The yogurts are good, and they have a huge verity of toppings, and the service is friendly, but they need to clean and check the dispensers, I was there today and notice that people cough and sneeze on them, the yogurt is wasted down, also when the clerk went to the back, no one was there to watch and some customers were playing in the toppings, that's how germs are spread. Ordered online for delivery. Everything was ok until the driver pulled up, sat there for a couple of seconds , turned around , drove 2 doors down and only when I went outside after seeing this on the ring camera, did they turn around and came back to my address. I don't see how driver could've missed the address. It's on the mailbox and it's right above my front door but I had received a text stating they were having problems finding my address. By this time, the yogurt was 1/2 melted and we ended up throwing it all away. Actually tasted rather disgusting . I love me some Sweet Frog, call me a recovering addict because at one point I visited this shop at least twice a week. Now that I'm on a disciplined diet I probably make it in once or twice a month but this shop is definitely a go to when I get a sweet tooth craving. My go to combination always is the original tart with cheesecake, chocolate chips, and heath candy bar pieces. I love the freedom I have to make my own combination and the fact that I have the ability to dictate how much of each topping I can get. The employees are very friendly and I also like the fact that they offer a teacher discount. They also have a loyalty program that rewards you after every 10 cups of yogurt. We both had the cake batter and the strawberry cheesecake with pound cake topped with glazed strawberries, caramel, and sliced almonds!! What a treat!! On the pricey side since they weigh your cup. Don't get me wrong, the yogurt and service is great. So great that I signed up for the rewards program awhile back. I received a text for a buy one, get one (of equal or lesser value) offer. My husband and I walked in, I got a large, he got a medium. We were very much aware that my large cup was going to be the cup that was charged and we had no problem with that. However, at checkout, we were told that the managers intended the offer only to be valid for two cups of the same size. That was not specified anywhere in the text that I received. We ended up paying over $23 for 2 people, which is way more than we were expecting to spend. Wouldn't you want to just charge the large one and let us have the smaller one as part of the deal? You still get the greater amount. Management needs to be more precise with the language they use for the coupons or honor the offer as is stated. Cashier was great. Just sorry that she doesn't have very smart mangers. read more

Sweet Frog is one of the only froyo places in Mesquite so I appreciate it lol. They usually switch up their flavors but they always have the coconut flavor which is my fav. They have a decent amount of toppings and are decently priced. Wish their staff was a little more friendly and that they had more seating. read more

The yogurt is delicious. The flavors are plentiful. They let you taste flavors. They do not have a minimum spending limit for use of a debit card. Another reviewer mentioned they offer a teacher discount. They have a few outdoor seats. The toppings are DAMN DELICIOUS. Sweet Frog could have easily earned 5 stars from me. So, why not? 1. There is enough help on site for the business to be spotless. It was not. There are sometimes a few napkins strewn around. Yogurt machines need spot cleaning, at times. There is no reason for that unless someone is not doing his/her job. 2. The employees are generally young and cute, but a bit clueless. One day, I was in. The machines were doing something, probably routine, so people had to wait. No one came out to explain what was going on or how long the wait would be. Customers had to ask. Employees should have used that time to connect with customers or cleaned. Instead, they just stood around. Issues like these are easily corrected, and I hope management reads this review and does so. I would like to keep going, but service is key to me. Also, I have not experienced these issues the couple of times I have visited other Sweet Frog locations, and I want management to know that Mesquite residents want a clean store and knowledgeable help, just like other locations have. read more

Love this place! The staff has always been super friendly, helpful, and just make my visit pleasant every time. I love the flavor options and all the toppings seem fresh to me. The only reason I can't give it five stars is because the store is just so small. I understand it's a family place and a lot of kids go there, but some tables and chairs that feel like they were made to hold adults would be really nice. It gets so crowded there and it just seems like there isn't enough space for an adequate amount of tables. Other than that, no complaints! It's a cute little place and it's delicious. read more

The employees here are so nice! Everytime I come here they always greet me with a smile even when I come in 10 minutes before closing time. I want to put an emphasis that the employees are fricking awesome!!! Now the reason I put 3 stars was because there was a time when I came, I had a question about the sweet frog app. She didn't know so she went and got the manager. Now. The manager was completely rude. Rude! She talked to me like I was dumb and she talked to her employees like they were dumb. I absolutely hate when employers don't know how to treat the employees. This should have been a 5 star rating, but because if that incident, I'm bumping it down to 3. I hope it was just that one rude manager, because those employees are so sweet. read more

This is the best frozen yogurt place I have ever been to. They have a variety of different flavors, from fruits to cookies and creme. My favorite flavor was Tiramisu, unfortunately it was limited time, but that's not the stores'a fault so I'll keep coming back anyways.
