We have ordered flowers several times from Provo Floral and have been happy with the arrangements each time. We live in Salt Lake and can't see the options in person, so we rely on the florists to create something wonderful for our recipients and the come through every time. Note: I emailed the manager on 12/09/25 and haven't heard back from anyone as of today, 01/18/26. After this review and others, I'm also contacting the Better Business Bureau. This is my experience purchasing the Sunny Sunflower Deluxe arrangement from Provo Florist, which uses deceptive practices in their ordering process. Only after you've invested time filling out all the information and you're at the last step of the checkout process, are the hidden fees finally disclosed. Even then, they are still hidden and you're required to click on "Order Details" which is in lower case and sandwiched between the SUBTOTAL (uppercase and bold) and the GRANDTOTAL (uppercase and bold). "Order Details" gets lost.The subtotal and grand total show the same price. To be transparent, the subtotal should be the cost of the flowers and the grand total should reflect all charges. They are the same, which makes it seem there are no other charges. The hidden fees: Delivery $9.99 - Even though I selected "Delivery" on one of the first screens and put in the zip code, no charge for this was displayed on the screen. Only the charge for the flowers and tax showed. There are some florists that don't charge for delivery if it's within a certain area. The florist and the recipient are 2.1 miles apart. Since a delivery fee wasn't listed on this screen, I thought this was the case. Teleflora/EFlorist Service Fee of $4.95 - Nowhere in the description does it show the arrangement I selected as aTeleflora product. Others were, but not this one. Once I selected this arrangement, a transparent business would have shown the Eflorist Service fee along with the price of the flowers and taxes in the initial screen. This was never clear until I got a confirmation email, which unfortunately went into my junk email so I didn't see it until much later. This business needs to do better. Clearly, they don't care since they never responded nor changed their practices. read more

I ordered flowers for someone online. I asked that they be delivered after 5:00 if possible but they were delivered at 10:00 am. Not a huge deal but it would have been nice to have known. The flowers were beautiful however and I was happy with how they turned out. read more

This was the worst florist I have ever ever used! I paid over a $100 plus delivery and tax for three blown roses, couple stems of daisy mums and some thrown in greens. When my best friend sent me the photo of the day she received them I was mortified!!! read more

This is a very high quality florist that doesn't cut corners! I received flowers both for Christmas (a basket design in oasis foam) and recently a bouquet in a clear glass vase and both were very well designed with fresh flowers. I'm trained as a florist, so I recognize quality techniques like proper wiring and taping. The Christmas basket lasted over ten days (I kept it out of heat and refilled the water frequently)! Quality design techniques like wiring, fresh blooms that weren't old and tasteful placement of the non-floral accents were impressive in the basket design. When I went to change the water in the glass arrangement I was impressed to find a properly made tape grid (a florist technique). I just see these things less and less often, but they really do make a difference! Basically- these folks take the time do build arrangements well so that they not only look great but last longer. read more

First a dozen roses cost me $100, I thought to myself, fine Valentine's Day markup, whatever. When I went to pick them up, I was on a tight schedule and didn't have time to inspect them. When I got home I noticed about half the roses looked like they had been wilting several days, the vase appeared to be smeared with dirt all over and the water was full of the random filler plants that go with the flowers.
