Hands down best dispensary!!! The products are awesome and the workers are super knowledge.

Used to be my fav in Astoria. New workers just lie if they don't know! I asked for 1000 mg CBD and woman said they were out, when in fact I called yesterday and they had it. I told her to ask her lead and she showed they did! Grrr....Then specifically needed 5mg THC gummies (called for this as well), that were individual wrapped. She reluctantly said these were it. Got them home and they were 10 mg and not indiv. Not wrapped. Strike two. Then I asked if they had pressed product, not melting oShe was lost (I should have left). Her lead recommended a product that said it was what I was looking for! Strike 3! Got home and it was the bubbly melt type. Waste of time, gas, and $! read more

This is my favorite dispensary in town. Every single person who works here is so nice. You can tell they really like their job. If you treat your staff well it totally shows in their work. Sweet Relief offers different daily deals which, c'mon, who can't go for that? Everyone is so nice and remembers your name. It's a nice touch. Worst customer service I've ever had. Employee saw us come in and ignored us till his coworker finished up with the person in front of us. He then asked what we were looking at and then were rudely told to talk to his coworker, and he went to help the lady behind us. Will not go back, First off I was left alone in the room for a few minutes. Which I figured was because their was only one bud tender at first and he had to check in someone else. Then someone else came out of the back after I waited for a few minutes, no big deal. I understand that sometimes people are busy. So the guy that ended up helping me kept showing me all the "top shelf" stuff, I just wanted a cheap gram and he was not knowledgeable at all! I told him I wanted a decent THC with a fruity flavor. He basically had no idea what was what except for what type it was. Then when I picked what I wanted without the help of the bud tender, I peeked over to see the scale and he tried to give me 0.9 when I asked for a gram! Which he only corrected because he noticed that I was looking. I also got a gram of a CBD stain but I guess that was also to hard for him to figure out because he labeled both of the bottles with the same THC strain label!! Really? Now this wouldn't of bothered me if he would have gotten everything else right. I would of laughed it off once I got home, but my experience here was awful. read more
