Sadly, not many bakeries use the real deal anymore. I prefer the tiramisu at Sweet Paradise. Just ok for me.

I ordered a small fairy free chocolate gelato with a dairy free chocolate mint chocolate on top. This was one of the best gelatos I have had all summer. My boyfriend ordered a whit chocolate raspberry gelato with a white chocolate on top (his wasn't dairy free) but it was heavenly. It's hard to get better service than you will at Bliss. This issue one of those places where part of you wishes they will become extremely successful and open many stores, while another part of you selfishly hopes they stay small so you can keep going back without having to stand in a long line. Lyn told me that I could go to another store where their computer is already working because they open earlier. I was so grateful that she gave me this information. I drove to the nearby store and did my transaction. It was so nice of Lyn to tell me this. She was losing my business because I went to another store, but it made my day. The butter croissant looked like it was shaped a bit off but the flavour and structure was good. Lastly, the sourdough we got was quite dark and pushing the edge of being burnt for my own taste. The space is clean and pretty, and service is efficient.
