I am anything but gluten free and Jill's creations are still some of the most delectable sweets I've ever eaten. The vast majority of gluten free baked goods I've tried are heavy, dense and just not very tasty. First we had a cake tasting meeting where she brought four different cake samples to our place. They were all delicious, we chose an almond raspberry recipe with buttercream frosting. I should add that I'm not gluten free myself but these cakes were delicious by any standards. We gave her some ideas for cake design and she came up with an incredible forest/mushroom theme that was simply lovely. She delivered it all without us having to worry about a thing.
