Cute smoothie shop located on Main St. I came here for a quick lunch after realizing most places were closed on Mondays, or it was crowded or out of my price range. I got a smoothie and a chicken Ceasar salad (with no ceasar and parmasean due to being lactose), and had a nice conversation with the employee. I do wish the salad was a bit more satisfying, but it was fine for what it was. I did really enjoy the smoothie, it was simple and made deliciously. Went here with a few of my colleagues. Cute little place that serves up smoothies, teas and other healthy food options. I got a strawberry milk boba tea and it was very sweet (in a good way). My other colleagues got a strawberry and chocolate smoothie and an iced tea. All of the drinks were refreshing. The Caesar wrap I ordered was very tasty as well. Lovely small local shop serving açaí bowls, smoothies, lemonade and bubble tea. Also had protein powder and sweets like brownies at the front. I tried the lavender lemonade and it was amazing! It was a sweet lavender flavored syrup and tarte lemonade mixed. There were different taro/bubble flavor options for the bubble tea which seemed nice. I finally had a chance to fight the weekend crowds in Cold Spring and even scored the only 15 minute spot so I could try this wonderful new shop. Being a coffee fan, I was immediately drawn to the coffee lovers smoothie. It has coffee, banana, vanilla, almond butter, cocoa and a couple other yummy ingredients that I can't remember. But I can tell you it was delicious! I'm seriously headed over for another one right now! It's a vegan and gluten free shop with so many options. Came here after a 7 mile sunny hike so I needed something to replenish myself! I got a beach daze that has pineapple, strawberry, peach, mango and coconut water. The 16 oz was $7.99 and a 20 oz was $8.99 so I just went with the bigger one. The smoothie was really good & you can watch them make it! Perfect place for healthy eats and drinks! Love that they have healthy Vegan and GF options, perfect for my friend and I. We had a light lunch here of a muffin, potato leak soup, and a peach smoothie. We were even allowed to eat inside, which was nice since it was a bit chilly outside! I read the other posts and I'm sure the smoothies and açaí bowls are good. But....I came for bubble tea with my friend. The worst bubble tea in my life. The tapioca pearls were not good, gave me a stomach ache. They need to change their recipe if they make them from scratch. Plus, the tea was flavorless, watery and zero sweetener. They should at least give their customers an option of what level of sweetener they want. Definitely not coming here again for bubble tea. Needs major improvements. read more

Came in today to try the new wrap and salad offerings. The service was very good and timely. My daughter ordered the wrap (gluten free wrap with hummus, black beans, cheddar, spring mix, onion, mozzarella, chicken and herb vinaigrette) and said it was the best she ever had! Many vegan and gluten-free choices but I opted for a kale/spring mix with lots of toppings, and also topped it off with the herb vinaigrette. Saw they had bubble tea so I stopped for one. Unfortunately the bubbles were old and had the texture of wet bread (no firmness at all). The milk tea was fine but sadly the bubbles just brought the whole drink down. Folks love their smoothies. Maybe I should've ordered that instead? Very good smoothies. Very good everything. They have some homemade salads and other lunch items, too. They always seem to have very yummy local holiday cookies and other fun little healthy things to eat. Love their fresh pressed juices in the fridge as well. Just wish they were more consistent with their hours and announcing said hours, but it's a minor gripe for such a great shop. read more

They might have good smoothies considering the other reviews on here. But avoid the acai bowl, 15$ for an acai bowl that was a smoothie blend of berries and banana. Honestly doubt there was any acai in my bowl. The cheap costco packs taste better. read more

DO NOT get the bubble tea!! One of the worst bubble teas I've had in my life. It was very watered down and had powdered consistency. The service was unprofessional. About 5 high schoolers working/standing around the counter gossiping about friends/drama. I was standing at the counter waiting to place my order and no one greeted me or took my order until I asked to be served. There was an older gentleman behind me in line and walked out because after taking my order they ignored him and started gossiping again. I was in town on work and they forgot my gluten free meal so I found this shop and was so happy to find that they are entirely gluten free. It is still hard to find gluten free options, especially in small towns, and finding a shop specially catered to my needs is so comforting. The owner let me know they do catering as well!
