This was so important because it was the music me and my brother made when we were much younger (our 20's, I am now 57). My brother and myself just reconnected after 15 yrs apart and we both suffer from multiple health problems. And they don't know it but Digital Insights wonderful job of retrieving our music is going to bring so much joy to the both of us. A few months ago, I reached out to Tyler to have business cards created for my company. From the very beginning, the communication felt short, unfriendly, and heavily focused on upselling at every opportunity. Unfortunately, I was on a tight timeline and needed a quick turnaround, so I decided to move forward despite my concerns. Recently, after rebranding my business, I contacted Tyler again to create updated business cards. We provided mock-ups and concepts for the new design, and the conversation immediately shifted toward additional charges for creating the card layout. While I completely understand and respect that businesses charge for design work, I called personally to explain that we had several future projects coming up and were hoping to build a long-term business relationship. Instead of working toward a solution or showing any interest in customer retention, I was told to "take my business elsewhere" simply because I questioned being upcharged on the mock-up process. As a business owner myself, I fully understand the importance of profitability. However, customer service, professionalism, and relationship-building are equally important -- especially in service-based industries. Unfortunately, my experiences with Tyler and Digital Insight Printing lacked those qualities entirely. Same day printing available!! If you need printing in Henderson this is the place to use. I called Vince a number of times and he was so helpful in helping me get my orders placed. Due to Covid the office is close to customers but I was able to drive by and get a sample of the paper I needed. They have shorter hours due to Covid but still offer same day service if you get your order placed and paid for before noon. The service is affordable and quality great. I was very satisfied was the quality of the flyers I received. I will definitely use them again in the future. read more

Called in ready to place an order of 30 table-sized banners and 10 stand posters for some conventions my company will be attending. Couldn't even get through the phone call. The guy who answered was unbearable. Wouldn't give me a straight answer on anything and was super condescending the whole way. Felt like I was pulling teeth to try to do business with them. You work in a business where you deal with clients...your customer service and the way you speak to customers should be 100 times better than it is. Not a great experience at all and I don't recommend. I called yesterday, and spoke to Vince and let him know I needed a vinyl printed for our door and also was interested in getting quotes for other material. I asked if it would be best to email him or go in. He said I could go in and show him what I needed, I asked what time he closed and he said 5. At 4:30 I went in and asked to speak to Vince and let him know I called earlier. I brought in a folder of the items I needed and he looked at them for all of 30 seconds and asked me to email him and walked away. Didn't give me and email, just flat left. The other young man there, apologized and gave me the email. I sent the Dropbox file right there and left. This morning, Vince emailed me asking what kind of stickers I needed. If he had looked at the samples for more than 30 seconds he would know. Had he asked to keep a sample, he would know. I am very disappointed by the complete lack of professionalism from Vince. I have been ordering from Digital Insight Printing for over 6 years. On my last order with them I uploaded the art myself instead of having my graphic artist do it. I made a mistake and uploaded the wrong art but I did check that I wanted a proof sent to me. Well they did not send me a proof and the wrong art was printed. Fast forward to having a husband pick up the order and not realizing, I called when I realized the error. Tyler was unhelpful and rude. He told me he did send a proof. When I said that I did not, he said that I waited too long to call. He blatantly lied and changed his story. He has no customer service skills and did not care that I had been ordering this exact item from him for SIX YEARS. He just didn't want to fix the problem or admit his mistake. Because of his ego I had to argue with him. He finally did say I would have to bring in the wrong order (which is fine but you're just going to throw them away and are being wasteful and spiteful) and he would reprint the correct order. He questioned what took me "so long" to reach out. It had been a week....I would expect some understanding from a small business owner that sometimes we are busy and understaffed. He would not accept any digital files and made me do the whole thing in person--which was an unnecessary waste of time. He purposely tried to make it difficult to right his wrong, and he succeeded. When he called my business partner into his office to physically sign the proof for picking up the order she felt very uncomfortable--not to mention he never, ever in 6 years had my male graphic artist sign a single thing. I may have finally gotten my order through a battle, but he has certainly lost a customer for life. He treated us in a disgusting manner and took zero ownership for his mistake. I needed a 22" x 28" poster for school printed ASAP and I called Digital Insight Printing to see how fast they could print one for me. I saw you could order online but I needed to print a photoshopped picture that I quickly made and was worried about the sizing. They told me I could come in with the picture on a flash drive and they would make sure the sizing was correct. Vince helped me and made sure I was happy with how it would look and they were able to finish it in a couple hours! The day before the event we realized that our banner went missing, so we called DIP and they were able to take our png file, add color to it, and create the PERFECT banner within hours! On the opening day of CES we ran out of business cards and once again the DIP team were able to print out 1000 cards for us in hours! The pdf file I sent them had extremely small lettering so they retyped and resized the entire business card to perfection. Very convenient and reasonably priced printing joint. They offer same day printing but it obviously has to be within a reasonable time frame. I needed a quick poster done and dropped it off around noon and was told it would be done by 3:30! I came back around 5 to find that my poster was still not finished and was told to wait another 20-30 minutes. Hmmmm.. no bueno. Regardless of that little blip, my poster still came out great and the price cannot be beat compared to other printing places in Henderson. Unfortunately, the first impression will be the last impression I have of this company! I came in for a quote actually, and the individual at the front desk gave me a really bad first impression and I wouldn't come back or recommend them at all. I needed a specific print done and came in for a quote, and I was informed that they wouldn't be able to do it. And that's okay. But what really made me upset was his attitude and his tone of voice with me. He started to look at the prints we had previously done with another vendor and suggested for me to change the design because it was distracting to him, and that doing a Spot UV would be wasting money etc,. I would just like to mention that clients or potential clients might want things printed a certain way because that's the nature of the industry, and do not want the designs edited. Don't get me wrong, I can totally understand a SUGGESTION, but he could have gone another way about it. Not only that, every time I would start to say something, he would cut me off. It seemed like it would have to be done his way or no way, and unfortunately I would never want to use a company who is not accommodating or respective of what I need done. Not only that, the price that was given to me was pretty expensive. Maybe for same day prints I could understand how that cost could be calculated in, and when I asked him about that, he told me that if I were to pick it up next week, next month, 4 months, it would still be that price. The price I was quoted was $400 for 3,000 5x7 prints. The vendor that I previously worked with charged me $160 for the same amount, and that is WITH the features that Digital Insight Printing cannot do that he told me "is a waste of money". Was really disappointed upon my visit, and this was just for a quote. Not here for if, ands, or buts, or for anyone to be defensive. I understand each company has it's own pricing and that's understandable, but what upset me the most was the attitude I was getting, from business to business, I personally would never talk to a client in a way that makes their work feel like "it's not good", especially if they tell you that's exactly how they want it. read more

Digital insight printing came to our rescue when a printing company in Brooklyn let us down at the last minute and we had a show that we were attending. So we called up Robert at digital insight printing and he was extremely helpful.
