We visit this Sweet Frog location often and we always receive great customer service. They always greet us as soon as we enter and always ask us if we would like to sample anything. This location is clean and offers plenty of parking outside. They seem to always offer new flavors but I'm always happy they keep cake batter and cheesecake in rotation. They have a free rewards program you can sign up for and you can conveniently enter your phone number to earn points. There are plenty of tables and seats inside and a few seats outside as well. DELICIOUS Yogurt but SERiOUS CONCERNS ABOUT HYGIENE!!!!!! No cleaning Of topping tongs between clients. I saw six kids handle all those tongs, heads inside under the glass cover staff did nothing. Staff straightened all of the tongs wITHOUT cleaning them or wearing gloves. Nobody but is wearing masks. Nobody used sanitizer before touching all the equipment. Will have to hold off on family trips here u til hygiene and sanitary measures IMPROVE!!!!! Otherwise would give FIVE STARS. read more

Topping were old and discolored. Serving spoons were dirty. 2 machines were broken. Floors were so sticky that you could hear your foot separate from the floor with each step. Checked out the sweet frog the other night because I had a coupon. I was intrigued by the promise of dole whip! We arrived an hour before closing but the outside chairs were being put away so I thought for a second we were to late but we weren't so in we went. You take a cup & fill it with various flavors you want and toppings. First problem there are no taster containers to try before you commit. 2nd problem the cups are way to big! Where's a normal size? I proceeded to put what I consider an average size of dole whip pineapple in my cup not evening filling it half way. They do have a nice amount of toppings. So three of us went with our cups to the scale and it was 20.45!!! I didn't feel like anyone went way overboard it's just over priced! The four of us decided to go on our way home from a corn maze so we all were in dire need of something cool and refreshing! Sweet Frogs did not disappoint. The time we walked in, they were changing shifts, seemed to be a very smooth transition. I was very pleased to find that this facility had numerous selections of gluten and dairy free yogurt. They had pineapple dole whip, raspberry, watermelon and caramel. I picked two; pineapple and raspberry. The yogurt bar was very clean and well kept, even when the machines kept dripping when you tried to sample. When reaching the topping bar, still was very clean and organized. However, some of the fruit didn't look as fresh as it could be. But that was the only thing on the bar that would need a little sprucing. Tip: if you go on your birthday, your cup is free!! Checking out was a breeze. Overall, the facility is nice and the staffing pleasant enough. The quality of the yogurt is exceptional and toppings passable. Pricing I believe is 59 cents per ounce. I was in the Tampa Bay Area visiting some family and they took me to Sweet Frog. I have to say, as soon as you step into the place you feel comfortable. The staff is friendly and they don't get annoyed when you ask questions. There was a variety of yogurt and the toppings were fresh. I have a major sweet tooth so I had the cheesecake yogurt with basically all the chocolate toppings and it was delish! I would definitely go back if I'm ever in the area again!! read more

First week they opened we enjoyed their yogurt. Clean friendly environment. Since then we have been back twice and there is a horrible dirty diaper smell inside the establishment. The yogurt seems fine and my family has not gotten sick. The staff is wonderful and location is perfect however they need to address the odor. On the surface everything looks clean however the odor has me worried and considering it has remained for 2 weeks between my visits i will not recommend this place until it is resolved. read more

This is a great place for school friends and families to go for a sweet treat. My daughter's Girl Scout troop met up there and had a wonderful time! They even had a cookie booth in front of the store. It is very near and colorful. It is new favorite for kids in the area! read more

Not much of a selection and not sure what they charge by ounce. But I was in shock when I went to cash out and it was almost $8.00 it was an average cup. About the same amount I get at Racetrac for $5.00. Probably will not be going back. I like to support local business but that's crazy. read more
