My son and his GF will be attending the Winter Fantasy. I made sure I reserved flowers (Boutonnière and a wristlet) for them. The gentleman that I talked to over the phone was nice enough to hold my reservation until I was able to pay the next day. He was okay that I didn't pay with my card over the phone. I think his name was Tony. I went in today yo pay for the flowers and Kolby was so helpful and nice. I was not sure if the colors that they will be wearing and she assured me that when we find out she can add the color in to the arrangements. The kindness and reassurance made me feel so much better. I received arrangements for xmas and valentines. The first arrangement were the long stem white roses. Beautiful, but outdated style - fillers of baby's breath, ferns and pine. The roses aren't the best quality. And lasted only 6 days even with the instructions of hot water revival at day 4. The second arrangement I received was for valentines. 13 long stem pink roses. Also outdated style of arrangement. They were disappointing poor quality roses. And dried out ferns and baby's breath. The roses were peeled back so much to get to the bud. Started to show signs of wilt on day 2, so I tried to revive by cutting the stems and replaced the water with hot water (hot enough to wash dishes with bare hands). But all wilted over. I'm sure these arrangements were expensive with delivery fee attached. For the amount all other reviews has expressed, I'm certain these arrangements were at least $150 each. If you're in the market for floral arrangements, you're better off buying from Costco, Safeway or Whole Foods. Save your money. read more

After checking around several florist, close to a dozen, I decided on Leilani's because I loved their overall arrangements and prices seemed reasonably fair. I was placing several orders of wreaths for my dad's services not just from our family but for other relatives too. I loved the selections they offered in their catalog of books you can look at in the store. They do cost more but felt they are worth it. However, because there were several people who had to agree on this I was out voted. Our order was placed on items listed in their website. Oh well. I have to give them major props because there were several changes after I placed the order and it was taken care of with no fuss. They really tried to make this as simple as possible for you in your time of sorrow. I gave them the name and church, and they called to get the rest of the information. I got an email confirming everything, and all was delivered right on the button of the expected time. The only thing that is bad is the limited parking. I wanted to surprise my mom for an early Mother's Day and sent her flowers at work. I read a significant amount of reviews on different flower places and ultimately decided on Sweet Lelani Florist due to the positive reviews here on Yelp and the overall price point. I was able to order a nice bouquet for $30. Other places in Honolulu started generally around $50. The delivery fee here was $20 which is steep, but at least there were no delivery issues. My mom got her flowers around 9:30 a.m. on the day that I wanted them delivered; that makes me a happy customer. I was worried about one person's experience ordering here while living on the mainland and having a poor quality of flowers delivered. Luckily for me, my flowers looked pretty similar to the picture online. I don't think they have the basket I ordered online anymore...but it was called the FTD Basket of Cheer Bouquet (for reference). I think the online picture had more pink flowers rather than purple, but I get that substitution happens depending on inventory. Overall, my mom is pleased with her flowers and that's what matters to me the most. The flowers look vibrant and put together nicely. I am definitely inclined to reorder from here when the occasion arises. read more

We reached out to Sweet Leilani Florist for a styled wedding photoshoot we were doing at a newly renovated venue. One of our vendors were good friends with, Kobey so we decided they would be a good florist option. Communication was great. Literally just sent some inspiration photos with special instructions. You kind of have to hunt her down and expect her to take a week or so to get back to you. I chose this company because they always deliver an amazing flower arrangement to the front desk that I work at every other week. Unfortunately my personal experience with them was not good. I have made an order for two flowers going to two separate places back in April to have it delivered on May 10. I have received an invoice and no communication afterwards, which I don't mind at all. On May 9th, while I'm working around 10:47 AM I received a call, I did not answer because I was working, then shortly after I received a text advising the flowers are on the way to my building. I'm panicking at this point because I live in a secure building I would have to go down and get it and it's not even the delivery date yet. When I called there shop, the clerk advised "that's weird, your delivery date is not till tomorrow. I don't have an estimated time of delivery for anyone because it's busy tomorrow" I advised ok. Then on May 10, I wait around the same time 10:47 AM and I did not relieve a call or update on delivery. One of my flowers were delivered by 11 AM so I just patiently wait. As time went by I tried to call the shop, I called them 4 times and it went to a voicemail. At 1:49 PM, I got a hold of a clerk and he was very rude. He advised that my flowers would be delivered within the next hour, and I'm literally just waiting at home all day for these flowers. My flowers were not delivered until 4:30 PM and it was the last arrangement as well. It's sad that each arrangement cost $100 ($79 for a premium size), it wasn't really a wow factor just a regular bouquet. The clerk was unhelpful and rude. read more

I simply came in for one thing and one thing only, and it was just a nice set of flowers that was with in a reasonable budget. We going to the flower Room. And we start picking out flowers and she's being superduper helpful recommending me what flowers to get and what accents each other and it's colors and it comes to find out the total is almost $60 actually it was $60 before tax... i go back to my car to get my phone so I can get 10% off when I check in but then I also go back into the flower room and realize that in the corner there are flowers that are already set up in bunches and it was like 50 Dollars Way cheaper... So I ended up replacing the flowers that she recommended to these flowers that I already found that were in my budget and so I replaced it she kind of hesitated because I felt bad she was already cutting the flowers and stems that we picked but I mean would you rather pay $60 for a flower bouquet or something less than 20 bucks? Well for me, I love flowers but the thing is that flowers only last so long but I believe that it's the thought that counts most of all... So I was able to replace the flowers for the cheaper ones but yet they were still so beautiful and grown so I ended up paying $10 including the mini circular vase which was six bucks so in total I paid around $16 but with the temper son off around 15 instead. I rated this a 3 because their customer service give me a sense to wear sometimes information maybe unclear, and also when serving customers you may be having a bad day or yeah, the flower switch was a no go but please do not show that vibe publicly around customers... Today was my Mom's birthday and she received a gorgeous arrangement (which turned out to be even more stunning in person than the online photos). It was hand delivered to her in the morning so that she could enjoy them all day long. I even got a delivery confirmation photo of her with the flowers! My mom thought this was one of the most beautiful arrangements she's ever seen in her life. They also reached out a few days in advance to confirm the delivery date and details since the form I filled out didn't capture all the info. I'm originally from Maui but now work in the mainland so was a little anxious ordering online because you never know if the arrangement will look as good as it does in the photos and if it'll actually get delivered on-time.
