Holly's work is absolutely amazing. We hired her for our September wedding and could not have been more pleased. When we first started working with her, all I knew about flowers were from my Pinterest board and the whole idea seemed pretty daunting. She was so patient working with me and helping me discover my style and what would fit with our non-traditional wedding venue. Holly designed our flowers for our October wedding and they turned out absolutely gorgeous. I gave her a very vague description of what I envisioned for the day and she managed to understand exactly what I wanted and bring my dream to life. I cannot say enough great things about the floral design and end product. Holly was also very good at working within our modest budget, although the bridesmaids bouquets turned out a bit smaller than I would have liked they were still incredibly beautiful. Holly was a joy to work with. She designed the flowers for a jungle themed baby shower I was giving and the flowers worked perfectly with the theme and the blue color scheme. More importantly she listened to my ideas, then made great suggestions and was flexible when table sizes and numbers changed to tweak the designs and make everything come together. I was very excited to have Holly work on our bouquets and boutonnieres for our wedding because all of her work is amazing. Unfortunately, she had a emergency and canceled our meeting 45 minutes before it was supposed to start with us already on the way to the meeting. But that wasn't the upsetting part. Emergencies happen. That's part of life. The problem is that she also canceled working with us completely in the same text message. I called her because, obviously, I was upset. She said she didn't want to add anything to her plate and was overwhelmed by the amount of work she already had for this wedding season. Which is fine! But...she could have said that to us when we made the appointment two weeks ago. Our wedding is now a little over a month away and we relied on her to do the bouquets and boutonnieres. When I called her, I was obviously very upset. Well, the way she acted did not help at all. She was extremely rude, basically didn't take any fault in the matter, and was overall extremely, extremely unprofessional. I've never had a professional talk to me or anyone I know like that. Ever. She then called me back and said something along the lines of being glad that she didn't take me on as a client because if this is how I act, she can't imagine working with me. I think anyone in a similar circumstance would have been just as upset and probably would have acted in the same manner. The fact that she didn't owe up to her mistake of over booking herself and didn't even bother apologizing is what bothers me the most. read more

I cannot say enough about Holly! She is seriously awesome at what she does. When I was initially looking into hiring a florist, I wasn't really sure what to expect. Holly took the time to sit down with me and get my input on what I pictured for my wedding day at the beginning of my planning. Looking back on the experience, I really gave her very little information. I knew what flowers I liked and the color of my bridesmaids dresses - that's pretty much it (like I said, I didn't know what to expect!). Holly was incredibly professional and super creative - taking notes and sharing ideas for me. Within just this thirty minute meeting I knew that I wanted to work with her. I am not incredibly creative. Nor do I pride myself in paying a ridiculous amount of attention to detail. Holly took care of everything! When I got to our venue on the afternoon of my wedding, I literally cried. It was so beautiful! She had created a ribbon backdrop that perfectly matched the invitation I had sent her. There were small accents and bud vases on all of the tables and delicate glass bulbs with single flowers hanging from the ceiling. It actually took my breath away it was so beautiful. She even created a gorgeous floral collar for our german shepherd and a boutonniere matching my husband's for our irish setter. How cool is that!? Throughout our wedding, we really worked with some amazing people but I have to give all the credit to Holly for making everything so beautiful.
