I tried opaque and WATERMELON TAFFY. the staff was sooo nice, they offered samples and were VERY friendly. It's a really cute shop. The smell of waffle cone was really cozy. *My one suggestion for improvement would be to make the freezers colder please because I had to toss my ice cream halfway through eating it, it was melting very fast in 74 degree evening. read more

I presented for a Yelp event however a return was in our immediate future. I'd describe this place of SMALL but Yummy. I mean it when I say small as only a good 3-4 people can fit in the location comfortably in the heat or cold weather without crowded each other. The staff was very friendly and allowed our children to taste a couple of flavors and suggested several more which was nice. The boys were able to make a decision fairly quick. I enjoyed the vegan flavor of chocolate, there were other dairy free options that were also yummy. This is the little shop that could! While this is the smallest Jeni's location I've been too, the amazing staff makes it feel like a flagship store! Victoria and Tatiana are amazing! They greet you right when you walk in and they take care of you the entire time. They are locked and loaded with any samples you like. There's a small freezer in front, but they have more flavors in the back. I sampled quite a few and I discovered a new fave: rainbow sprinkles sherbet. Additionally, I got the usual brambleberry crisp, gooey butter cake and wildberry lavender. This is definitely one of the top ice cream shops in DFW. Do yourself a favor and check out this location ASAP! Tips: The parking garage is right across the street and the first 2 hours is free with parking validation. Fidel was extremely helpful explaining some of the new flavors and most popular flavors. Jeni's splendid ice cream is known for changing their flavors with often and launching new flavors throughout the year Fidel took his time allowing me to sample as many flavors as I liked. My favorites were high five, salted caramel, coffee with cream and sugar, and double dough. I opted for a scoop of each in a waffel bowl. They do offer some non-dairy options. This location is a smaller location with no indoor seating. There are several outdoor benches, not specific to the ice cream shop, but available to everyone the shopping area. There are also plenty of restaurants in the area, a movie theater and the American Airlines Center. You can find street parking, or parking in the garage.
