I've gone a handful of times and usually enjoy my experience but I must say I don't think I will be going back or returning. She frequently runs promotions via email or Instagram and when Ive booked during promotions and go to pay she does not acknowledge or honor the discounts and promotions she is running. I feel awkward having to mention them when they are clearly advertised on marketing emails and social media. SOMETIMES she will say it must be mentioned but others it does not. Also sometimes the interactions and conversations during Brazilians can be a bit intrusive and personal, I get some people like it and like the personality but it's just not quite my vibe. Do NOT come here if you have very sensitive skin. I decided to try a new spot to get my Brazilian wax so I decided to come here. I've been here 3 times and I always got ingrown hairs and bumps all over. I believe it might be the wax and how she pulls it off. She does not prep your skin before waxing. My esthetician uses powder on my skin and then waxes me and I never have any problems with how my skin turns out. So because of that, I decided to go back to my former wax lady. Besides from that, Fiorina is a very nice lady but she asks a lot of personal questions about your life which made me uncomfortable and when I expressed that, she would disregard and just try to get answers out of you.
