I was told that the Yoga class was no longer offered and I must have bought a very old Groupon. I told her I bought it 5 minutes earlier and asked to speak to the manager. Long story short, I had to leave THREE messages to be graced with a phone call back, and was told again that they no longer provide the Yoga class as part of the package. I feel the Groupon was misleading so beware if you see the same advertisement (I still see it posted on Groupon although I emailed them as a complaint). We stayed with the package although we could have gotten a refund from Groupon. The hotel is very nice, and we were able to use the pool and showers. The shower pipes made a terrible shaking screaming noise that went on forever...that I could hear over the hairdryer! Anyway - on to the massage and facial. Just Ok. Nothing really good or bad to say there. We waited in the quiet area and then had a couples massage that was nice, then split up for facials. With the Groupon, it is worth two hours of treatments, but they didn't wow me, and the front desk and management was not responsive. It def. is not worth full price since there is so much better in the area, but at half the cost, it is priced about right.

The spa seems more of an after thought instead of part of the resort. If they do another groupon I will go, but if I had to pay full price I would be upset.

I was treated by several other chiropractors locally who only wanted to do an adjustment and send you on your way to get to as many patients as possible while also trying to sell you pills and creams. Even when an adjustment was not the proper treatment plan for the diagnosis. Dr. Aigen spends time with the patient, listens to the patient, and provides treatments specific to the ailment to help resolve the problem and eliminate the pain. I have great chiropractor coverage but like anything related with health insurance they may or may not be a provider. Called to verify if they took my insurance and they said yes. Made an appointment for next day. Day of visit was charged $20, they said it was for first visit, they would not touch my insurance because they do evaluation and xrays. Ok, $20 is not unreasonable so I paid. The visit is divided in 2 days. First visit: I was evaluated and educated about how they work and got X-rays... was told to make the second appointment so they could go over X-rays and findings. NO ADJUSTMENT DONE. Second visit: This visit was more like a transaction. The chiropractor tells you his findings, he tells you this is a commitment and then they sit you down and go over what your treatment plan will be. My treatment plan was for 32 months and almost $5,000 ... WAIT! I have insurance. They said they called my insurance and they did not cover, I said you are mistaken. I have great Chiropractor coverage. They said they don't take my insurance. WHAT??? I called and you said you did... no, sorry we don't. Ok, so what insurance do you take, only Blue Cross!!!! Ok, so you lied to get me in, you lied about calling my insurance, you stole $20, made me lose 2 days in appointments and want me to ignore the great coverage I have with my health insurance... these people are scammers... BEWARE!

When I first came to see Dr Cohen over a month ago, I was in bad pain due to torn Rotator Cuff of…read moremy Left Shoulder. My first impression about Dr Cohen was he's the right doctor for me. No doubt, Dr Cohen not only very professional (with great help of Dr Altman and Lisa ) but also very involved with patient care. He told me I needed MRI for my Left shoulder which I called my Primary Care Physician (PCP) for order. When MRI result came back which was worse than just Torn Rotator Cuff, but also Bursitis & Arthritis...). Dr Cohen informed me and stated I needed a conservative Orthopedic Doctor (OD) while my PCP never called me in about MRI result to discuss treatment. When I called my PCP after a week for that & requested an OD, the Nurse Practitioner refused to refer me to that Specialist (except she wanted to prescribe steroid by mouth, muscle relaxant & physical therapy for me that I didn't agree). Dr Cohen kept pushing me to request to speak to my PCP herself, not the NP, and also report their mismanagement of my case to Humana. I was still reluctant. It came to the point that Dr Cohen almost wrote a letter himself to my PCP, then I realized that it was my job, not his, and I had to stand up for myself and I DID it. My PCP agreed to refer me to Dr Stone, a very good and conservative Orthopedic Doctor in the area per Dr Cohen's recommendation. Today 4/06/18, I came to see Dr Stone, he read my MRI disk, examined my Left shoulder with movements, gave me a Cortisone shot to my Left Shoulder, prescribed NSAID for pain and ordered Physical Therapy. During 5 weeks with Dr Cohen, I've received Ultra Sound, Muscle Stimulation (by Tens Unit, I believed) and "fixing", Heat pads, and Early Physical Therapy. My pain almost gone away so fast, just the stiffness & loss some Range of Motion that is expected because Recovery normally takes several months to over a year. Besides, I also got treated with Dr Altman who is very pleasant and professional. He gave me several advises on the right posture to eliminate neck and back pain and especially on my case that I've been doing everyday. Lisa at the desk (and also their helper) is super nice and so good. I am very happy with the service honestly. I recently found out that my Insurance Humana won't reimburse Dr Cohen because he's out of net work. I felt so bad because he only treated me for my copay every time I came (2-3 times /a week). He knew that but he still treated me so well & guided me thru succesfully. Now Dr Cohen knew that I am in good hand with coming treatment plan, he discharged me, but he still wants me to follow up in 4 weeks to see my progress. What a doctor! They both are amazingly compassionate, intelligent and skilled practitioners and are ridiculously informative about making a plan and getting their patients feeling the best they can. Leanne has been my go-to girl for the majority of the time. She defines what a healer is. She is loaded with love and compassion and truly wants her patients to feel better by the time they leave. I live with severe pain and that can be very difficult not just physically but emotionally. Undoubtedlyif you were trying to choose whether or not to go to them you should know that you are truly safe in their hands. The many modalities that they offer will definitely not have you needing anything when it comes to acupuncture, homeopathic injections, women's health, massage therapy and my favorite is cupping!  I just want to thank them from the bottom of my heart for always taking such amazing care of me and making me feel so much better than often the times I feel when I walk in.  If you like my review feel free to follow me and please like the post! :-)

I can not…read moredivulge the reason for seeing and being referred to Dr. Mark Diroma, however after being seen by inadequate Dr.'s for something I never had a problem with, Dr. Diroma knows not only everything about the spine, explains it in detail, but takes every person and their condition individually. I also love the fact he does not pass judgement on anyone. He only reads what he see's from an MRI, and formulates a plan to best restore health. He does not put bandaids to mask the underlying problem. If you are seeking the best, and believe me there are many professional athletic accolades of his outstanding work, and pain is your best friend, go see him! My hat goes off to Dr. Diroma, and his whole staff. They work as a team together, put a plan in motion and execute it. Hard to find in Florida. One other great aspect that his practice offers is that people that have many allergies, IE, pain meds, advil, etc. He has alternative medicines that work!
