AMAZING ice cream. I was down in St. George for the weekend, and I am so glad I came here. We met the owner and he was very friendly! He told us that Sweet Rolled Tacos originated in Southern California and that this St. George location is only it's second location! So this is a must see if you're in St. George. Now to the ice cream... It was hard to decide which taco to get because all 20+ flavors looked so good! In the end, I ordered the Chocolate Fudge Brownie taco, and it was delicious! So my wife and I went here a few days ago and there was a 45 minute wait. Due to the extreme wait time we turned around and left. The Couple that was in front of us in line also left. Either the ice cream is that good or the services that poor. I wouldn't know. But what I do know is the wait time is ridiculous and the ice cream is expensive. read more

This is probably the worst service I've ever recieved. My first time going, and I will not be coming back. We waited 30-40 minutes for 3 drinks. Such a fun concept! My teens and younger kids loved it. The ice cream was so good!! We got the rainbow road for my youngest- it has fruity pebbles in the ice cream and I was surprised it was one of my favorites. Another favorite was the chocolate dipped strawberry. It is a busy, popular place- but it is worth the wait. You can watch them make each item while you wait. The process they use to freeze and roll the ice cream was really interesting and fun to watch. We waited for an hour for watered down ice cream. They literally put ice and milk in a blender and swirled it around. The cleanliness by the staff present was disgusting. People were touching their faces, the register, people's trays/cups, and with the gloves that they were using to make people's food. I am sorely disappointed with the staff; there were 5 staff present and they were messing around in the back room while everyone was waiting. This place does not deserve your business. read more

Customer service was horrible. All the employees work at the pace of a turtle. Like there isn't a line out there door. It Took them over an hour to get me two tacos and a milkshake. Gave me my tacos then still have to wait an extra 20 minutes for the milkshake. Customers who ordered after us and was getting there ordered were getting upset for us. It was ridiculous. Ask for the manager on duty (there was only a shift lead on duty) cause my ice cream was melted and asked if I could get new ones which he did very quickly (he was awesome and I think the ONLY employee working with a purpose) while the girl making milkshakes slowly wandered around. All In all this gets 1 star cause the shift lead on duty was killin in trying to pick up the pace of the other 5 employed. These are not worth the price or the wait. Absolutely ridiculous experience. I'm only giving the second star because everything LOOKED delicious. But we didn't even get to taste it! We stood in line for at least 20 minutes before any of the six employees even acknowledged our existence... and they knew we were there. Throughout the 20 minute wait I saw the employees whisper to each other several times that they couldn't take any more orders due to being too backed up. But none of them communicated that to us. When they finally said something to us it was "it's going to be a long wait, but we'll get to you," and then the poor girl turned around and went back to whatever she was doing. We waited at least another 10 minutes before deciding to leave feeling very disappointed. Don't y'all just hate poor customer service? read more

Ice cream is ok, but with only 6 people in front of me, it took 54 minutes to get my order. The tables were full of teenage girls who ordered, took a picture with the taco, posted it to Instagram, took maybe 1-2 bites then threw the rest out. If you wanna save money, just ask for one of theirs when they are done! If you want to eat here, you'd better hurry. Their operation is inefficient enough I bet they won't last long! read more

This place is so fun and unique for St. George, even though they are still working out some kinks. When we got there we were able to order quickly, and me and my husband decided just to share a taco since they are $7 and we didn't know if we liked this place yet. For one taco we waited 25 minutes, realizing that each taco is a beautiful work of art. If you are in a hurry this isn't the experience for you. If you don't like loud chaotic spaces this isn't for you. It's pretty warm in the space mainly because there's so many bodies in a small space, they do however have a fan and some complimentary ice water near the pick up station. At one point we saw some small children in in the back of the restaurant away from the prep area but in their back room, I think they must have belonged to one of the employees. Our taco was delicious, and beautifully made! There is such limited seating that we just went out to our car and cranked the AC and ate it in there. I think this place is a great new thing for people to try! I would just caution people to manage their expectations and go in realizing it's going to take 20+ minutes to get a taco, it's going to be loud and crowded, and when they finally get that sweet rolled taco... it's going to be delicious! read more

It is a trendy cute place. We liked it! The tacos are fun to eat. The waffle doesn't have much flavor and they charged an extra 50 cents for the waffle, but that didn't make sense since... it looks like would be included in the number you pick. I did not like the method you used for orders. I received my ice cream and waited while two people before us got theirs then my husband got his and then we waited while another couple got theirs... then my daughter got hers. Why not just make ours together instead of having us all wait. It was crowded. And the owners were in there but didn't make much effort greeting people prob cause they had lines out the door and it looked busy and it was new. Saw this place on insta and was in town so I thought I'd give it a try.. I got the cookies and coffee roll ... it was delicious! I liked that the taco shell was thin and not super thick like a regular waffle cone. Pretty much no wait for a saturday night! I asked for no whip cream and I got no toppings. I also got my bowl and it was only half filled with three rolls of ice cream when usually there is six or five rolls. Sweet Rolled Tacos is mainly known for their presentation of the ice cream and mine looked terrible. I went up to the workers and asked if I can get a new bowl with my toppings and with the correct amount of ice cream, that i payed for, they continued to argue with me and tell me no. Their customer service was absolutely terrible and they need to have the correct attire on. One of the girls pulled up her shirt so her stomach was showing. Service was bad. Milkshake we got was pretty good but had to wait 15-20 minutes for it. Only 4 people were working and one of the employees had his friends hanging out with him while he was working which seemed to be a distraction because it was taking him forever to finish the orders.
