From the moment we stepped through the doors, we felt welcomed and reassured that every child was in the best hands. The staff is incredibly warm, attentive, and dedicated to creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive. The teachers go above and beyond to make learning fun and engaging, fostering both academic growth and social development. Our child has blossomed under their care, gaining confidence, new skills, and a love for learning. The facility is clean, safe, and thoughtfully designed to encourage exploration and creativity. It is obvious she enjoys teaching and spending time with the children.

We had our kids attend Toddler University Preschool, LLC for about 5 years. The director/owner is friendly and kind offering a preschool with love and passion like no other! Everything you would want to hear, even offering extra curricular activities like yoga, karate, animal experiences, zumbini, and a big firehouse graduation! My kids had the time of their lives. Creating friendships that last a lifetime. Friendships. Not just between the kids also between the parents. We have met a multitude of people in this business. Where you can message another parent and feel like you have known them your whole life. But something changed. Communication and my kid had meltdowns at drop off, but everything was "fine" when I ask how my child was during the day. But clearly my child did not think so. Being almost the oldest family attending and loyalty means nothing to a small business like this. Receiving a 30 day notice with no explanation (contract says no explanation can be given) other than "personal reasons" came to a shock. I was told to keep personal life and business separate and not let them mix. Payments we made rearly, participated school events, accepting of any changes to policies. There were no issues there. Once I received the 30 day notification (by text), at drop off/pick up I wasn't greeted by the owner anymore. I was greeted by the assistant teachers. I had questions and needed clarification, but I was told not to bring this topic up to her or the assistants (needed to relay messages and was not physically present) and not to reach out to other families because it wasn't "my place." As a mother it is my right to know what is happening with my child in someone else's care and why is it only happening to my child. When you think you know somebody better than your family, it's like getting stabbed in the back with a dagger. It hurts, but time will pass and will heal. After experiencing this. I would highly not recommend Toddler University Preschool, LLC. I don't want anyone experiencing rejection from a caregiver to your child with no explanation of any sorts, regardless of loyalty.

To Whom It May Concern,…read more I enrolled my son at this learning center when he was 2 years old (he is now 3). At the time of enrollment, there was a transition in leadership, as the original director was in the process of leaving. During my initial tour, everything appeared fine; however, once my son began attending, I noticed several concerning issues. The first incident occurred when I picked my son up and observed a staff member using my child's personal wipes on another child. Additionally, I found my son standing on top of the changing station instead of being seated on the potty as I had been told he would. When I addressed this with the staff, I was told that "this is their policy," which concerned me greatly. My second concern happened during the summer program. Parents were instructed to provide extra clothes for their children. When I arrived to pick up my son, he was dressed in girl's shorts and clothing that did not belong to him. I was told his clothes would be located, but they never were. As a paying parent (approximately \$197 per week, along with child care scholarship support), this left me extremely disappointed. Another concern arose when I visited to observe my child in class. I noticed there was little to no structure, and during my visit, my son had a bowel movement that went unnoticed by staff. I ended up changing him myself and reminded staff to document it as required by policy, but I received pushback instead. The director, Briana Williams, entered the classroom and stated I was a "disturbance." This was especially disheartening, as Maryland Child Care Scholarship policy allows parents to observe their child's care. This interaction raised serious red flags, and I chose to remove my son from the classroom immediately. The final incident occurred on July 25, 2025, during a meeting I requested with staff members Briana Williams (director), Jen (assistant director), and Mariah (who was present via voice call). My son was also present. During this meeting, Jen made a defamatory statement that my 3-year-old child had struck her ankle. She then began yelling, became hysterical, and even fell to the floor. Despite my son being present, the director, Briana Williams, escalated the situation further by calling the police and labeling me as "trespassing." , it has been over five weeks, and I still have not received any documentation regarding my son's last-minute disenrollment. Per the scholarship program, I was advised that notice is required in these cases. The lack of documentation has not only created difficulties with completing the scholarship process, but has also directly impacted my employment, as I ultimately lost my job due to this situation. All I am requesting is proper documentation of my son's disenrollment so that I can move forward and resolve this matter appropriately. Best Regards

If you are looking for a rounded, nurturing daycare or learning facility this maybe your selection…read more After endless seemingly interviews and checks of facilities a year ago; we decided on this facility. Many places have interviews and times that you can visit to check out the center; however, this facility actually have you and the child come in for the kid to be with the kids to see if this is a fit for you, the child and the school. Its like a few hours. We did select this facility as it accomodating and structured with an education/schooling instead of just babysitting. They assist with potty training and early childhood learning. Socializing as well as nurturing. Pictures and videos are uploaded into a portal for parents to view during the day. The portal is also a written means of communication that is not meant to be the only line of communicating. The cost varies according to age and days needed (part time or full time). The children receive breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks. However, when we pick our kid up she is always very hungry. There is a no outside food policy to assure of those with food allergies having a safe environment (especially peanut allergies). Ms. Tia was especially great as she was my Kiddo's first teacher and was very nurturing and loved by the kiddies. She took pride into the class and sanitizing it. Ive noticed once Ms. Tia left the class that level of sanitizing didnt occur. Although its a nice clean facility Id like to see more thorough cleaning of the toys and play areas. Ive walked into the class (2yr) and it smelled awful. I walked in om a kiddo sick and puking everywhere including the carpet. The carpet couldnt have been sanitized properly. The staffing has been turning over and seemingly no consistency. However, there are still some shining constant faces for the kids. I may not have given 5 stars but I still believe this is a good place for your child to grow, learn and be safe. The kids have outside time, circle time, Spanish, Science and more. This is a tv/ electronic free facility and is perfect for growing little minds. Check them out and see the abundance that I couldnt put in this review.

I signed up for a tour while early pregnant because waitlist in the area are extremely long. The tour was detailed, the facility was extremely clean and I noticed diversity among staff and students. They followed up after the tour as well. They stood out to me so I decided to visit again post-partum. I called, got an appointment scheduled and met with the director. Unfortunately, they did not have availability for my requested start date but I was allowed to complete an application and pay a deposit to be on the waitlist. However, later that day, another daycare on our list called to say they had an opening. I called Celebree back to request that they not charge my card for the wait list fee since I would be accepting a slot elsewhere. The Director was kind, understanding and did not charge me. She was gracious and said to follow up if we needed care in the future. I also appreciate that they answer more questions over the phone than other centers. I have had other places refuse to tell me if they had an opening or not. The director at this location is professional, helpful and not exploitative. Great service!
