Responding to the business owner Matt C who just commented back to my review- I understand that 10 minutes are needed to close down the store, but like I said I got there at least 15 minutes before closing.. And when I say "yell" I meant they shouted it from the register across the store in a curt tone- either way this was my experience. But most relevant the store hours were incorrectly listed at that time both on the door and through Apple maps. I usually don't leave any yelp reviews, but that's how disappointed I was. I'm just saying you should have correct hours listed as I drove out of my way to come to your store. There's no need for the argument a simple "sorry that was your experience we've fixed our hours hope this helps" or something. I'm just not recommending the customer service or won't be returning especially with the business owners response. Very odd and contentious/defensive read more

It was an interesting thrift shop with quite a bit of inventory ~ used clothing, shoes, jewelry, scarves, kitchenware, knickknacks. Nothing in the way of 'new' ~ if you are the creative type and enjoy repurposing items, there are things here that you could definitely appreciate. They do offer some seasonal decor by the entrance of the store and prices throughout the shop are very reasonable. One of the more smaller thrift shops that we have visited with a very welcoming staff ~ parking is somewhat difficult in this area with signs of "Permit Parking" every where. read more

I still love coming here from time to time because you never know what you might find! I've seen this place grow over the past couple years I've been going from clothes and knick knacks and now they also have a food pantry (serving the local community) as well as a sizable furniture warehouse (which they also post on craigslist). Clothes without tags are $1, paperbacks are 25c/hardback 50c, and they always have various color tags in sale (ranging from 25% to 75% off). I actually love this place so so much, there is just so much to take in and enjoy. Everything is also super cheap which is a plus, just for some reference cassettes we're 25¢, cds were 50¢ and records were like 50¢. also all the books were in the $1 range as well depending on the book of course. There are racks and racks of clothes and little trinkets. there is also a whole room dedicated to just furniture some new and used. absolutely an amazing spot 100% recommend! read more

I love this place! Goodwill prices have gotten super high, and I've started coming here instead. Lots of reasonably priced treasures. I love that untagged clothing is $1. I actually like the darkness, it's like a cozy little cave. Would be perfect with some jazz playing... I'd spend an entire day here!!! read more

this is a thrift store...what the idea of the thrift store was supposed to be (or so i thought) back in the day: oddities and rarities and stuff saved before being thrown away. located in an odd area in a warehouse. i went in and bought about 30 mugs for a party/project for $3.75 after some negotiation. if i had more time i would have perused and probably been happy. it looked like there were a lot of interesting items that dont make the floor at the chain 'thrift' stores. read more

Gross! Dark, dingy, dirty warehouse style place where the merchandise is really old. Granted maybe I came on the wrong day and didn't find that one lucky find, but definitely won't go back. There's a back room full of furniture so maybe that's your best bet if you need something if you can really clean it up. read more

This place has very poor business practices . on Sunday night a table and 4 chairs was displayed on Letgo for $65, We went up driving over an hour to purchase it. When we arrived shortly after opening the table had no chairs and the price was now $75 . We werr told that the chairs were sold to someone who gave him a good price. Then he tried to say that it was ckearly displayed that the chairs were sold. It was not. The photo clearly showed 4 chairs with the table. We will never deal with this place again. Omg!!!! Love this store to death!! And the staff there are awesome as heck!! Especially ms. Linda, she is just a very kind a sweet woman and can give you great advice about and outfit or jewelry tour thinking of buying etc. She goes beyond her job duties. We stumbled upon this amazing thrift store from another yelpers review. They were right, this place is a treasure trove of amazing finds. We came out of there having spent $26 and had 6+ bags of deals. My wife now has an entire new wardrobe of sweaters! She's picky about her clothes and found a wealth of great stuff. This place is a diamond hidden off the beaten path but worth looking for! We will be back. read more

I stopped by to pick up five Johnny Cash CD's, which I saw on their Facebook page. The CD's were new, still in their original shrink wrap, and were reasonably priced. Whether you live locally, or far-far away, you will want to find Sweet Repeats on Facebook (Sweet Repeats Thrift Store, or facebook.com/SweetRepeatsPA ) as they post some of their treasurers online. Did I mention they offer shipping? The store has a plethora of clothing, knick knacks, books, and some small electronics at reasonable prices. It appears as though they have expanded within the past few years, and has a separate "wing" for furniture. Though I was not in the market for any furniture, I saw a piece which caught my eye. Sweet Repeats can be a picker's dream, as you never know what gem they will have uncovered for you. Those with an inner eccentric streak will often find a few eclectic objet d'art! read more

I used to frequent this thrift store a bit more when I worked in the area. Stopped back in the other day, and it's essentially the same as it's always been. A bit cluttered and some things priced a bit high, but if you're willing to dig, you can definitely find a treasure in there somewhere. They've always got deals going based on department or color of tags, so watch for that. I'll definitely stop back in when I am in the area. read more
