She had a wide selection of shades to choose from, and provided a prompt--and very reasonable--estimate once her husband, Todd (their installer), confirmed the measurements. It took about six weeks to have the shades made, as they were a custom size. But Roxane's estimate was right on target with their actual delivery. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience, and we would definitely use Made in the Shade again. I like dealing with small, local businesses, and it was very easy working with Roxane and Todd.
