Amazing cupcakes! Apetizing presentation! Taste is delectable! And the owners were nice! If you happen to be in the area, you should really try it.

Came in right before closing after a day of wine tasting and I am SO glad we did. Although the cupcakes are $5.99 each, they are SO beautiful decorated and absolutely yummy. I got chocolate raspberry, Thai tea, banoffee, and matcha rose. The Thai tea and banoffee were my favorite.

The orange cupcake, you see is the Red velvet cream cheese filled!! Yum

Neither me nor my wife are big cupcake eaters. However, this place somehow caught our eye, and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. We got a cupcake simply because we loved the presentation of it - the cupcake itself and the to-go box were a piece of art! Little did we know - it was not just the presentation but the taste - perfect texture, soft like butter, and NOT overly sweet just perfect amount of sugar to enjoy both the sweetness and the cake texture. Highly recommend.

Is it art or is it food? You decide.

I wasn't in the mood for a cupcake today but Palmiie's drew me in. Palmie's is located in the inner part of hidden courtyard near Irish bar place (walk between the buildings). It's a small alcove store next to the chocolate place. It has enough space to have a fridge for the goodies and cashier. The floral theme is very eye catching and makes you curious about the offerings. The star of this place is the cupcakes. The floral frosting work is beautiful. I sampled the Tiramisu and Lemon Drop. The cake portions were moist and light. Also their was more cake to each than filling but that wasn't very noticeable as the cake was not overly dense. The floral frosting was not super sugary or heavy. More creamy and lightly sweet. Overall I found the texture and creaminess to my liking, but I think more flavor would be better. Like if you say it's lemon drop, I would want the lemon to be pronounced. I also had their seasonal pumpkin chai latte. Super good. Like the cupcakes, not super sweet, but plenty of pumpkin flavor. I definitely come back for more coffee drinks here as well.

This random little cupcake show is a must stop at place. The cupcakes have super cute toppings AND they're delicious. My favorite was the tiramisu one. I didnt have any of the drinks but I am sure they are just as delicious.

Stumbled upon this cute bakery in one of the quaint alleys in downtown Sonoma! I was drawn in by how gorgeous the cupcakes were then I tried them...delicious!! Friendly employee explained the flavors to help me decide which ones to try! All three were YUM! my first concern was wondering if they would be too sweet, and the second one was wondering if the food coloring in the frosting would turn my tongue, blue or purple or whatever the color was in the different frosting. I don't like things too sweet and these were just right for me! Reminded me of my filioina auntie's light chiffon cake and airy buttercream icing. Kind've wished we got more!! Definitely will stop by again we are visiting Sonoma!

We loved this beautiful little cupcake shop. The entrance is so inviting...it's impossible to go in just to look. Display of a variety of choices ( but not too many) We had the Tiramisu and Emerald Rose Delicious flavors and moist cake. I wish we lived closer so we could try the different varieties more often. Palmies is inside the El Paseo courtyard that is historic and charming. Plenty of places to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine. The owner is polite and friendly as can be. It's a great place for your purchases and business. Support small local shops. I would have to return to know to get five stars. 4+!!!

So excited to try a new cupcake shop so drove to Sonoma specifically to try Palmie's. Im a perfect location to sit outside in the courtyard, feels very European. The woman behind the counter was so nice and helped us choose and the cupcakes are BEAUTIFUL! We tried the lemon, banoffee, coconut, red velvet. I like that they aren't too sweet and most are filled cupcakes which I love. The only disappointing flavor was coconut, I wish filling was a cream not bigger pieces of coconut.

Palmies Cupcakes is as cute and quaint as it gets! It's such a charming little spot, and you can tell a lot of love goes into everything there. The owner was super friendly. I was a little bummed that they were out of the Thai tea-filled cupcakes (apparently they're really popular!), but the ones I did try totally made up for it moist, flavorful, and beautifully decorated. You can tell everything is made with care. I'll definitely be back next time I'm showing up earlier so I don't miss out on that Thai tea cupcake!

The shop is super cute and the lady behind the counter was very helpful and sweet. I had ordered cupcakes for a birthday party. The cupcakes looked super super cute and too pretty to bite into. The reason for 3 stars- the cupcakes themselves were dry and not at all flavorful which was a huge disappointment.

Located in the Plaza Square in Sonoma, we stumbled upon this adorable cupcake bakery that looks like it came out of a fairy tale. Maybe Beauty and the Beast. In the window you can watch the owner creat the most beautiful floral cupcakes in pink, purple, green, white, yellow, and orange out of frosting. Some even glisten like dew drops had touched them. I really am not a fan of cupcakes because they usually are too sweet for me but these are delicious. I had the Matcha and the Tiramisu. Inside each is a complimentary filling inside instead of being all cake. The filling reminded me of a version of lava cake but not gooey. The service is caring and fast. I wish we had a Palmie's in our town!

I would say we were in line 40 minutes or so. It moved pretty quickly though. A lot of people were chatting with each other in line Once you make it inside irs small but filled with so many treats! We ordered a little of everything and it was all delicious! There isn't a place to eat inside so you just take it and maybe put in the oven or microwave for a few seconds just to get it warm. My fav was the danish with raspberry and cream cheese! You can order coffee too if you would like. They also close early on weekdays (3PM) and close at 6 PM on weekends. There also tends to be a long line. Plus, some popular items tend to run out! You would have to be super dedicated like my friend Eva to wake up at 5 AM to pick up two giant bags of baked goods for her friends. The online menu is different from what they offer on-site. I remember the website didn't have tomato soup, but it was on the physical menu.

Model Bakery comes along and casually reminds you that even simple things can be incredible when done properly. The place itself is straightforward with no real indoor seating that we saw, but there's a nice patio and the smell alone is enough to pull you in. Everything felt fresh and warm. We also grabbed a croissant, which absolutely held its own Parking? Lot We had English Muffin (5/5): these are absurdly good. The kind of thing you plan to buy one of and somehow leave with a dozen. They smell almost like donuts when they're warm, with this buttery, slightly sweet aroma that hits you before the first bite. Lightly toasted, they develop the perfect crunch on the outside while staying soft and airy inside. Honestly, all they need is butter. They're great on their own, even better with oatmeal and coffee Croissant (4.5/5): really solid croissant. Soft, buttery, and clearly made with care. It had that delicate pull and layered texture you want without becoming overly heavy or greasy. My only complaint is that it deserved butter and jam on the side to really complete the experience. That butter just melts on every bite, taking the bread to the next level. Staff recommended the Rachel pastrami. It did not disappoint. It was very simple. However the combination of the thousand Island, sauerkraut, the pastrami and buttered bread just made it so delicious. It was decently meat packed too. The sandwich came with fries which I inhaled the ketchup that they brought me extra. It also came with two types of coleslaw both were delish. They were not overwhelming with dressing. The yellow one was interesting bc I thought it was turmeric but it was slightly sweet. Delish as well. Also ordered their Italian prosecco.
