Which I didn't want but she kept persisting. Now I definitely regret listening to her. I got her through groupon which she had good ratings. Sandra was nice and very easy to communicate with. However, doing women's eyebrows is not for her. My hubby got this as abday gift for me because ive been wanting to do this for a long time. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my eyebrows done, because I was very specific on them looking natural. I told her I wanted an arch, and she said something about an arch making the eyelids look more saggy. So she drew them out I seen them they looked okay but then when she finally did them I went to look at my face and I wanted to cry. I felt like I look like a clown. I just wanted to get this post out there I will post pictures later when I edit this. Sandra you really need practice honey a lot more practice not everybody likes those block looking eyebrows. You ruined my face. I now have to go get them lasered off. The right thing to do is give people a refund for the horrible work that you did. I have my first touch up a year and a half later tomorrow. When my first round healed I decided I loved them so left them. Yes originally she ran about 10 min late which was fine with me as I don't plan anything around stuff like this because I rather them relaxed taking there time. She greeted me, got my paperwork and numbed my brows after confirming my Groupon. I did my research before buying and after buying. I scrolled through pictures. Found my shape I wanted. Even dropped by a few times while at Walmart since it's close to see if I could see any recent clients work. Some perfect others not my cup of tea. So go in with what you want and pictures help to an extent because everyone's face is different. I did ask Sandra about the reviews. But I still put my trust as I had a good feeling after chatting. She is a cool lady if you follow the rules. If you move or flinch it can seriously wreck the work. Yes it hurts, hello it's a knife cutting into you. It's like that stingy paper cut feeling people hate. When done felt like big dark chola brows but she explained in a week will heal. I kept generic aquafore on mine. She drunk texted my mom, and didn't acknowledge it at a later date. I'm not sure about you, but I wouldn't drunk text a paying client. Her Instagram account obviously has posts that are not her work. I got to my appointment 30 min or so early (as requested) and was helped by her bf (I think it's her bf, based on previous reviews) immediately as he added the numbing cream to my eyebrows. Sandra then got to me when she was done with her other client. I came prepared which is what I suggest to everyone else, because I've read the previous reviews and can't understand why they were unhappy because Sandra was great. Anyway, coming prepared with what you want makes the process easier for everyone. I sent her the pic I found and she consulted with me on wether I wanted it thinner, etc. She was very thorough. She drew out the eyebrows and allowed me to critique it and then she fixed it to my liking. We then got started. I will say that it hurt a bit, but I have a high pain tolerance so it wasn't terrible and I think that the numbing cream didn't work on me too well which isn't their fault. After she worked on me her boyfriend did a once over himself, and then she took a look and did the final touches. That shows that they care about the look and they made it look great. I went to get my lashes done for professional photos I was gonna have done, I asked her for natural looking lashes. The ones she gave me were incredibly long and sooo unnatural. When I opened my eyes she said oh its just a little longer than your real lashes. Not at all! My lashes are short. At the start of the service she saw mascara on my natural lashes and didn't clean them off before starting the service. She was also on the phone a lot of the time with her "baby daddy" and "ex husband" with them on speaker phone and it was annoying and completely unprofessional. I took off my lashes the same night because I hated them so much. Luckily my sister had lash remover so I didn't pull too many of my own lashes out, but I'd rather have no lashes than the shit she gave me. Lol read more

Location- her shop is in the Phoenix Spa building. It took me 15 minutes to find it and luckily after searching yelp for help I did! Sandra was with another client so she was going to come get me but luckily I found it when she was opening the door. Her shop is a small room with 2 types of chairs for clients. Communication- after I had scheduled my appointment I received a text from her just letting me know a few things. She did ask to reschedule but then I didn't get a response back so I assumed we were still on for the original appointment. I got a confirmation of my appointment/reminder so I knew I was all set. AFTER- we were setting up my next appointment in which Sandra went over when she will may be busy so I was aware. Microneedling- I bought a Groupon deal for 3 microneedling sessions for $150. I got in the chair and she applied numbing creme (korean brand that I've used before) for an hour. She explained how it would hurt so I shouldn't think otherwise and went over specific areas that would hurt the most. Sandra asked how hard she was to apply. Overall I have a pretty good pain tolerance (had my eyebrows done with the numbing cream not working) but I asked her to go softly just in case. She ended up going medium pressure because I wasn't flinching (I thought she was testing and didn't realize she started) but explained i would be bruised because of my skin tone. The whole appointment lasted about 1hr and 45 minutes with numbing and the actual microneedling. Afterwards she applied some coconut oil and 100% zinc to my face. She gave me some zinc to use as its 100% SPF which I didn't know. Overall- definitely hectic but both cases not on Sandra's part but on other customers who ran late or missed notifications. Sandra has plenty of knowledge and she was a very "go with the flow" type of person. My skin looks exactly how I would expect it and I cant wait to take a picture to see if there's a difference. read more

Warning Scammer, full of lies. I advise not to go here. Went here last 8/29. I saw Sandra's offer in Groupon and got tempted for her $115 offer for Microblading. She offered $180 for microblading with 2 touch ups. I told her I only have and can pay her $115 for regular Microblading. She said she can do the regular microblading but I needed to come back for 2 touch ups to so she can fix if there will be issues. She said she can upgrade me to $180 and just pay $115 upfront and $65 on 10/3 schedule after 1 month but I need to txt her after 2 weeks to confirm. After 2 weeks I texted her (attached screen shot) to remind her about the updrade or touch up for 2, but she said 2 touch-ups for $100. She did not honor her word. I told her she needs to fix my eyebrows because the other one is higher than the other. She insisted that the price is 2 for $100. I tried to tell her evrything she told me that itis only an additional of $65 but she did not acknowleged it. I'm reporting this case too to Groupon head office so that no other girls will fall for this scam in Groupon. She is also denying that she do not have yelp. But what is this now, isn't this yelp?. Lol. FYI, I will not insist the $65 amount for the 2 touch up if Sandra dis not mention it to me in yhe first place. If this is not scamming what is this called. I have been getting my eyelashes done every four weeks since October with Sandra. I am very active, I run and take kick boxing classes and have had no problems with them falling out. I had clusters done twice before I settled on individual lash extensions with her due to her photos on Facebook and a groupon offer. I am really picky about my eyes and I like that I can wake up and run out the door. The lashes have never been heavy and I don't have to give her any instruction and they come out perfect every time. First off, Sandra didn't offer me any rewards in writing this review. However, if she did offer me, I'd gladly accept it. I am not sure why people are bothered with incentives to write reviews. ALL online businesses provide incentives on reviews. I am constantly offered incentives to write reviews everywhere I shop. However, my reviews are always objective with or without incentives. Upon arrival of my 10 am appointment, Sandra efficiently greeted me with my first name and applied numbing cream while I fill out the consent forms. There is no seating area inside the facial room. There are plenty of seatings in the hallway. I am not sure why some clients complain about no seating area. After filling out the consent form, Sandra took her time to sanitize the table before allowing me to sit/lie down. It surprised me how careful she is with the facility hygiene. I read reviews concerned about how she maintains the place. They must have seen something I didn't notice. I had previous failing eyebrow tattoo I did 4 years ago. Sandra took her time to explain to me about her challenges to incorporate with the old tattoo and explained she will try her best but can not guarantee how the shape/color will be a success. OMG, Sandra, you are truly a genius and an esthetician artist. I can't see any trace of my old tattoo and the new brows are full and natural. You angled it perfectly to hide the bad tattoo. I am SO VERY HAPPY with the new shape and color. It contoured my face beautifully. My husband is so picky he likes nothing but he actually likes my new brows. For people who complain about blading procedures, you must understand why we call it blading because they must cut you to tattoo the color. It's not Sandra's fault micro blading hurts. Found Sandra on Groupon. Set up appt for a week from scheduling, paid deposit through Venmo, received confirmation text & email for appt at 2pm with 1:30pm arrival for numbing. Drove from Temecula, I arrived at 1:15pm, she numbed my brows with cream and I waited, as she had 2 touch ups prior to my appt. She got me in her office & on the bed at 1:50pm, she stenciled to my liking then got to microblading. The color I chose is Brown/Black. Sandra was nice & made sure I got the brows I wanted. She was professional as she made me feel comfortable. The microblading its self hurt a little bit but is tolerable. I am overall super happy with my brows and got so many compliments! Avoid!!! At all costs. If a Groupon purchase, get refund or credit to an alternative purchase. I love the deals I get through Groupon, but this was BY FAR THE WORK EXPERIENCE EVER. (No fault of Groupon) After a MONTH of "texting" to acquire an appointment (Sandra's preferred method of communication for customer service) She extracted additional funds from me. Her explanation sounded plausible so I agreed. I had even began to decline service and returned to Groupon letting them know my efforts to get an appointment AND communicate were much too exhaustive. I hadn't dawned on me until I was attempting to recount all actions when I was in grievous pain and discomfort, she still had her gloves on, because she took me to the bathroom once and I had to keep my eyes closed. How naive I was. But after the removal experience with another technician, not only the technician, but even the ambience, aura and vibe of their studio was like day and night. In my event of emergency, Sandra never showed concern or empathy. Nor did she offer any assistance or recommendations. She got paid. BOTH WAYS, so shake me she did. But I'm not done. Let me start by saying it took a whole lot of self restraint and contemplation on my part to write this review. Why doesn't yelp have a zero or even negative stars for businesses like these? So here is the short version of my ordeal - the first time I heard about this place was on Groupon and I thought to myself : this deal is too good to be true. Boy, was I RIGHT!!! I walked in Sunday morning, cancelled on going to church and all and I deserve what I got afterwards just for doing that. Guys, do not expect to be greeted or even for someone to acknowledge your presence. The so-called 'business owner' Sandra and this guy who had a tattoo of her name on his arms didn't even bother to look up when I said good morning. I waited for a response or even a greeting but Sandra continued playing with her phone while the other guy was applying paint on this girl. I told them I have an appointment. They got frazzled and started looking through their appointments to find mine. Mind you, she had me pay $30 deposit less than 12 hours ago for this appointment. We agreed I was going to pay her $125 for the first session and a one time retouch. After 30 minutes of waiting with the sticky numbing cream on my face, I was called in. There's barely any room to breath in the tiny work space they have. They asked if they could put my coat away and I said sure thinking it will be hanged somewhere. The guy just folded it and put in on the freaking FLOOR!!! He then started painting my eyebrows with a stencil. I have to say, I shaved my eyebrows halfway out to give my face an illusion of a lift. It worked out with brow pencils but I didn't want to waste time fixing my eyebrows every morning, so why I came here in the first place. After finishing, he asked me what I think. I looked at it but I wasn't happy and I said, I was hoping for a lifted look. I asked Sandra what she thinks and she said it will not be easy since I shaved my eyebrows. She kept telling me I shouldn't have shaved my eyebrows. I thought to myself ' bitch that's your job to fix' I didn't say anything, however and instead I asked her for her opinion and she told me to paint it myself and HANDED me the brow pencil!!!!! ‍ I took a deep breath and did my eyebrows as I would usually. She the. looked at me funny with a smirk on her face. I decided to ignore her mocking and sat down to get the micro blading. Here comes the blade.... OUCH!!! I flinched and she yelled 'don't move or your eyebrow will be ruined' she forgot to numb my inner eyebrow region and boy the way she was going at it was as if to get back at me for knowing what I want. she did not even bother to numb me further. When the torture was over, I sat up to look at my newly painted eyebrows. I'll say this, I will never ever EVER NEVER try to pay less for something this important. I wanted to cry, to hide, to call my sister and cry some more. It was the most hideous thing I've ever seen. Not only Sandra is untalented and rude and trashy, she's not a very nice person. I asked if she can make it better, she snorted and laughed on my face and said maybe during the retouch it may look better. WOW, who gave her a license to do this. But most importantly why did I do this. I'm a respectably member of the society. People, learn from my mistakes. Only certain type of people go here if you know what I mean. Do not be tempted by the low price. Not sure if she's practicing or if she's just downright awful at this but it's not worth it!!! Please beware and STAY AWAY!! RUN!! DO NOT COME HERE. You'll regret it. Being a healthcare professional, I highly doubt the hygiene of this place. I did not see either of them wash their hands or even sanitize while working with several clients at the same time. I just hope I didn't catch anything. Beware of these people! I purchased this microblading with 3 touch ups coupon from Groupon. These people who works here are haux! They are not professional. Thay dont wash their hands working in between their clients. Their tiny working place is as messy as how they do their job. They make their clients wait because they're always show up late in their tiny messy working place. On the day of my 2nd touch up appointment, i got a text message at 7AM from Sandra, "can u come at 10:30?" My appointment is 8 AM, Appointment that was made over a month ago. But I said "NO" bec I have other things to do, instead I agreed to meet her up at 9 wherein she and her bf showed up later after 9. I questioned the way they work on the touch ups. They could have done good job on the 1st appointment that way they'll just do little touch up on the 2nd and could have eliminated the 3rd appointment. Because the day on my 3rd session appointment, no Sandra or the bf showed up in their tiny working place. I waited over an hour but I never heard from them. Tried calling that Sandra's number but she didnt answer. I could have paid more for a job well done for my eyebrows somewhere else.
