I have never tried flavors like these I am not a big ice cream girl but the flavors are fantastic ! I tried opaque and WATERMELON TAFFY. the staff was sooo nice, they offered samples and were VERY friendly. It's a really cute shop. The smell of waffle cone was really cozy. *My one suggestion for improvement would be to make the freezers colder please because I had to toss my ice cream halfway through eating it, it was melting very fast in 74 degree evening.
Let me start by saying this line was out the door. The establishment was small and cozy. The service was excellent and they could tell when I was unsure on flavors, so they let me sample everything I wanted! This ice cream was absolutely delicious! Every flavor I tried was yum (except the gooey buttery cake). The Almond flavor was so YUMMNNY!!!

I presented for a Yelp event however a return was in our immediate future. I'd describe this place of SMALL but Yummy. I mean it when I say small as only a good 3-4 people can fit in the location comfortably in the heat or cold weather without crowded each other. The staff was very friendly and allowed our children to taste a couple of flavors and suggested several more which was nice. The boys were able to make a decision fairly quick. I enjoyed the vegan flavor of chocolate, there were other dairy free options that were also yummy. Because of the area this Jeni's is located we will return if shopping or walking around and we desire ice cream.
as if you could go wrong with a Jeni's location. i'm so grateful this location is open late night, definitely satisfies a sudden craving. the ice cream quality is always amazing and you're bound to find something you'll love. the employee working there on our particular night was so incredibly patient and knowledgeable about the flavors! even gave us pairing suggestions! though the location is small, the ice cream makes up for it, and there's seating outside to accommodate.

There's a small freezer in front, but they have more flavors in the back. I sampled quite a few and I discovered a new fave: rainbow sprinkles sherbet. Additionally, I got the usual brambleberry crisp, gooey butter cake and wildberry lavender. This is definitely one of the top ice cream shops in DFW. Do yourself a favor and check out this location ASAP! Tips: The parking garage is right across the street and the first 2 hours is free with parking validation. Also, there is no indoor seating, but there are outdoor benches that have some shade from trees.

With the scorching temperatures of this summer, Jeni's saves the day! I stopped into this cute and quaint new location during a Yelp event and the service was top tier. I asked a lot of questions and they were answered with patience and warmth. There were so many (delicious!) options to choose from and I was overjoyed that they had a great selection of dairy free options. My favorites were the Lemon Bar (DF), Wildberry Lavender, Rose in a Buttercrisp Waffle Cones of course. Honestly the waffle bowl was so delicious I could have had it as a separate treat!
This was perfect timing with the extreme heat, so I was so glad to get this ice cream treat! This location is steps away from the AAC. There's free validated parking available at the garage across the street. We went at a time where there wasn't a line, so the staff inside were so friendly and helpful (they literally had us sample every flavor). I honestly could have gone with any of the options. Everything was super delicious and also unique. Really enjoyed it!

My first time having Jeni's and I was impressed. It's so good. I love that they have a variety of speciality flavors. I tried a bunch of flavors and can say everything is super creamy. The staff is very knowledgeable and nice. This location is very small so you can't enjoy inside but plenty of tables outside. Perfect for the ending to a date night. I think I tired the googy cake and cookie dough! My favorite flavors so 10/10 read more
I'm a huge fan of Jeni's. They've never disappointed, and this location is no exception The staff were friendly, efficient, and patient... as we sampled a number of flavors before making a decision The space is very bright, trendy, and clean. There's not a whole lot of space inside, but there's some seating just outside, and there's the little park space just out front with chairs, a lawn, and great people watching Jeni's has dozens of flavors to choose from, with options of getting it in a cup, cone, etc. I usually get a couple of flavors in a cone, and they don't skimp on their scoops. Everything tastes fresh and delicious. You can also purchase most of their popular flavors in pints to take home with you Some tips: The parking garage just Northeast of this location has free parking if you don't park on the first floor, but even pay parking is reasonable in this garage Like other locations, this spot is open until 1am, which is great if you're looking for something to do late like a date night Jeni's offers a reward/loyalty program where you can earn points with every purchase and even level up while earning rewards Cheers!! read more
A great place to pop by for unique ice cream flavors. I particularly recommend the salted peanut butter with chocolate. FRIGGN HEAVEN I tell you! You can also sample flavors if you are unsure of what to get. It is a little pricey but that's downtown Dallas for you. read more

They have a good selection of their fancy flavors. The ice cream is good. It's a bit pricey but worth it to treat yourself every once in a while. Server was very nice and friendly. Great customer service... encouraged us to sample a few. read more

With all this heat I was in need of a cold treat. I went to Jeni's and it was a delightful experience. Upon walking in I was greeted by Fidel. He offered me a sample and even told me about their most popular flavors. I went with with the gooey buttercake, brown butter almond brittle and bramble berry crisp. All of these flavors were at 10/10! I will have to admit that gooey buttercake was my favorite! The interior of this place is also so cute and can be very photogenic! For my first time trying, Jeni's is awesome! I can't wait to come back and try all the other flavors. read more
My first time trying Jeni's and it couldn't have come at a better time during this Texas heat. This location is small and has minimal standing room so you will have to take your ice cream to-go. The staff here were friendly and very patient with my indecisiveness... kudos to them! I ended up getting the Brambleberry Crisp and Wildberry Lavender flavors in a waffle bowl. I can't explain it, but things were happening... good things! That Brambleberry had me doing the happy dance so the debate pretty much ended there. They had so many other exciting flavors so I look forward to trying those, too. This was the perfect cool down treat for this cruel summer we're having. read more

Jeni's is always such a treat, but Eric at the Victory Park location just brightened my day! He was SO knowledgeable about flavors, generous with samples, and incredibly respectful. He deserves allll the praise and recognition! Future employees should train under him. This location is the smallest I've been to, but that didn't make it any less warm and inviting. How can you not feel happy when that waffle cone smell hits you as you walk in? Can't wait to be back! read more

I do not have a sweet tooth, but oh boi.... Jeni`s ice cream is heavenly. Wish they would be closer, but it was totally worth the drive. I came here for a Yelp event, the shop is very small but still has a selfie corner, a waffle cone maker and space for lots of ice cream :) It was super hot so I really appreciated the delis treat. Veronica was our helper that day, she works for a company for over a year and she is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Gave us tastes, recommended new flavors, the froze was very good. I liked how they have real spoons for tastes, cute little small ones, we have enough plastic laying around. Nice touch. She had enough cones but upon asking, she made some more so we could see the process. Someone give Veronica a raise, she was wonderful! There are some goods you can purchase as well. I got the darkest chocolate and the salted peanut butter and I do not recall the third one. It was very hard to pick. Everything was really tasty and the shop is busy. Jeni's has been a 10/10 at each visit. It helps that there is a large variety of flavors. The team members are patient and explained the flavor notes fairly well. There is not indoor seating but but there are benches and a couple of small neighborhood bistro tables on the sidewalk. I am usually a dairy free dark chocolate customer but not today. I tried the gooey butter cake and browned butter brittle regulars. Oh boy, it was worth it. read more

10/10!!! I will be back (: Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream is such a cool place to stop by in Victory Park to grab a quick bite. The inside is super small, but thats why its just meant for a quick bite while you walk around Dallas. They offer a ton of flavors, including boozy and dairy free. I stopped into this location on 8/25 for the Yelp Elite Event. I am no stranger to Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream and knew I was in for a sweet treat. Fidel was extremely helpful explaining some of the new flavors and most popular flavors. Jeni's splendid ice cream is known for changing their flavors with often and launching new flavors throughout the year Fidel took his time allowing me to sample as many flavors as I liked. My favorites were high five, salted caramel, coffee with cream and sugar, and double dough. I opted for a scoop of each in a waffel bowl. They do offer some non-dairy options. This location is a smaller location with no indoor seating. There are several outdoor benches, not specific to the ice cream shop, but available to everyone the shopping area. There are also plenty of restaurants in the area, a movie theater and the American Airlines Center. You can find street parking, or parking in the garage. Overall, I truly enjoyed my experience at this location and will definitely be back the next time I'm in this area ! read more

The ice cream here was great! The scoop sizes were pretty generous, and it was presented well (I love the extra waffle piece they add on). The space itself is quite tiny, so it can be a little packed wid there are several people there, especially as they ask for samples. Pretty solid choice all things considered though! read more

Stopped at the new location for the Yelp Elite event. We've always loved Jeni's so there was no surprise about the excellent ice cream. In addition, Jeni's staff are always top notch; they patiently explained the new flavors and provided samples. We love it and we'll keep coming back! This is a great addition for the area. read more
