LOL Finding the entrance to this place was a little difficult. It was twilight and there were not a lot of street lights or helpful signage. We ordered a couple of supreme pizzas, beer, and salads. The pizza was surprisingly good! The Cobb salad was also better than expected (even though the menu says it includes eggs but it did not.) The Arcade seemed a bit expensive but fun...but I also could not tell you how long it's been since I've been in an arcade so maybe I'm just old and out of touch. We did have a LOT of fun playing air hockey and skee ball...and trying out different games that did not exist when we were kids at Chucky Cheese. My sides were hurting from laughter by the time we left. The prizes for tickets seemed a little lame but again, I may just be old since my little cousin had no problem picking out items. There is also skating, billiards, bowling, putt putt available....which I may honestly come back and try a couple of those. The music was a little loud in dining area (omg, I'm really making myself sound old, aren't I?!) but they were playing really good music! I only saw one adult manager...all the rest were teenagers. Most of them seemed like they had not been working there long. And when their friends showed up, it was like no other customers existed. This place is entirely cash less. You must pay with a card and to play games you must have a Rigby's card. If you do not have one, you can purchase one for $1 and must initially load it with at least $20. So SAVE that card if there is a remote chance you will return. Overall an OK experience. It's definitely the place to go for teenagers. Maybe I'll comeback during daytime hours and see if it's a little different.

One negative was the construction work going on adjacent to the patio where our event was held. The dust that drifted over wreaked havoc on my lungs and it was very noisy even though our speakers were using microphones.

Basic beer and drinks. This is NOT a cocktail bar. You might get a gin and tonic or Negroni or something, but nothing fancy. TON of pool tables. Very lively spot, but not overly crowded. Then next door there is what could be described as a tavern. The menu says, "Over Yonder." It has a stage for entertainment, booths, a bar, and they serve food, including tenders, burgers, wings, tacos, fries, burritos, etc. All of the staff were super down to earth and welcoming. All sorts of people here, mostly younger though. Definitely a 70s type of place that makes you feel like you're in another time. I didn't try the food because I wasn't hungry, but everything looked really good! Might stop by for a snack the next time it's late and I'm tipsy. It's just a couple hundred feet away from lone wolf, another popular lounge, and about 3-4/10 of a mile from the main drag of the Starland District and Water Witch Tiki, so you could make a bar crawl night of it.

We grabbed a seat at one of the shared picnic tables and ended up making like six friends. People were actually striking up random conversations with each other, which caught us completely off guard coming from DC where that.... never happens. It was a really easy, welcoming spot with good energy. Very neighborhoody.

The prices also seem old and dated. The drinks are decent, but they advertise specialty drinks and then they don't have alot of the items for the drinks. The food is always very good. This restaurant needs some oversight. My husband tried calling "Premier Bowl & Bistro," but no one ever answered the phone. He called the delivery driver, who said he had waited 15 minutes, and "Premier Bowl & Bistro" told him they had never received the order. My husband kept calling the restaurant, but no one answered. My husband decided to go to the restaurant to see what was going on. Mine, you he had the receipt showing the order was paid for. My husband showed his receipt and asked for his order to be made. The sales and marketing manager, "Brittany Rivera, told my husband she had to ask her boss. Brittany then called her manager, who refused to speak with my husband. My husband was told they would NOT make his order because they do not use Grubhub, nor did they receive the order. My husband then showed Brittany their website, which stated that orders could be delivered through Grubhub, Uber Eats, or DoorDash. Brittany informed my husband that was old. My husband informed that the website should be updated, and he had used that website before. Brittany Rivera was rude and unprofessional, and Ericka Harmon, the Senior Operations Partner, refused to speak with him despite his request for her assistance. Ericka then made rude comments that my husband could hear, and she and Brittany had a conversation among themselves. My husband asked for their names, to which Brittany threw two business cards at him, one with her name and the other with Erick's name. We have spent plenty of money at this restaurant in the past, and the customer service has never been like this. The two managers are rude, disrespectful, and unpleasant to deal with. My husband will be taking the complaint to upper management. Do yourself a favor and spend your money where customer service is a priority, because Premier Bowl & Bistro is not the place to spend your hard-earned money. Dr. Alexander McCloud
