They sell plenty of Dutch pancake mixes too. Their bakery items in display cases are impressive. Plenty to choose from. They also offer various fresh baked breads. Prices are reasonable too. Staff is very friendly. I liked the female staff member who waited on me. Apple muffin was fantastic. It was moist and had small chunks of apple inside. Once I placed my dinner order, I moseyed over to the cupcake truck just to have a look at the menu. Well, one thing led to another and let's just say I somehow ended up with six different cupcakes. I took the cupcakes back to my party of 7, and everyone tasted each cake. Our ranking: 1. Sweet tea/sweet potato: By far the best and most surprising flavor. Three of us had lived in Hawaii previously and were thus used to sweet potato, but this tasted like Christmas! It had a nice cinnamon flavor and the frosting was great. 2. Key lime: This is the only one that we completely finished! Though the cake didn't have a strong lime flavor, the frosting did, and it was great! 3. Chocolate with cream-cheese frosting: The tangy frosting totally made this! 4. Blue Velvet: Not sure I would have known this was blueberry and chocolate if i were doing a blind tasting, but it had a nice subtle flavor. 5. Red Velvet: Not a strong flavor, but beautiful to look at. 6. Vanilla: I was told this is the most popular, but we all agreed it was the least exciting. Still good and pretty with the colored sprinkles, but why get vanilla when there's so many other cool options!? Exciting news: this truck just got a new paint job! Go find it and check it out!
