The scheduling process was easy as I booked an appointment with her via text. When I arrived Helen cleaned my hair and then got straight to giving me layers. During the service, Helen and I had great conversations as she is personable and hilarious. She has a great vibe that allows you to be comfortable right away. She definitely builds rapport with her clients very easily. After she was finished with my two block, we went straight to the chemical perm. The results came out great and she did phenomenal making it look natural. I went back to her a few more times before I ended up moving out of the IE.
