an arch, and she said something about an arch making the eyelids look more saggy. So she drew them out I seen them they looked okay but then when she finally did them I went to look at my face and I wanted to cry. I felt like I look like a clown. I just wanted to get this post out there I will post pictures later when I edit this. Sandra you really need practice honey a lot more practice not everybody likes those block looking eyebrows. You ruined my face. I now have to go get them lasered off. The right thing to do is give people a refund for the horrible work that you did. My lashes came out so good and I EVEN came back because something was poking my eye (normally my old lash lady said it's cause I have twitchy eyes) but the ladies here made sure to constantly say if I have any problems come back so I did, and they tended to me and fixed the problem up soo well.
