I frequent Little often. I have always enjoyed shopping here because of the vast selection of high quality items, and friendly young staff. It is typically one of my go to places to shop. However I do not think I'll be shopping here much longer. I had stopped by to grab a gift the other day and was helped by an older woman I did not recognize. Like I mentioned previously, the staff here is always very friendly and helpful. This woman was not. A minute into asking for her assistance I was disappointed to discover she was down right bossy and pushy, I could tell she was only focused on making the sale and not actually helping me. And when I tried to wave off the help and shop for myself, she lingered and closely watched me shop while chatting my ear off about her children. I'm a mother, god knows I talk about my kids any chance I get-but this just felt excessive and almost manipulative. Eventually the other younger lady happened to pop into the back room and was swift in saving me from the uncomfortable situation. She was very helpful and actually listened to me. On my way out I had also asked her about the lady I had encountered previously and learned that she apparently is the new manager. Needless to say, if that is how this store is going to be run from now on I feel bad for both the staff and customers. I don't think I will be shopping here for much longer. Me and my wife stopped in here randomly to browse, and it ended up being a great spot for grabbing a gift for our little niece. Despite coming to Portland for many years, this spot never caught our eye. My wife is a big fan of stuffies and animal related items in general. I will say that in my opinion the prices here do seem high, but it does appear to be more of custom/smaller created items. I could be incorrect though as I noticed other reviews mention finding similar items cheaper. We did find a perfect gift of a stitched elephant for our niece that we know she will love. The high prices and lack of much enthusiasm and greeting from the workers is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Might be more of a spot to browse than actually purchase from but nonetheless check it out. read more

Little is such a gem! They have a small yet mighty collection of children's and baby's toys, clothing, and more, located right on Exchange. Sometimes I wander in to see if they've restocked their Jellycat collection, but parents (or anyone with a baby in their life) will find Little a perfect place for an upscale baby outfit, children's toy, or anything of the like. So many things to like about this store! Very cute brands and well curated. Unfortunately, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The staff is not empowered to make things right. I found one associate to at least be friendly, but another store clerk was downright combative in addition to being unhelpful. Would not recommend and will not be returning. read more

Ordered a product online and was sent a damaged product. They refunded me the purchase price, but not the shipping cost (their standard store policy). There are so many other stores who stand behind their products (and quality control), I will definitely be shopping elsewhere. Suggest you do the same read more

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. The last time I ordered from them they sent me the wrong order. When I brought this to their attention they were unapologetic, and basically informed me that I was to go out of my way to correct the situation. This companies customer service is some of the worst I've dealt with in today's modern era. Please, please bring your business to stores that actually care about the consumer. These women are so wrapped up in themselves they do not care about the consumer, and charge astronomical prices for their items. read more

This is a very charming place with many handmade, eco-conscious items that you see all over Instagram (if you follow some mommy influencers). The store is very visually-pleasing. They also have a great Instagram account and a shopper-friendly website. read more

Some of the cutest kid's clothes and accessories I've ever seen in one store. It's located in one of the best parts of town, so it must get great foot traffic from tourists. I can't even say how much I love this boutique. So perfectly curated, they carry so many great unique brands that you won't find in big box stores. I've visited many baby/children's boutique's throughout California and NYC and never have I stumbled across such a gem of a store. If you are expecting, have children or are shopping for a gift for someone with children this is the place to come. Love, love, love this store. Not sure why other's have given this place a bad review based on the price point. You wouldn't go to Louis Vuitton and complain about how expensive things are. This is a specialty boutique that carry mid range children's brands (Oeuf NYC, Rylee and Cru, Maileg, Clementine kids, Ollie and Ella, kickee pants, pink chichen, collegien, tea collection, misha and puff ect..) If that's not your jam then don't shop here, no need to complain and give a bad review. read more

Extremely expensive! I don't mind spending a little extra for a high quality, super-cute outfit once in a while. In fact, I was looking for a little splurge to bring home to my kids. But, even pajamas were $70. There were no sales and the least expensive clothes were Tea collection, which you can find sales on line quite often. What a cute store! It almost made me wish I had kids! I got an adorable top for my niece which was a little more than I'd normally pay but the fabric was to die for and it was so unique that it was definitely worth it! I also got some metallic constellation tattoos for myself-perfect for festival season! The girls working were really helpful but not annoying. Very expensive boutique. Returns for store credit only, but you cannot try on or remove the tags because it apparently voids any return. (What kid would try on PJs with itchy tags? And how are you supposed to know about the fit of clothing without trying it on?) They never stated any of this "policy" during checkout, nor alluded to it's presence on the receipt. For charging prices like they do, they sure don't earn the premium in customer support or reasonable operation. Not sure if we'll go back. read more

This store is exactly what Portland needs. They carry ADORABLE and unique clothing, toys, and furniture for the little ones in your life. The space is very clean and well organized which provides for a delightful shopping experience. On a recent visit, I purchased a Milo in Maine shirt for my son and he absolutely loves it. They also carry a lot of the Tea Collection and other adorable lines like Pink Chicken and go gently baby. Having moved here from San Francisco, I've been missing the children's boutiques that I used to shop at, but the arrival of Little has filled that void in my life. read more
