I visited this place for the first time about two weeks ago. I didn't notice a price chart anywhere. If they have one posted, it's not very visible, so I just estimated what I thought would be a reasonable cost and we went ahead with getting our ice cream. I was shocked when my son and I each got a medium cup of ice cream and the total came to $30. Are you kidding me? For that price, I could have bought two 6-ounce steak dinners. The ice cream wasn't any better than what you can get at plenty of other ice cream shops at a much cheaper price. To top it off, the register prompted me to leave a tip. LOL! Absolutely not! The two employees behind the counter weren't doing anything, and since I served my own ice cream, I don't see why a tip would be expected. That's not the employees' fault - it's the business's setup - but it definitely left a bad impression. Unfortunately, the price simply isn't worth it to me, and I won't be returning. read more

I took my whole family here and it was bright, clean, and well organized. The chairs were clean and when my son spilled yogurt on the chair, the young lady helped us clean it up. We had tart, and chocolate and both were richer and creamier than other frozen yogurt we have tried in other places. I had to use the restroom while there and would definitely poop here again. Sometime I want a frozen treat when I'm in Forney. This place is always packed but this particular visit was upsetting. They didn't have very many flavors and the toppings bar was not so clean. With all those kids and grown up reaching back there. It needs to constantly be cleaned. Or maybe they should have the people put on some gloves and sprinkle the toppings for you. The frozen yogurt here is pretty good I love the pomegranate one a lot. There is a various selection of toppings that are decent. But the only thing that is a constant bother is the cleanliness and maintenance of the lobby. It's totally understandable kids are messy, but these tables and chairs and the floor even are always covered in some mess. The yogurt is great but the store is always dirty. Each time I visit, the tables and chairs aren't cleaned. Staff has an attitude when asked to clean the tables and chairs/benches before we sit. Additionally they clean them with washcloths that look dirty. As great as the yogurt is, it turns my stomach to eat there. read more
