Chef Leo was super fun and friendly, the space was clean and welcoming. The menu they have each time is different as well. We did a five course meal and was able to take home the recipes as well. Each station was properly manned and chef Leo did not assign people to it to give us all freedom to pick what we wanted to do. The equipment was great and we didn't have issues with the instructions. It's bring your own booze to drink and they have a fridge there as well that you can put your drinks in. Every class was hands-on, delicious, and incredibly well-organized. Chef Andrew and Chef Jenny were fantastic--knowledgeable, fun, and great at breaking things down in a way that made everything approachable, no matter your skill level. The recipes were thoughtfully chosen, the ingredients were high quality, and the end result? Always something I was proud (and excited) to eat. It's the perfect mix of learning and fun. WE had a BLAST Paul our instructor was great and explained step by step during the whole process and answered questions along the way, the finished product was Amazing we are planning on attending some of the other classes as they do a variety of others. FYI we used one secret ingredient that I'm not going to say but Wow, so go sign up for a class and sure you'll have just as much fun as we did this morning. They also have date night classes for couples that would be fun to do.

We made chicken piccata and when I say the experience was world class I truly mean it. There were 10 people in our class and it really gave us an intimate feel. Chef Paul and his family were so friendly and really welcomed you as a member of their family. A truly touching moment was at the end of class when we were plating our meals. The china some of us used was actually from his parents wedding!!!! We will be back for many many more classes and hope to meet you all there too!

We had a great time at Taz's cooking class learning to make Korean food! To be honest, I'm not a…read morehuge fan of some Korean food - I'm just not used to some of the flavors (kimchi is a little odd to me). I do, however, love Korean BBQ. I was looking for a fun date night and stumbled upon Taz's cooking classes, which all seem to focus on different Asian themes. Mark H. and I have tried repeatedly to cook Thai and Indian curries without any success, so I signed us up for the Korean BBQ night. Little did I know that we would be cooking a Korean BBQ FEAST. We cooked for about 3 hours. Each recipe independently seemed manageable, but who eats a single item at a Korean BBQ? My favorite dishes ended up being the Korean potato salad and, of course, the meat. At the end, we sat together family-style and devoured massive quantities of delicious food that we'd all cooked together. Looking back on the night, there were so many recipes and tips and tricks that there's no way I can keep it all straight. Luckily Taz sent us home with a mini cook book of the recipes we had created! One of the biggest pluses of his course is that he focuses on the ingredients and where to find them - turns out our curries probably weren't going so well since we were getting all our ingredients at Fry's or Safeway. 10/10 will go back again for another night. Can't wait to learn how to cook a good Thai dish!

We had Covid tests prior to the class, Taz purchased all the necessary ingredients, he arrived on time with color printed recipe instructions for us to keep, and he expertly showed us the ropes. We had great conversation throughout the class, he graciously shared the culinary knowledge he's acquired through his world travels, and we enjoyed an absolutely delicious meal while Taz washed the dishes. He's a down to earth amazing chef, he's professional and courteous, we'll schedule another class with him, and he has our highest endorsement and recommendation. A+++

I appreciate that Isabelle developed a simple yet DELICIOUS baguette recipe and is so good at teaching exactly how to execute that recipe. In any case while the baguette baked, we shared stories sitting by the lake drinking champagne. Isabelle then served us lunch with cold cuts, french cheeses, and yummy homemade butter that we had whipped up. Oh I forgot, the morning started with her homemade crepes and some coffee. This was a birthday to remember with my closest friends and family. Isabelle made it SO special, and was our personal photographer to capture the days memory. I highly recommend this experience as something you MUST do!
