We really tried to give patience and grace however she crossed many lines the week of our wedding. Jennifer's professionalism and communication was not there: -She would take longer than two days to get back to us the week of the wedding for urgent questions and claimed that she is "too busy" - but she had enough time to post pictures of the flowers she bought for our wedding, as well as repost Taylor Swift's engagement on Instagram. Lady, you have time -Our first look photos were 2 hours before our church ceremony, and she said that she would not be able to deliver the bouquet and boutonnieres up to Inland Empire. She wanted me to ask our photographer who is local to OC bring the flowers - which is not his job. I ended up picking up the flowers the day before, had followed all instructions that she provided, and the flowers were not in good condition the morning of our wedding day. -I had told her multiple times that my family member would be making boutonnieres for the aunts/uncles which she okay'd. Before the evening reception, she threatened to take all of the flowers away because it was "breaching contract" and that my family was not allowed to make their own boutonnières. After we had showed her screenshots of the email exchange of our agreement, she backed off. -I had created a visual mockup of how we wanted our sweetheart table to look (flower meadow along with a sign of our last names). the day of, she took creative liberty and when told that the sweetheart table was not what I had specified, she said that "this is what the bride had wanted". After physically adjusting the sweetheart table myself during the room reveal, she finally adjusted things similar to the original mockup that i created for her, during cocktail hour. -during my husband and I's room reveal and private vow exchange, she lingered the whole time not to adjust the sweetheart table, but to take photos of us for her social media. it made us extremely uncomfortable and we had to ask staff to have her leave. -she delayed the time that our guests were allowed to enter the reception, because she was taking social media photos and videos for her personal use. -she had promised to have another boutonniere ready for my husband at the reception so that it would look fresh for reception photos - when we had asked her at the reception where the boutonniere was, she said that she "forgot to make one". My husband's best man was kind enough to give him his boutonnière instead. She came back after saying that she will make my husband's bout, but will not be making one for the best man that gave his bout away.

Since I was so busy, the only direction I gave her was to "make it pretty" and "I hope it has succulents on it." Tina hand selected varying succulents that matched my wedding colors from her private collection in her own garden! This truly showed the attention to detail she puts into her work and craftsmanship. I cannot even describe how beautiful my cake looked - it was more than I could have even imagined or hoped for. She also placed fresh flowers that coordinated perfectly with my wedding colors, and without even asking she placed a clear piece of plastic to place the bird nest topper on top of - I didn't even have to ask her to! What a truly thoughtful professional! Additionally, Tina was asked at the last minute to design the flowers for my buffet table. Rolling with the punches, and not even blinking an eye, she designed gorgeous mini bouquets that were placed onto the table. With limited resources that I gave her and with very little time, her abilities to design and stay calm during the wedding was remarkable! Finally, Tina designed my hair pieces, veil, bridesmaid hair pieces, and floral dress accents for my wedding dress. Once again, Tina did not disappoint and far exceeded my expectations! I cannot tell you how many people came up to me to say how beautiful I looked with my veil and hair pieces. The bridesmaids pieces matched mine, but were unique and matched their bridesmaid dresses perfectly! My wedding dress was bought used, and had a bustle sewn in with visible (ugly) strings tied onto it. I wanted to put something on the dress to hide the strings. With very little direction and explanation, Tina understood what I wanted and designed multiple ivory flowers that matched my dress perfectly. My dress became my dream dress when I placed the pins onto them. It added the right texture, and looked like they were apart of the dress! Best of all, they hid the hideous strings! I cannot recommend Flortini Designs enough for a wedding or any special event where you will need beautiful and unique flowers.
