There was a very young lady behind the counter who was not friendly at all. The worst part was a young boy who kept running out and putting his hands in the toppings and eating them. He seemed to belong to the owner or manager. Very unsanitary! Because of him, I refused to use any of the toppings. Get a sitter people! The one in Wilkes is excellent but every time I try the one in Boone there is always a sign hanging up saying they will open later than normal hours. Last four times I have been. Tasty frozen yogurt, variety of flavors and toppings to choose from, and friendly employees. You get three sample cups each to try various flavors before making a selection and can try one flavor per sample cup. The yogurt comes out well, a little quickly, and they have typical frozen yogurt flavors and toppings. We only tried a few flavors before deciding which we wanted. I especially liked the cotton candy flavor and tried lots of their toppings. We purchased the yogurt to go but they do not have lids. Overall we had a good experience! read more

I stopped in with my two friends about 15 minutes before they closed. The one worker was mopping and stopped when we walked in. Instead of politely telling us it was wet she was extremely rude and told us "it's wet. Don't fall." She was extremely rude, especially to paying customers. The yogurt was good, but not worth the awful customer service. read more

Nice selection of high quality yogurt near a busy Walmart, offering froyo in 8 machines, including several dietary flavors. Yogurt is flavorful and the large selection of toppings, including fruits and candies, are consistently fresh at the toppings bar. I especially like adding fresh blueberries to froyo, as well as shaved coconut and nuts. The chocolate flavored yogurt is likely the best I have ever seen. Candy lovers will find their favorites for sure to add to their mix. Be sure to try mixing flavors, such as chocolate and cheese cake. "Toasted Marshmallow" is very good too. Staff is attentive and takes pride in the store. I have upped this rating after seeing a marked improvement. Sanitation appears to be very good. read more

I like Sweet Frog because you can get the tart flavor (similar to pink berry) and I don't love overly sweet desserts. I wish they weren't always playing Christian (shudder) rock but you can just eat it in your car, I guess. Maybe the music is an attempt to make people not eat inside? read more

If you've been to one Sweet Frog you've been to them all. As long as the staff is helpful and friendly, the frozen yogurt options are plentiful, and the condiments are stocked it's hard to give these places anything under 4 stars. This location hit the mark in all of those categories. You're not going to be blown away but you also know what you're getting yourself in to when you come. read more

This location offers a good number of frozen yogurt choices to have or to sample. Compared to other yogurt places I've frequented, its more sweet. The topping choices are plentiful and not in a mess. The store is clean and bright. Prices are very reasonable the frozen yogurt isn't liquidy coming out of the machines (making the cups weigh more than should). I was so appalled at the service at our local Sweet Frog tonight. The girl working (tall, brown hair) was so rude and actually never smiled the ENTIRE time we were inside. Her attitude towards her customers alone makes me not want to return to this establishment. If you can't be kind, don't work in a public restaurant. It reflects very poorly what Sweet Frog stands for. read more

Best frozen yogurt place between Boone and raleigh. Everyone I know at my school in boone love this place. I am a frequent visitor with most of my dining out being at Sweetfrog lol! My favorite flavor is the pomegranite which I wish was there more often. Pumpkin pie is my second favorite! Along with cappachino and cookies and cream!! I love sweet frog! read more
