It's not a big store so, you have to be mindful of that. However, Pop shelf has cute mini Purple shopping carts that glide across the floor. Loved it! The Cashier's are helpful. They try to help you find what your looking for. They also recognize repeat customers and seem to be friendly with them. I got a free gift for signing up with them. We had a situation happen where we had to postpone the party. So on the day of, I called and asked if we could postpone our order. The associate was friendly and very helpful. A month later we had our party, and the ballon order was ready! Accurate and punctual!

I was going to start out with my typical 4-star rating for a good place I've only been to once, but…read moreafter experiencing the festive majesty of this place, it really is as good as it gets (for a party super-store). Beyond the shear vastness of the variety, a couple of other things pushed this into the 5-star rating. First, was the amazing selection of 99-cent cards (see photo). A whole wall of them. Probably the biggest selection I've ever seen. Second was the friendly & helpful staff. In fact, I learned something cool. Now if you are a Party City regular, you may know this, but they "rent" tanks of helium. I learned this while gazing at those small, disposable, tanks of helium you can buy. For about the same price (and a deposit), you can get a BIG tank that fills MANY more balloons. However, I was also told, you need to reserve one, as they are not held in the store. This makes me think you might also get it on your own somewhere else, but this is very convenient and, they sell balloons. A TON of balloon! Well not a ton if they are filled with helium, because then they are lighter than air, but you get the idea. Anyway, great place to browse, and eat a few pieces of 7-cent candy (which I did pay for). Bottom line: If you have not been, check it out.
