First, my wife and I came into the store about a week ago as we needed an ink cartridge for our…read morecopier, but we were unsure what model our printer was or what ink cartridge we needed. Jaren listened to my wife's description of our copier and was able to identify our model and the ink cartridge that was required for that model. Second, after we got home, we confirmed that Jaren was right on both counts, and my wife installed the ink cartridge. However, the copier kept showing some warning on the screen, and refused to try to copy. One note: we have had this copier for several years without any problems. Fearing the worst, we took the printer into the store the next day. Even though they said that they typically don't do any repairs, Jaren and Brad, the manager, worked on the copier for about 5 or 10 minutes and got it up and running again. This saved us having to buy a new printer at that time, which meant they did not get a sale just then, but also guaranteed that when we do need a new copier, we will be buying it from them - as well as any other items that we need that they sell - and not from Amazon! i want to give Brad and Jaren and the Petoskey Office Max an "11" on a scale of "10" - ala "This is Spinal Tap". I recommend that you shop here; you will NOT be disappointed!
