Absolutely perfect newborn photos! We bought an outfit on Etsy and asked for the photo to be repeated and it looks exactly like the stock image. Our photographer Newbell was so perfect with the baby and so patient and kind. We were able to work around his feeding schedule as well. There were tons of props to choose from and we incorporated my favorite outfits. I also really appreciated the pricing structure. The 8 photo base package could definitely be enough and is a much lower price than many other photographers that price to include all the photos. Let me just start with saying the "concept" of in home photography is nice, and what comes with your photo session (as far as outfits) and package is nice, but the ordering process is terrible! We had "CHRISTMAS'' family pics and a newborn session scheduled for mid December (can't decide the date your child will be born). The photographer that came out was great and like I said the outfit and accessory options to choose from are awesome. My problem comes in with the extensive time to receive your final edits. Considering we took CHRISTMAS pictures (especially with a newborn) you'd think that we'd get our final edits BEFORE Christmas - nope not in this case. We were told that it could take up to 8 days to receive the proofing gallery, then up to 10 days to receive the final edits. It would've been nice if this was explained to me when I booked the session. I tried emphasizing the importance to the photographer about how we needed the pics before Christmas (I know they don't have much control) as well as customer care more than once, but nothing. Customer service was unyielding. We were more than happy to purchase the whole gallery and even even suggested multiple options to save time such as: give us the whole gallery without the edits/retouching (honestly nothing needed to be edited anyway) or edit just the Christmas pics (if they just HAD to feel like editing was needed) and give us the rest later, but noooo - I was met with "only the best edits of our work is sent," and "the team is working as fast as they can and everyone wants their pictures before Christmas." That's not helping here! Everyone may not be doing Christmas pictures. I'm sorry but I can't even save the Christmas pics til next year BECAUSE-MY-NEWBORN-WILL-NOT-BE-A-NEWBORN next year. How hard is that to understand? The fact that options were given and they refused is what makes me angry. They're just not trying to go against their "cookie cutter" process, but the reality is that "true" customer service is a case by case scenario. Every person and every situation is NOT the same, so for that reason I DO NOT recommend Sweet Me photography - find a photographer that actually treats you like a human they're dealing with and not some automated assembly line. read more

Hello, I am going to be completely honest, I didn't know what to really expect from Sweet Me Photography, but I just want to say thank you. The photographer was great, she was very sweet and extremely patient with my baby, I could have not asked for a better photographer. The pictures are beautiful and the process was soo smooth! They sent me an email a few days before telling me how to prepare for them, then the day before I received a call from the photographer letting me know what time she was going to arrive and getting a few details down. She brought in all of the outfits (tons to choose from), she brought space heaters, and a speakers to play white noise all to keep my baby comfortable.. she let me know that her main priority was to keep my baby safe and comfortable. I had a great experience with our photographer, Sabrina Baxter. She was very professional and great with my newborn. She brought tons of wraps, headbands and props. I also appreciated the fact that she used some outfits that I had purchased as well! Very accommodating. I adore so many of the photos taken! My only complaint was the package sizes that I was able to purchase. I opted for the 50 photos because 20 was not enough. I wish there had been a package that allowed me to purchase 30 or 40. Jessica was amazing! She was incredibly patient and spent so much time making sure everything was perfect. She didn't seem rushed at all and was happy to let me feed our baby twice throughout the shoot! She had so many color options for swaddles and backdrops and made sure to check with what we wanted while offering her suggestions. When pregnant with my baby, I completely failed to anticipate my desire for professional newborn photos and didn't book a shoot. Once my bundle of joy arrive I was scrambling to get her in somewhere. The photographer, Lesley did a wonderful job. My daughter is a colicky preemie and gets very fussy but Lesley was so gentle and patient. All the photos came out so cute. She contacted me in advance to prepare our house for the session and she listened to my requests as well so that we have everything set to go on the day.
