Dave This was my first time into this dispensary in quite some time. I seldom come here because of several bad experiences in the past but I thought I would give it a try based on new ownership. The marijuana was definitely better than before but the cost was high. Even with a veteran discount it was still expensive. The guy that waited on me couldn't have tried harder to sell me on product I absolutely didn't want. I went in for some mmj and spent 15 minutes listening to him show me edibles, vape,oils... It was quite annoying actually. I had intended on purchasing a couple of ounces but after the show and tell I left with just an 1/8th of fair Belushi flower and a bad taste in my mouth. The store is laid out nice, it's ashame I won't be going back. I felt a real disingenuous sincerity about the budtender. Not what I am looking for when I want to get my medicine!! The farmacy is hands down the best dispensary in astoria, i only moved down here two months ago so my girlfriend and i made it our task to try out all the clinics. For selection and price we decided the farmacy was the way to go. On top of this the farmacy has a punch card, for every 200$ you spend you get 25$ off next purchase. I always use this toward a qtr and end up getting a qtr for like 30$. Super deals! Just be aware, it only counts toward your punch card if you buy 20+$ or more at a time. I bought like ten, 10$ sacks when i didn't know this and was really bummed when i thought i was almost to my discount and found out those were all for no reason. I voiced my concern with this and they helped me out though, another reason the farmacy is great. read more

Friendly staff. Not always as knowledgeable as other places. Stock is hit and miss when it comes to concentrates. Beautiful shop with an easy layout. Cool parrot!! We always joke this place has a Miami Vice vibe. ***Thoughtful comment from owner got them another star. It is true that the whole marijuana industry in Oregon has been a frustrating endeavor for all involved. The State of Oregon in it's infinite (cough) wisdom did not plan very well in their attempt to profit from the taxation. On a recent road trip I stopped in for some clinical strength CBD oil (California does not have it this strong). When I got back home in California, I went to use it but noticed a small sticker on the back that said it was a sample bottle and contained no THC. I called The Farmacy a couple days later and explained the mix up. Cory was very apologetic and offered to refund my purchase. A couple days later I received a check and a 20% discount coupon for my next purchase. In my opinion the best shop in the county!! Let alone the best ive ever been to. They always have lots to choose from flower and edibles. Always want to know what you think of what you got the next time you come in. The budtenders are cute and super nice! Milo is awesome and genuine! Came in on Memorial Day weekend from out of town, and will definitely be coming back. The bud tender was welcoming and polite, and the shop was clean, bright, and well organized. Ultimately it was the quality of staff and product that set this place apart. The flower he recommended-Wedding Pie-is some of the best weed I've found in a long time. The prerolls he recommended were also on point. It's really nice to find folks that know their stuff, so you can find new strains to try that produce the effect you're looking for. We have visited the various dispensaries in Astoria and The Farmacy is by the far the best. The budtenders are very friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to get to know us. I could tell they actually care about us and the products. On our first visit Josh did an excellent job of explaining the various strains and helped me pick out a great strain. I went back a few months later and HE REMEMBERED ME BY NAME. I was amazed. Where else do you go that the employees are still there several months later and remember your name?
