She said yes she's sorry but the cups are so tall that they can't see how full it is. It's not my fault that they choose these tall cups they should train their employees better or she should've offered to fill it up with soft serve every other time. I see people getting a blizzard. They tip it upside down and there's ice cream all the way to the top but tonight we bought two large ones and felt that they should've been filled to the top for the price that you pay for one cup of ice cream it should be done right with no excuses!

When one of the employees finally decided to slowly drag themselves to the register after about three minutes, she looked at her watch and whined "It hasn't even been an hour yet!." Staying busy will make the time go faster. If you have time to lean you have time to clean. Then when I finally got my order it was incorrect and incredibly overcooked (crispy chicken) was like leather. Didn't have time to endure another odyssey to try and get anything corrected.
