I contacted the owner for a few initial questions, suggestions, and quote....she responded within an hour and gave me great feed back. We had initial theme for the party of "glam" but ended up switching to an 80s theme...so a whole different cake idea. The owner adjusted to this seamlessly and executed to perfection as well as keeping me up to date thru out and being timely in delivery. The cake itself came out so vibrant & dope....the birthday girl and several other guess thought it was a decor / art piece. Everyone loved the taste & texture as well. The (last minute add of) neon pink champagne inficupcakes were on point as well. Definitely helped deliver on the vibe we were going for with the party. Taster box was $50 for 5 flavors, that was no problem until they said the flavors are randomized and we can't choose which flavors we want to test. It also would've been cheaper and better to get cupcakes in the different flavors because its $5 per cupcake so we could've tried 10 instead of 5, but they said we'd have to find out what the "flavor of the day" is and they won't make them unless it's already been made. For an upgrade to the contract we had, they said it was going to be a "few hundred dollars" extra as well. Seems like they just want money instead of letting us have a good experience. Which really wouldn't be a problem paying for if we had a good experience but overall it wasn't so we won't be giving our money to this company.
