My smile lines look worse than before. The Botox in my jaw caused weeks of pain and bruising, and I still have difficulty chewing. The filler in my jawline left it sagging and heavier instead of more defined. It took several attempts to get a follow-up call scheduled, but the real issue was the dismissive attitude during that call. I was told that of the $5,000 I paid, only $1,000 was attributed to Botox--and that they would only consider refunding a portion of that. I still have not received any refund in any amount. At any price, this level of care and professionalism is unacceptable.

It's been about 5-6 weeks after my first session with Ashley for Microblading my brows. Being that it was my first time, I wasn't that experienced to know what to expect. To summarize I had a positive experience, however, even though she did an excellent job filling in my brows, as you can see in the photos that my brows are not symmetrical and you can tell in photos. Although she did ask if I liked them at the apt, I couldn't tell they were shaped different when I was laying down. I was able to tell later when I got home. I waited several weeks to see how it would heal to bring it up if it still was a concern. I brought this up to her and she responded to my concerns very quickly which I appreciate. I gave 5 stars because she said we can fix the "different shapes" at the next appointment. I am hopeful of this as well. I can show photos after the second session. Hope this helps! read more

I cannot begin expressing enough how divine Ashley is. Not only is she kind, genuine, loving, empathetic, and just divine in general, but she also kicks massive butt and is INSANELY talented in what she does. Her skill level is beyond me! She impressed me like I cannot even believe. I am professional freelance makeup artist who unfortunately has a weird condition called Trichotollomania, and because of that I lost much of my eyebrows and Ashley made my brow dreams come true. I am so glad I got my eyebrows microbladed by Ashley. She is such a sweet and welcoming woman! She is also very professional in her work and is very clean! Shes very easy to talk to and she plays great music which is a huge plus for me. Shes got such a great personality too she makes you want to be her BFF! She checks in on you to see how you and your eyebrows are doing too! I absolutely love mine! It feels great to just get up and put some mascara on and go. I used to do my eyebrows every day and now I dont and I still get tons of comments on how full and natural they look. I still have a perfecting session left too! I went to see Ashely for Lip tattooing. I have to say she is very professional and strives for perfection. I immediately felt comfortable with her and her location. As soon as I walked in I felt peaceful and excited!! We spoke about what my wants were and went over shades. I chose a more natural lip blush. She made sure I was numbed before we began. This is my first experience with Semi-Permanent Tattoos. Ashley is AMAZING! She is knowledgeable, comforting and skilled with her work, explaining to me every little detail and why she does what when doing eyeliner tattoos that gave me confidence to get a tattoo gun so close to my eye. My right eyebrow only felt pressure if anything at all, this was without the numbing cream. Left eyebrow was a little worse, but not that had. She does a once over and then applies the numbing cream. Once the numbing cream is on, you don't feel a thing. Maybe once in a while, but nothing like I was expecting. I can't recommend The Brow Habitat enough.
