Shoes were at the store the emailed me that they were ready my mistake was calling and asking to confirm. They then saw what shoe and the price I got them for and boom they vanished. I was able to snag a new pair of OnClouds (OnCloud X3) for $90 & the same style + color is still full price at Nordstrom for $150. Also, many nice clothing brands like Levi, Joe's Jeans, TopShop, Naked Wardrobe, Good American, AGOLDE, etc can be found here. I think I tried on 50+ pieces over the course of 3-4 hours (I know... I'm a little crazy, and I shop like it's an Olympic sport ), and Diana was incredible from beginning to end. She gave honest feedback, suggested perfect pieces to pair with tops and bottoms I liked, and patiently ran back and forth countless times to grab different sizes and colors. She was also incredibly organized, keeping track of what I was buying in-store versus what would be shipped to my home, which made the whole process so much easier. Toward the end, after I'd gone through everything I picked myself, I asked Diana to surprise me with items she thought I'd love. She absolutely nailed it. Every piece she brought matched my style perfectly. She somehow understood exactly what I was looking for--even when I couldn't put it into words. Shopping is usually stressful for me because I'm not very confident when it comes to fashion, but Diana made the experience genuinely fun and effortless. It's right off I-95 with crystal clear signage to get you there quickly. They offer free parking in a huge multi-level parking lot. There are over 80 tenants, a real bounty of clothing and fashion, bars and restaurants, beauty and wellness vendors, specialty stores like Apple and Warby Parker, and amusements like a paint bar, escape room and a movie theater. We spent a few hours here with our grandchildren, enjoyed a great lunch at Legal Seafoods, grabbed drinks at the J.P. Licks ice cream emporium, and went shopping at the Paper Source. We were very impressed with our visit.
