I stopped in today to buy a present for my friend's 1-year old. Before I even entered, I was…read moreconfronted with the filthiest door handles I've ever seen- thank the gods I carry handi-wipes. It's a weird thing to notice, I know, but these things were seriously unhygienic; I couldn't help but take note. Upon entering the store itself, I saw what seemed to be a good selection of baby...stuff. As someone who doesn't have kids, and is never around them, I had no idea what a lot of it was, or what would be an appropriate birthday gift. No problem, I'd just ask a salesperson for assistance- or so I thought. The three employees I saw were all having an intense conversation at the sales counter. I walked up, waited. Cleared my throat. Made eye contact. Said "excuse me" to the salesclerk who was looking directly at me. Finally, feeling invisible, I left. This store is probably great, if you walk in knowing what you want, and don't need any help. For those of us not in the mommy club, however, it's just not a welcoming place.

I found the new location a positive for shoppers. The con of the relocation is that it is a much smaller space. Due to the smaller space selection and options in sizing has decreased greatly. The store is also now shared with Carters. Carters in the past had its own storefront. I was more disappointed with the greatly reduced selection from the past. It is still worth a visit if you have children!

This is a clean store with friendly helpful staff. Nice large dressing room- plenty of room for mom to help kiddo try things on. Drawbacks - only 1 dressing room. No full length mirrors anywhere. Easy on and off from the highway. Plenty of parking. I actually like that this store is a bit away from the shopping jungle of downtown Freeport.

There's a wide variety and not everything has a "GAP" logo on it, which is nice. Sadly, the sizes go from S to M to L. I saw a few XLs in there but absolutely nothing bigger than that. Two things of note immediately: 1) is there ANY organization to this store?, because it sure doesn't seem like it, and... 2) it had a real post-Black Friday feel to it with clothing and accessories discarded in piles everywhere. I don't blame the staff for that necessarily, as I watched loads of customers literally abandoned piles of stuff wherever they wanted when they realized, I guess, they didn't actually want to buy them. Also, another reviewer mentioned the lack of staff at the Fitting Rooms; this actually felt very normal (at least it is in other parts of the world from what I've experienced) , so I appreciated just being able to help myself to a room whenever I wanted (...granted, they were also messy with customer's deserted stuff). In the end, on this particular occasion, I left with two items: a very cute, white sweater with golden sparkly thread AND a fantastic little black dress. Pricetag? Under $50. And the person at the cash register was SO friendly and engaging; she gave me an enormous brown paper bag for free when she saw I had been toting around all my Kitchen Store Outlet stuff in my arms. I don't know that I'm rushing back here anytime soon, but if I'm in the area and I've got the time to explore, I'd come back to see what gems might find me! But I wouldn't come back intentionally looking for a specific item.

They have a large selection of items, but I couldn't find a button up shirt for my step-son. You would think button-ups would be a common items to find and not a single one. I found 32 options for sweaters and 40 options for sweatshirts, but not a single button up shirt. The staff is non-existent around the fitting room, so customers are always having to go find someone to unlock a door. The value of some of the items is reasonable, when it's on sale, but the headache of having to sort through unorganized sizes and color is just not worth it in my mind.

Awesome, well not so much as original price was 89.99 for the pair of children's jeans. Yeah, no way am I paying nearly $90 for a pair of jeans which have holes in them. As I continued to look around it would seem they are rebranding as a high-end clothing store or they advertise 30-40% after they raise the prices. I looked at my wife and we exited the store immediately as the prices were not reasonable at all. Staff was non-existent as they just stare at you while you walk around. They don't say hi and they don't offer to help. Pretty horrible experience if you ask me.

I visited the Levi's store today with my family, and overall, it was a great experience--until I…read moreheard barking coming from the front of the store. At first, I thought, "Is that a German Shepherd?" one of my favorite dog breeds. I shrugged it off and kept shopping, but then I saw a large white dog roaming the store with its owner--definitely not a service animal. The dog seemed to be having a "bark-off" with another large dog sitting by its owner. While I love dogs, I wasn't expecting to encounter such a noisy situation while shopping. I believe stores should maintain a peaceful environment for all customers, and I don't think dogs (unless they're service animals) should be allowed inside. This experience did detract from my visit, and I hope store management reconsiders its pet policy in the future.
