During my trip from San Diego, we popped in for dessert. We ordered the Mango Tango Bingsoo and butter mochi and last minute we ordered red bean filled fish. The bingsoo was refreshing and sweet! I love the sweet, finely shaved ice. And the mango chunks were ripe and satisfying. I preferred the red bean filled fishes over the the butter mochi. But overall, everything was great.!
How have we missed this sweet & savory spot??? I could eat here all day! The crepes are fresh & packed full of flavor. Absolutely loved their specialty match "Spring Day" with the yummy flavor of tarot and a rich, creamy texture. Coming back to try more goodies on the menu! More than just sweet treats!
Ordered mini custard brûlée and a small strawberry cheesecake bingsoo. Both were big enough to share, even in a mini size. The crepe was decent. The strawberries inside were fresh, and the custard had a nice consistency. However, I didn't like the overall taste to it. The strawberry bingsoo was good, but I wish there were more of the toppings. By the time I got to the end there was a lot of ice left, but no toppings to go with it.
Nice cafe with a good variety of menu items! I got the rose milk tea hot with boba and the truffle prosciutto crepe. Both the drink and crepe was good. I wish the crepe was crispier but I can see how that might make it hard to hold in all the goodness. The crepe was delicious. Service was nice and quick. Looking forward to trying other items next time!
What a lovely place! We were a group of 7 people, and we stumbled upon this from Yelp on a random dessert day. We decided to give it a try! We were so impressed with just one server who was handling everything from taking our money to making our crepes, coffee, and bingsu. What was great was that she let us know she was the only one there at the moment, so we waited patiently. We were all very satisfied! Thanks! Sweet Mong is a Korean dessert cafe, cutely named as "sweet dreams". The cloud and dim lighting gives a calming vibe 7 days a week until 9:30p. We ordered bingsu to satisfy our dessert craving after a huge AYCE kbbq dinner. Coconut passionfruit bingsu (5/5): Bright and vibrant passionfruit with mellow coconut creates a well balanced pairing. Mango tango bingsu (4/5): For some reason, I felt it was underwhelming compared to the coconut passionfruit. Perhaps if the mango sauce was more reminiscent of fresh tart mango, it would be better? The pop rocks was interesting and unique. I liked Sweet Mong and although I've had better, I think its worth a visit.
Visiting friends VW in Las Vegas that highly recommended going to Sweet Mong, they drove me and G here to eat the Mango Tango Bingsoo which was absolutely delicious and unique with pop rocks candy. ***Also rather than just plain water ~ Sweet Mong adds milk and condense milk to the water and makes the finely shaved ice from that ~ it should be called "Shaved Milk Ice". We showed up the next day for another round of Mango Tango Bingsoo and tried the Matcha Bingsoo and next time we're in Las Vegas we will be back for more.
This is a great spot to hang around after eating all the delicious foods off Spring Mountain Rd. It's quite spacious inside for a grab and go beverage/dessert/crepes spot. Cashier is welcoming and helpful. Huge windows bring in natural bright sunlight. There's plenty of tables and chairs to sit inside or outside. Yes, they do have a small and comfortable private patio area facing the little Korean mini market that's just across the side street. Peach iced tea $5.75 & Iced rose milk tea $5. Not bad for 16oz. & 20oz. cup sizes. There are keys at the front counter for public restrooms if you ask them for it. Very peaceful inside. Great place to chill and share some sweets.
I love how this place is not as busy as sul & beans, and they had everything we wanted in one. It's a cute little area, that accommodated our family of 4. This place had bingsoo, taiyaki and boba all in one place. And the boba was served as 24 oz cup of the biggest size. Well worth our money, would definitely come here again!
The desserts and treats here so good. In terms of Asian palette, nothing is overly sweet which is a compliment. My crew and I each order something different and basically everything was delicious. My favorites were the strawberry tiramisu in a waffle and crepe form. I also really like the Korean hotteok waffle. Side note - they have really good air conditioning in there. So when you come just sit and enjoy your dessert there if it's summer.
This place is so cute! This used to be where Happy Lemon was located at. They definitely decorated and revamped this spot. I love the decor inside and the baby blue color on one of their walls is so calming. We ordered the Seoul bingsoo and the early grey iced tea. Both were tasty and delicious! The earl grey tea had a real tea bag but because we got it cold it didn't steep that well so it was a little milky. However I did still like the drink a lot. The Seoul bingsoo cup was so good and delicious! I love the fact that they can make it as a cup or as a bigger version if you're sharing with others. No other place in Vegas offers something like this. This is such a cool concept because if you want something small to satisfy your sweet tooth, you are able to do that here! I also am glad I heard about this from my sister since she had such a positive time and when I came here, they did not disappoint! The staff was also very sweet and helpful. They are accommodating and very very nice! Lastly, they have a water station so you can refill yourself so that's a nice addition and the place is decently sized but there are plenty of seating everywhere for you and your friends. 10/10! The manager or owner also gave us a sample of their banana Nutella crepe . Omgsh! It was so FRESH and tasty, honestly one of the best I've tried in Vegas. The whipped cream was so light but so creamy and the crepe batter is bouncy because they used mochiko flour. Genius!!! Y'all have got to try this place. Super elite! read more

We went on a Saturday night and it was pretty steady! We could've done a smaller Mango Tango Bingsoo! The Korean Churro Pancake was everyone's fave in our group! It was so yummy we ended up ordering 5! Lol The Croffle was pretty good as well but everything is good with Nutella OF COURSE! Service was fast and the girls were so nice and welcoming even with it being busy. The only thing is if it's a busier night they do run out of tables pretty fast. Over all we really enjoyed ourselves and our kids left with a sugar high lol read more
Skipped the bingsoo in favor of the crepes, specifically the strawberry matcha cheesecake crepe for dessert. Staff are young but efficient, and the selection of desserts is pretty solid-- did not have enough stomach space as noted! The atmosphere is pretty bog-standard, maybe a little more plain/Americanized than some of their competitors, but crepe was sufficiently artful as well as tasty to warrant praise. I don't even care all that much for matcha, but this was too pretty to resist! read more
Craving a little dessert after dinner and found Sweet Mong. I love everything is made fresh right in front of you. With that being said, it gets busy so there is a wait, so be patient. I would recommend ordering the mini because the regular sized items are large enough to share with two people. The mini was the perfect amount to satisfy your sweet taste buds My first time trying a croffle and I loved it. The mango fruit on top was fresh and ripe. New dessert place that we decided to try after being enticed by the good reviews. It's a Korean dessert place specializing in their bingsu. We got their passion fruit coconut bingsu. It was super tasty and flavorful! The Mangos could've been sweeter, (but I'm assuming this is because it's not in season). The special sauce is what makes the shaved ice. I originally thought the most inner part of the ice would have no flavor and it would need more sauce, but I'll say it had a great milk flavor throughout. I'd return to try some other unique flavors like the black sea same. The price is a little steep ranging around $16, but it can feed at least 2 people and i believe it was worth it for the quality. They had a promotion for a free drink if you share your desert on your social media, so i had the chance to try their strawberry milk. This was pretty tasty in itself, but i didn't love they give you no option for substitutions or customizations. They have 2 different sizes for their bingsu, but I feel like it's more worth your money to upgrade. Service was pretty good, it just takes a little while as far as wait times since they had make each one individually. If you're looking for a new desert place, id give this place a shot for a yummy & refreshing sweet treat. read more

My boyfriend randomly found this place, so I went here with my friend recently. I like it! Super cute and simple place. My friend and I loved the adorable cloud lamps! I got the dalgona coffee inspired by Squid Games and the Super Mango Bingsoo with strawberry ice cream. It was my second time trying bingsoo, and Sweet Mong did not disappoint. It was light and tasty. You have a choice to add an ice cream scoop to your bingsoo. I believe you can pick from 3 flavors. Overall, cool place. I liked the way it looked , liked the way the food and drinks tasted, liked the service too. read more

This was the former Happy Lemon spot. They turned it into a cool dessert cafe. Apparently, they have a sister location on the Southwest side with a similar menu. We shared a Banana Nutella Croffle and a Strawberry Cheesecake Bingsoo. I got the dalgona drink and I forgot what Mrs. Q ordered. Peet's Coffee is proudly served here. Desserts and drinks were pretty good and service was great. Definitely a good after dinner spot or light lunch spot as they have a few savory items as well. ALOHA!!! This is one of my favorite dessert shops in town. It's a local business in Vegas that I love to take friends to when they visit! They serve one of my favorite Korean desserts, bingsoo, and they have so many options. My favorites are the green tea and the mango bingsoo. They have the freshest mango on top of their bingsoo! They also have sweet and savory crepes. The service is great, they are always friendly every time I come in. I highly recommend visiting Sweet Mong; everyone I've taken here has loved it. read more
We came on a hot day and their Bingsoo was such a delectable treat! We chose the mango flavor which comes with huge chunks of mango, mango popping boba, pop rocks!?, and condensed milk. The bowl size was more than enough to satisfy for 2 people. read more
Came to try out Sweet Mong, after seeing on IG from their 1st restaurant, Cafe Mong, that they are opening this place. Sweet Mong is located just east of Jones, on Spring Mountain, kind of hidden away in the back corner of an older plaza, it is the newest occupant of where Happy Lemon used to be. Some of the items (drinks), 2 of the savory crepes (truffle prosciutto [fav of mine] and salmon lox) and croffle (i think?) are the same from their first location, but they're introducing some new additions like the SNOWFLAKE BINGSOO and SWEET CREPES My friend had gotten the SEOUL SNOWFLAKE BINGSOO consisting red bean, roasted grains (injeolmi? - roasted soy bean powder?), mochi, candied nut mix and an ICED MOCHA (could be wrong...) Their SNOWFLAKE BINGSOO is a super fine shaved ice (probably the finest in the city so far) consisting of shaved MILK. The SEOUL is topped with a lot of the candied nut mix (which i thought made everything too sweet - personal preference) but the roasted grains (injeolmi?) and mochi was nice. Red bean also. My other friend had gotten the CUSTARD BRULEE sweet crepe and TROPICAL YUZU TEA The CUSTARD BRULEE is a HUGE crepe filled with CUSTARD CREME topped with sugar and brulee'd. We had just came from dinner so it was tough for her/us to finish ... I had gotten the STRAWBERRY NUTELLA CROFFLES and TROPICAL YUZU TEA The STRAWBERRY NUTELLA CROFFLE was smaller than I imagined but it was delicious. If you do not know what a croffle is, its a waffle made from a croissant. So imagined a waffle with thousands of flaky layers inside w/ a toasty, crispy exterior toped with Nutella and fresh sliced strawberries, and fresh whipped cream ! Delicious ! 8 different croffle variations (same for sweet crepes) to choose from ! Their TROPICAL YUZU TEA was pretty good as well. My friend had said her tea was a bit sweet, and preferred a change in sugar level but I really couldn't tell. I feel like the bingsoo's candied nut mix threw my sweet taste buds off. Overall, yummy desserts. Maybe try to not order 3 desserts for 3 people after eating dinner next time... Would love to see what else they would bring to the menu in the future ! read more

Just like their other cafe, Sweet Mong has the same chill, relaxing aesthetic and vibe when you walk in. They focus more on desserts and sweets, so they branch out on it a little more. The seating area is quite small so to accomedate the sitting space, they have an outdoor patio that you are able to sit in as well! For dessert, I ordered their Taro Creme Brulee crepe and their Melona ice latte. In the crepe it comes with blueberries, whipcream, and taro filling that is brulee'd at the top. It was really delicious. The melona latte tasted exactly like if you melted a melona with milk. I was actually surprised by that! A sweet drink that was really refreshing! One thing I did notice about this business is their hours. They close pretty early for a dessert spot in the spring mtn area. Most dessert spots are open until like 10pm, but this place closes down at 8pm. There was quite abit of people trying to go in past their close time. So if you do want to try this place, gotta make sure you go after lunch or have a early dinner. I'm glad that this business has expanded to this side of town, their stuff is still delicious and wonderful to relax in. Definitely worth a try! read more

Clean and refreshing vibe as you walk in; standard service; clean restrooms and dining area. They have various selections on the menu besides Teas and Bobas. I can taste the taro on my drink and split crepe. The Jasmine tea has a slight hint of lavender and justly done sweetness, and the milk is not overwhelming: quality ingredients and presentation of food and beverages. I would come back. It's a novelty to see a different kind of Boba place despite being Korean theme. read more
Pretty great stuff. The bingsoo is similar to Sul and Beans (which is to say it's delicious), but I love that the desserts here come in reduced sizes. You can actually come here after dinner instead of having dessert FOR dinner. The crepe cookie that came with the bingsoo is so light and crispy. Don't miss these treats. read more
This is a very cute dessert place. The interior felt comforting with pastel colors. It's located in the corner building of the plaza which wasn't hard to find at all. I tried their mango tango bingsoo which surprised me that there were pop rocks in them! It's an interesting mixture and I enjoyed the dessert. The owner gave us a complimentary banana nutella crepe which I was more of a fan of! He said it's made from mochi flour so the crepe itself had a chewier texture versus how crepes are normally made. From the outside it is not very noticeable but once you are inside and get a smell for Chocolate, crepe and coffee it becomes intoxicating. The crepes options are half traditional and half out of box. It was hard to choose a drink because every option looks delicious. Found out bingsoo means shaved ice. Very welcomed establishment with great ambiance. Moderately busy for a Monday night and friendly staff. read more

I love sweet Mong Korean desert because many selections and nice cozy ambiance. This is my 2nd time, and this time we try the matcha bingsoo. Love it! If you are Asian pretty much this flavor can't go wrong. Why I give 5 stars because the server super nice. We also try the cheesecake croffle cream puff, its not too sweet and balance out the sweetness by cheesecake inside. By the way, we come back for the bingsoo. read more

Whoever did the interior decoration of this cafe deserves a gold star! It is an ideal place to take cute pictures for friends and couples. I love the theme of this place. This place had a good variety of desserts ranging from different types of bingoos, croffles, and crepes. They even had a few types of savory crepes for those who want a quick snack instead! The prices were fair in my opinion. The bingsoo my friends and I ordered were the cup size ranging from $7 to $8. We thought they were going to be small, but definitely larger than expected. I loved all of them! They even had complimentary water to the side of the register which was really nice and balanced the sweetness. The service was quick and friendly. Overall, nice atmosphere and great desserts so it is a place worth coming back again and trying the other selections. Great date spot! read more

I cannot begin to tell you how much I love this place. First, you can eat a cozy dinner a few doors down at Tang Tang Tang and then mozy one over here for and dessert. That's exactly what we did! We got a peppermint latte (perfect- so much better than sbux), a Seoul Bingsoo with a scoop of vanilla ice cream (also perfect), and a taro cream cropuff. This last item was a really unique and delicious treat. The taro cream was smooth and just the right sweetness and the croissant-like tube was just perfectly crispy and flakey. I cannot wait to go back to this place. You should run, not walk over there right now. read more

I love my desserts on the less-sweet side, so this place was perfect. I had butterfly lemonade , and then taro split and the watermelon bingsoo with my husband.All of it was perfectly delicious and a generous portion. Highly recommend read more
Small shop with quit a few tables from 2-4 tops, service was ok we got our drinks and desserts fairly quickly. We ordered the Squid latte which was a tad bitter and very strong. The Strawberry Banana Nutella Croffle was absolutely divine, also ordered the Strawberry Cheesecake Bingsoo and that was great the only thing was we got it to go so all the topping was only on the top than you hit the ice and there was no more strawberry cheesecake flavor so that was a bummer also photos we saw of it had Strawberry Boba and ours didn't unfortunately. But overall everything was good and cured our sweet tooth. read more

Came here one evening craving some desserts. We stumble upon this place after driving by it many times. The interior was very clean and had interesting decor. The lights looked like clouds which I thought was cool. Service wise the cashier was very polite and helpful. We ended up ordering the taro bingsoo and a strawberry banana Nutella crepe. The taro bingsoo has red beans on top and pieces of rice cake. The shaved ice was very smooth and the taro taste was good, not too sweet. The crepe had a nice presentation and was also very good. This is a good place if you are craving both crepes and bingsoo. They also have assorted drinks. read more
My life has changed after going to this establishment. It was my first time having shaved ice and croffle. All I can say is it was next level. I got the sweet mong milk tea and wow! Refreshing! Not overly sweet and just the right touch of dairy to still leave the delicate tea flavor intact! My gf got a dirty chai and she loved it! It's hard to decide where to go for drinks when the immediate area is saturated with similar businesses but we HIGHLY suggest Sweet Mong for their flavorful drinks and welcoming staff! This is the first time a staff member asked us what we were looking for and pointed us in the right direction. They were very patient and brought the drinks out to us. And let me tell you about the hazel nut banana crepe...actually, I won't. You just gotta go!!! Will definitely be back when in the area! read more

I love that they have the option of "cup" or "bowl" sizes for their shaved snow ("bingsoo") because it allows everyone to try a bit of everything at reasonable portions. We got the mango bingsoo and strawberry bingsoo to share and both were delicious with sweet fruit and finely shaved snow. They ask if you want ice cream too, which is an additional $2 more for either vanilla or strawberry ice cream. We opted out as the shaved snow was creamy and sweet enough as it was. read more
