For what was a very nice event, was ruined by the unwillingness of the staff at the facility to properly accommodate the event. The staff also pushed unprofessional skaters off the floor with limited options to skate elsewhere. Just not welcoming all around for a group of people who just wanted to have a good night out.

Most of them seemed like they had not been working there long. And when their friends showed up, it was like no other customers existed. This place is entirely cash less. You must pay with a card and to play games you must have a Rigby's card. If you do not have one, you can purchase one for $1 and must initially load it with at least $20. So SAVE that card if there is a remote chance you will return. Overall an OK experience. It's definitely the place to go for teenagers. Maybe I'll comeback during daytime hours and see if it's a little different.

Made a weekend visit to Frames N Games in Pooler for some bowling. We compared prices for all the bowling alleys in Pooler and Savannah, and this location had the best rate. The staff was able to get to us quickly to enter us into the stand-by que. They also have laser-tag and a pretty sizeable arcade if you wanted to spend your waiting time doing something else. Once it was our turn, we were able to book the 2-hours and get our shoes. The selection of bowling balls were slim, but we made it work. They offer assistance ramps for those who may need assistance and bumpers can be set for individual players and not mandatory for the whole party. They also offer a full bar and food items that looked delicious!
