Upon arrival I met the location manager (bryan, Brad or something like that) we checked out my car confirmed the estimate for a Tint in all windows & a small vinyl stripe on hood. His customer service at that time was great. I sent him the art for what I wanted (see below) I asked how I would know that what I want would be put on he said he would communicate with me via message through out the day. I explain to him that I am in the Tax industry have clients on the hour, so I would not be back till late in the afternoon and he had all day. He said perfect. I dropped car at 8:30am. I received the first text about the artwork at 1 pm. The artwork did not look like what I wanted but since I have experience with vinyl cuddles I understand that the phone will not be exactly the same and that it would need to be thicker. So with that point I went back and forth more about the layout of the text and spacing. I got a photo of artwork from them at 3:05 pm I was with a client at that time so I responded when I was finished at 3:35pm with changes because they still were not understanding what I wanted. Add that time I received a phone call and a text saying that the vinyl was already applied to my car. I am medially had my blood boiling because I don't understand how somebody could put something that needed approval on somebody's car prior to the approval. The manager stated that he approved them to do the work on the car so that way I would have it done today. I could get one in to get something down for a client on the same day but as a business owner I would not be okay with the waste of product, wasted labor, or upset client. I immediately went to the shop looked at the car if it was the artwork I wanted then yes it was done nicely. However the font is not what I wanted the layout is not what I wanted and the vinyl was placed in the wrong spot not the spot that I and the manager had discussed in the morning he had agreed for it to not surpass its own point of the headlight. I told the manager that they did a good job on applying in but I asked him how they could proceed with the work without an approval and I expressed that I was extremely upset over it. My husband passed away and this is his vehicle and the decal was a tribute to him it's a very precious vehicle to me and my family which the manager knows this. So I apologise for not taking it so lightly. Not to mention I spent $700 so I don't feel that there is a need to rush so much. I also think that he should have responded differently to mine noticeably upset self. He just said what do you want me to do. That he's the manager and can do whatever. coming from a business owner and longtime manager I don't really ask the customer. you do you just do whatever you have to do to get it right. The tent appears nice from afar but I have noticed some marks on the car windows that appear to be scratches in the tent I asked the manager about it prior to leaving just I wanna have any issues he said that it's moisture that should dry up but it definitely looks like scratches in a tent he says to wait 30 days I'm not gonna wait 30 days if it looks the same in a couple of days I will be visiting a different location. I really do hope that somebody reaches out to me too at least after a discount or something. I own and operate multiple insurance and tax offices and I was really hoping to have a great experience so I can refer to these locations as well as a CarMeets but I really don't know how people would feel about this situation which nobody should be in. Walking in, there are now mailboxes directly on the right hand side, no more weird open space with sad office supplies for sale. The counter is in a place that is more conducive to a line, so I'm sure there will be much less confusion now. The look is clean and bright, with a nice blue color palette. Walking in, the person working the counter, who I've never seen here before, was super friendly, helpful and informative. Such a dramatic change from the curmudgeons I usually deal with there. The best part? If you're coming to return an Amazon item, there is now a self service station right by the front door that is simple and easy to use.

She refused to do it herself and walks me back to the kiosk and proceeds to say "oh you just had to press print" and then I say "ok where do I drop it off?" And she takes my package and shoves it in the kiosk without making sure it makes it all the way in. So of course I shoved it all the way in and she then walks away and says "have a good day" as she's walking away. So it was a blood sample and I'm hoping that my results don't get messed up because she didn't want to expedite my service. My towels were ready 3 days later than what they originally told me - which was fine. I anticipated delays and gave myself 2 weeks before my deadline. They are located by the Speedway in one of the warehouses. Just like most printing shops, they have a small lobby, some offices, and a big warehouse where they have the embroidery and other machines and storage. They do signs and banners fir businesses and events; embroidery and printing for shirts, caps, towels, jackets, etc. The customer service was quite good. I had sent files over that were not the best size and file format and they worked with me to find the right one. They even went as far as to take photos of the product while it was printing to make sure it was what I wanted. I've worked with plenty of Printing places throughout my career and I've never had anyone do something like that before. I was so impressed. My payment was a little delayed simply because I was waiting on my accounts payable to pay the invoice, but Las Vegas Color Printing was so great to continue to follow up with me so that the invoice would get paid and the printing project done by the time I needed them done by. When my signs were ready to be picked up, they let me know when their hours were so I could pick them up. Now I didn't realize that this location is located near the Speedway. It's probably a good half hour from where I live. But to be honest, the drive was nice to take and a lot faster than I anticipated. When I got to their location, the sign on the door actually has their parent company that they use to wrap cars with. As soon as I walked in, they greeted me by first name. I'm also pretty sure an owner or manager peeked their head around the corner to make sure the signs were what i wanted. They wrapped everything securely so it wouldn't get damaged, and even when I arrived I asked if I could see them. They unwrapped them to show me and they were perfect. They then wrapped them back up to protect them and even went as far as to help me put them in my car! Absolutely incredible customer service. Again, this location is not near me, but I would use them a hundred times over again. The cost was reasonable for what I needed and they were so great to work with. Extremely communicative! While I completely understand and respect that businesses charge for design work, I called personally to explain that we had several future projects coming up and were hoping to build a long-term business relationship. Instead of working toward a solution or showing any interest in customer retention, I was told to "take my business elsewhere" simply because I questioned being upcharged on the mock-up process. As a business owner myself, I fully understand the importance of profitability.
