We stopped by Mango World to try a couple desserts and ended up really liking the experience overall. The A6 Mango Ice Jelly was the highlight. It was super unique and honestly unlike any drink I've had before. The icy texture was really well blended and creamy, and the mango flavor tasted fresh and bright. Definitely something I would order again. We also tried the mango mochi which was $11 for 6 pieces. They were nicely made and the mango filling was good, but the mochi itself was a bit on the firm side. It might actually be better if you let it sit out for a little before eating so it softens up. As a mango lover, every time we're in Vegas I have to try a new mango place so when I saw mango world pop up as a recommended place I knew I had to try it. Mango World is a little shop right next to Lee's Sandwiches on Eastern that's the latest iteration of various small dessert or boba type shops. Hopefully this one lasts, since it's a real celebration of mango in various traditional and contemporary forms. Speaking of celebrations, they were also open on Christmas, which I was very grateful for since my usual boba spot in this plaza had the day off. I tried the Mango Mochi ($10.75), which they state is freshly made daily. It sure felt like it was as soon as I tried to pick one up as it was incredibly soft and pliable. It hits your palate the same way too, along with real mango chunks in the interior. The overall flavor is as light as you often expect Asian desserts to be. I didn't feel like taking down a whole smoothie or something, so I went to the "shaked fruit tea" menu and got the Passion Fruit ($6.75). It's got a blend of passion fruit flavor and a floral green tea, real passion fruit seeds, and a much healthier dose of sugar than the dessert. I probably should have double-checked about sugar adjustment even though the kiosk ordering system didn't offer any such options, but at least it's still not overly sweet. I will have to explore the rest of Mango World's dessert menu some time. It's a great option which hopefully others in Henderson treasure and love enough to keep around for the long term. read more

We came in and went to order from the kiosk but was a bit taken back. I wanted to order the A4 Mango Icy with Sticky Rice and add coconut but there was no option to add or customize the drinks. So I had to order at the register and I felt as if it was a bit of a bother to ask. When I tell you the sticky rice in the drink was really hard it was really hard. It got stuck in our teeth, but that was something my husband enjoyed. For me I wasn't much of a fan. What I did enjoy was the mango but I couldn't really taste the coconut as much as I'd like to. It was a great experience overall because it was something new to me. I love Asian Mango desserts, so when I saw this in the same plaza as Brew Tea Bar, I had to stop by! Their menu is very similar to Hui Lau Shan (if you know, you know). I was feeling a little down until I saw the words Mango World. I wasn't feeling well and didn't feel up to going across town so I looked to see if I can get delivery from this heavenly place. Such a cute drink shop! I had not noticed this drink shop in this plaza, but after visiting one of my favorite lunch buffets at Taj Palace I was craving something sweet. So we popped on over! So good, that we came back 2 days in a row! I wish I had a Mango World back in California, but I'll just have to resort to visiting every time I come to Vegas. The mango mochi was a bit hard, as if they refrigerated it then took it out while, so maybe I would recommend leaving it at room temperature for a little bit first.
